I'm perfectly chill with oc x cannon crap as long as it works and has a good, well thought out relationship.

A good example is (idk let's call them Dammy cuz screw you) x Burgerpants. Burgerpants is that loser and Dammy used to date him but they broke up in like 2 months. I mean, it would make sense that Burgerpants would have a gf/bf because he would most likely have one back then.

But a bad example is Dammy x Natsu. The anime shows that Natsu has very low interest in romance and is more focus on friendship (fun fact: HEADcannonly he's aromantic sorry nalu/nali fans) so sorry Dammy, maybe next time.

Like I said in some previous chapters, as long as it's a tiny thing then it's okay. But I absolutely hate it when the oc was only made for shipping it with a cannon character for popularity.

Good: Dammy is one of the antagonists in gravity falls as they try to stop Dipper from uncovering secrets of gravity falls physically but not too violent. But for funsies and random boredom I drew this Damper shitpost lol

Anyways, huge errors when it comes to oc x cannon is that the cannon is always out of character (ooc) I hate it a lot. And then the oc has a bunch of mental problems to make it sound edgy and the cannon has to deal with their shit.

Wanna hear something about me? I did this back then! Yeah, I made a fucking edgy ass oc, shipped them with sonic, and yadda yadda fuck that.
