Nope, they matter, like, a lot.

Humans begin to decipher things and people immediately we look at them. It's a programmed response to know whether this thing is harmful, beneficial, or completely useless.

Every anime character ever, has their distinct look that fits them perfectly. Your oc should too.

There will be chapters like hairstyle, facial features, body build, race in the narutoverse, clothing and design, and even drawing your oc and why it matters.

Maybe someday i'll open up a Naruto OC drawing shop, where peeps can request for a front facing design of said ocs.
