Y/N'S POV

I spent the rest of the night over at Yoongi's helping with Rin. I had cleaned up and made dinner for them and now Yoongi was laying Rin down to sleep.

"I'll get out of your hair now. I'm glad I could help." I say as I slip on my shoes, watching as Yoongi shuts the bedroom door quietly so he doesn't wake Rin.

"Thank you again for everything. I really appreciate your help tonight." Yoongi says as he makes his way over to me.

"It's no problem, really. I hope your aunt starts to get better soon." I say and Yoongi gives me a soft smile.

"Goodnight y/n."

I open up the front door and glance back at Yoongi before giving him a smile too. "Goodnight, Yoongi."

Once I make my way back into my apartment I set my things down on the couch and head for the shower.

I definitely needed one after work and cleaning up and cooking.

I slip out of my clothes and stop in front of the mirror.

As I looked at my reflection I saw the spots Jin had left on my body from the previous night. I couldn't help but to smile as I remembered.

The feeling of his hands all over my body, the way he looked, the way he smelled. How every part of him consumed me...

I knew with every passing day I was falling more and more in love with Jin and I couldn't be happier.

I knew he had wanted this for so long and I was glad I was able to make him happy. Not only did he want me to love him, but I wanted him to love me, and that's exactly what happened.

Loving Jin and being loved by Jin was an amazing feeling and I wouldn't trade it for the world.

After all, he's my best friend. My other half, the love of my life.

To think we were nothing more then best friends for so long and now he was everything to me.

I had always loved Jin, but now I loved him even more.

And that was an amazing feeling.

After my shower I climbed into bed and pulled out my phone to text Jin goodnight but instead, he called me.

"Hey." I say, smiling into the phone. "Hey beautiful, how was your night?" Jin asks, his voice calm.

"Well after work I went to Yoongi's and he's watching his little cousin so I helped with her. It felt nice to help out, ya know." I say.

"That was very sweet of you I'm sure he appreciated it." Jin says and I smile, glad he seemed to be okay with everything.

I was glad Jin and Yoongi were making an effort to be friends, it meant a lot to me.

"Yeah, I just got home not too long ago. How was your night?" I ask and I hear Jin huff.

"Well, I'm still here at work. I got extra busy and lost track of time." He says and my eyes widen.

"You're still there?! Oh wow. I'm sorry." I say, shocked. It was pretty late now but I guess that comes along with being the boss. You have lots more to do.

"It's okay, I should be done pretty soon. Do you mind if I stop by and stay over?" Jin asks and I smile.

"Of course I don't mind. I'll leave the door unlocked so just come in. I may be asleep when you get here though." I laugh and Jin does too.

"Okay, don't worry about it. I'll be over as soon as I can." He says before we say our goodbyes and hang up.

I waited up as long as I could but in the end, I was exhausted and fell asleep.

JIN'S POV~

I laughed as I looked down at y/n who was sound asleep in her bed.

I had figured she'd fall asleep anyway so I wasn't worried about it.

Stripping down to my underwear, I crawled into bed beside her, wrapping my arms around her.

Even in her sleep, she snuggled into me. My heart exploded with warmth as I held onto her while she slept peacefully.

It was moments like this that made my heart feel so full.

I truly was the luckiest man in the world.

To have someone as amazing as y/n here with me, I couldn't ask for anything more.

I have loved y/n since middle school and now we're both grown and somehow, we managed to stay together.

Now we're in love and I'm happier then I've ever been in my whole entire life.

This is all I had ever wanted and I finally have it. There was no way in hell I'd ever mess this up. Besides, why would I? Y/n is everything I've ever wanted.

As I stared down at y/n sound asleep in my arms, I felt at home.

That night, I fell asleep at peace.

Waking up the next morning y/n was no longer in the bed.

I sat up, rubbing the sleep out of my eyes as I looked around.

Right away, I could smell food being cooked and my stomach rumbled.

I slipped on my T-shirt and pants and headed to the kitchen where I found y/n cooking.

"Morning." I smile as I come up behind her, snaking my arms around her waist.

"Morning sleepy head. Breakfast will be done in a minute." She says as she turns in my arms to peck my lips. She tasted like orange juice.

I sat down at the table as y/n began to make my plate, not allowing me to do it myself.

"I hope you like it!" She smiles as she sits down, passing me the plate she had made for me.

"I will, don't worry." I laugh as I take the plate, thanking her as I sat it down in front of me and started to eat.

As we ate we made small talk about work and about Yoongi's cousin. Y/n claimed she was the most adorable little thing ever and that I had to go see her some time.

The smile on y/n's face as she talked about life and about all of the things she was doing lately, I could tell just how happy she was.

How at peace y/n was and that warmed my heart.

"I love you." I say suddenly, that being the only thing in my brain as I looked at y/n talk about her life and future.

Y/n stopped, a smile on her face as she looked at me.

My heart felt warm and fuzzy, my tummy doing flips as I stared at the love of my life across from me.

This is all I had ever wanted. I was finally at peace in my life as y/n said back to me,

"And I love you."
