"You know" murmured Ussop watching Zoro moving their fingers and with that simple movement command the fucking flying swords around them. "I don't think Zoro is a swordman" Or human, for that matter but Ussop was too afraid to say that out loud.

"What do you mean?" Asked Luffy, looking at him funny. "Zoro uses swords to fight, so they definitely are a swordman, right Nami?!" He asked the girl who was hiding a little away from the battle and that looked comfy... No that Ussop wanted to be in a nice and safe place, obviously as the brave warrior he was he preferred the battlefield — Not that it could be called that really, since Luffy and Zoro were pretty much bullying the crew that decided to pick a fight with them —

"As long as they are on our side I don't care" Nami answered and Ussop watched the poor idiots running through the beach with a dozen swords after them and well, Ussop could agree with that.

....

After Ace left their little island, Luffy felt... A little lonely, it had been a while since he had been on his own, and it wasn't the same without his brother so he considered that instead of waiting just  sail already and look for adventures — and friends —

Until one day he got invited for some people wearing robes to a banquet and food sounded amazing so he obviously agreed and the food was nice! And so yummy, but he got sleepy really soon and when he woke up he was tied to a big rock, there were way more candles than before and one of his new friends was talking in a language he did not understand.

He just waited there until he remembered the nice desserts he didn't get to finish and free himself but his friend with the big book apparently wasn't happy with that because he kind of tried to stab him and even when he didn't succeed he did draw some blood.

And then there was a green light and someone new came from the shadows.

Oh that was such a great magic trick!

"Look kid, you ask for a wish, I made it come true, and that's it" They said for the dozen times and even if they looked all cool and collected inside they were freaking out.

What the fuck happened? Humans weren't supposed to be able to summon demons anymore? And yet when they were taking a bath they were sucked into this fucking world with a bunch of idiots that wanted to give them orders.

Fuckers, only the person who used their blood for the ritual could command them, and because it was their luck, the brat was the only one who didn't want to tell them what to do.

"A wish? Oh let's see, I'm going to be the king of pirates... But for that I need a crew!" He said and they had a bad feeling about where this was going. "So my wish is that you join my crew! Like my swordsman!" Luffy added because every crew needed a swordsman and his new friend has used a sword to kill the nice people that gave him food — and tried to sacrifice him —

The demon looked at the kid and then at the jolly Roger now tattooed on their wrist.

Fuck.

They should kill those fuckers again — maybe they could arrange a little surprised for them in hell? —

Zoro — The name that Luffy gave them — was not impressed, humans hadn't advanced all that much since the last time they were here.

And they were still savages, this place reminded them of the circle of rage, pure brutes running around wild and fighting against each other for absolutely no reason.

Beast, the lot of them.

Anyway, Zoro was a demon from the best ring from hell, which was obviously greed so they decided that if they were to be a swordsman, they were going to be the greatest swordsman in the world.

Not that they knew anything about swords but how hard could it truly be?

....

"We are moving" Zoro announced one morning and DaDan raised an eyebrow.

Luffy had just shown up one day with the other kid and proclaimed that the brat was his vice captain.

And for a moment DaDan considered that loneliness from Ace's departure had made Luffy kidnap a noble brat — Everything about Zoro screamed about status, wealth and power, which was  kind of impressive taking in consideration that they were only wearing a robe covered in something red — but then the kid had made themselves at home just given them a judgmental look like saying "you are living like this?" And stayed.

When DaDan tried to ask where they had come from, with the most blank expression possible Zoro just answered.

"Hell" and left it like that.

DaDan decided not to ask more questions about it until a couple of days later the kid showed up with money — a whole bag full of it —

"I hunted some pirates" They shrugged and then took Luffy shopping because they weren't about to have someone that dressed like that as a captain.

Zoro would come and go as they pleased, and wouldn't really talk much, but they were a nice brat, they clearly cared about Luffy — and they were incredibly good with money, like holy shit kid, do you have hands of gold or what the fuck? — so DaDan mostly just went with the flow.

And if that meant a nice, cozy mansion, hey who was she to complain?

"Hey you" Someone said and Nami turned around to see a... A person, with long bright green hair in a high ponytail, gray eyes and a black kimono, and it was a little difficult to know if they were a boy or a girl.

"Yes?" She asked a little annoyed because Arlong was waiting for her and she knew better than to make him wait.

"I'm looking for this guy, you know where I can find him?" They asked, showing Arlong's wanted poster and she raised an eyebrow.

"Are you here to do business with him?" she asked, confused because Arlong hadn't mentioned anyone new coming.

"Just for his head" They answered like it was the easiest thing in the world and Nami laughed.

Another idiot that wanted Arlongs bounty, she thought that after the last one they would have learned their lesson but apparently this was not the case.

But if they wanted a go who was Nami to stop them? After all Arlong might forget she was late if he was busy with something else.

"I'll take you with him" She said and the other nodded.

"Thank you" They said and Nami just brushed it off.

....

"You did it" Said the girl from before while Zoro picked the heads of the pirates and put them in a bag, they always hated this part the most, this kimono was a gift from Luffy — well, he used their money but Luffy chose it so it was a gift — and now it was getting all dirty with blood.

Maybe if they send it with their swords back to hell, it would come back clean like the swords... That was an interesting theory to prove.

