the tea trick
if you like tea, this is for you
so this is basically a way of tricking yourself to wake up
step 1: drink tea with caffeine in the morning, repeat this for a few days until you're used to it
step 2: drink decaffeinated tea as a substitute for the other one after a few days
this won't work for everybody, but if it does work, it'll make your brain think that the decaf actually has caffeine, and it will work to wake you up
this has worked for more than one people that i've told, hope it works for you!
