Becauseyou cannot simply print out the pattern, here are step-by-step instructions for how to draw your own pattern for each size you need. Using graph paper at first will help you get the angles right. Make sure you draw a visible dot at each end of every line. This will help you with the next step!

Draw these two lines first; they are at a right angle to each other. Both lines #1 and #2 are the same length.

Line #3 is half the length of lines #1 or #2. It is at a right angle to line #2.

At the other end of line #1, Reference line A will be twice as long as either line #1 or #2.

Draw a gentle, inward curve from the top of Reference A to the nearest end of Line #3. It doesn't have to be perfect. 

Exactly halfway down Reference Line A, add a point. Reference Line B extends at a right angle from line A, and is half as long as Line #3. The outer point of line B is necessary for the last step.

One last step! Draw a curved line out from one end of Reference A to the other. The outside end of Reference B is the widest part of the curve.

Now that you know how to draw the pattern; each size will give you the lengths of lines #1,2,3, A and B. Plug the length into each line in order to draw your pattern out.
