Answer: all countries are.

2. What genres are accepted?
Answer: All genres. You just have to have a very engaging story to be able to retain readers.  But poetry doesn't get contracted and you need a minimum of 1000 words to publish a chapter so it's not quite convenient to post poetry there.

3. Do they have an app?
Answer: yes, they also have a website where you can start writing on.