"Oh my god, you actually did it" The girl said once again and this time they paid her attention, she was apparently part of the pirate crew but she had been the only smart one that didn't try to fight them.

She could be useful, she was around Luffy's age and she most likely had already experience at the whole pirate thing.

"Hey, since your crew is dead, are you looking for a new job?" They asked and the girl finally looked at them giving them a... Strange kind of look.

She almost looked thankful but that couldn't be right? Oh well, not that it mattered.

"So... Are you a boy or a girl?" Asked them Nami when Luffy was running around picking a fight with some pirates and Zoro kept some of their swords behind Luffy as a threat, just in case.

"I'm a demon" They answered raising an eyebrow and Nami sighed.

"Yes, but how do you define yourself?" She questioned and Zoro didn't understand what obsession Humans had with labels. 

"I define myself as a threat" Zoro said with a smirk and oh that woman had a giant weapon and that couldn't be good for Luffy's brain — Heavens know that he needed all the braincells he could get —

"Yeah, but what are you attracted to?" She changed her approach and Zoro considered this for a second.

"Power" They answered and Nami gave up while Zoro smirked, just in time for Luffy to show up with a kid.

"Guys! This is Koby, he is new my friend!" Luffy said like a puppy showing proudly his new toy and Zoro patted him in the head for a job well done.

Apparently pirates couldn't cash in the bounty of other pirates which was a boomer and Zoro might have let Luffy run wild just to be petty.

But hey, that marine with the axe was definitely corrupt — As a Demon from Greed Zoro  could smell someone like him from a mile away — and the townspeople were happy, besides they managed to get Koby in the marines so it was a win win situation for everyone involved — Maybe no for axe guy, but who cared about him anyway? —

"Hell" Zoro said and Nami looked around and picked someone else.

"What about her?" She said pointing at a nice old lady.

"Definitely hell" Zoro didn't hesitate and Nami gave them a question look but Zoro only shrugged.

"What are you guys playing?" Asked Ussop, watching Nami and Luffy picked people from around then while he walked them to Kaya's house.

"Zoro is telling us who is going to hell and who isn't" Luffy said like it was normal and wait what—

"If we pick someone who isn't we win" Nami answered and that still didn't make sense.

"How does he—

"They" Corrected him Nami and Luffy, and oh right.

"How do they know that?"

"Because Zoro is a demon obviously"

"Oh I see— wait what?!"

"What about her?" Asked Nami pointing at Kaya and hey! That was his friend—

"Ha" commented Zoro looking at her and they gave Kaya a long look. "She is not, but the person next to her definitely, he reeks of greed and... Blood" Zoro said handing Nami some money and Ussop knew this, obviously Kaya wasn't going to go to hell— but

What did they say about the butler?

Ussop didn't know much about swords, or swordman, but he was sure that you were supposed to actually touch the sword while fighting to be considered a swordsman.

Not that he was going to tell this to Zoro, he wanted to live, thank you very much.

"So... They are...?" Asked Sanji who had never been more confused in his life before, Zoro was beautiful, a cold and unapproachable type of beauty but Sanji had no idea if they were a woman or a man.

Their voice and face were beautiful but not a big help to be honest, and Sanji's whole body and mind was confused, not knowing how to treat the Beauty in front of him.

"Zoro" Luffy, Nami and Ussop said at the same time, like they had already asked this question before and have been just as lost as he was and had accepted that as the truth.

Well, this was certainly confusing.

"Have we met before?" Mihawk asked the young... person in front of him that had approached him, not an ounce of fear on them and he respected that a little.

"I'm not sure, you feel awfully familiar" The other answered looking at him. "Have you ever been to hell?" They asked and he raised an eyebrow.

.

Zoro was happy, sex wasn't something that they cared much about, but as they told Nami once, they were attracted to power and Mihawk reeked of power — and also, he smelled like home, like ashes and despair and it was awfully nostalgic for them — and Zoro had enjoyed let the swordsman profane their body  in every possible way — and surface available —

"I got to admit I thought that you were going to fight him" commented Nami and they raised an eyebrow, why would they do that? "Because he is the greatest swordsman in the world?" Asked Nami already knowing how to read them.

And Zoro paused.

He was the what—

Oh fuck, fuck, fuck.

"Why is Zoro moping?" Asked Sanji giving Nami her afternoon snack.

"They found out that Hawkeye is the greatest swordsman in the world and they lost their chance to duel him" She answered and oh, Sanji had also thought they were going to fight until well... They had started making out without any shame about their audience — and it was hot, apparently Sanji's lower part wasn't as confused as his mind about how to treat Zoro —

"Do you think they would want something sweet?"

"Maybe those chocolate with licor that you gave them the other day would cheer them up" Commented Nami while they watched Luffy try to cheer Zoro with some meat.

"I thought he was a devil fruit user" Commented Vivi after watching the swordsman jump into the sea to rescue their captain.

"Oh no, he is not a devil fruit user, he is the devil" Explained Nami and oh well.

"Oh I see, wait— "

.

"I say we kill her" Said Zoro, it was a shame, they had come to like Nami, she definitely had potential as a demon and Zoro had kind of taken her under their wing but oh well, nothing could be done about it— "auch, what was that for?" they asked Viví confused.

"You can just kill her off because she is sick!"

"Why not?" They asked, confused because this was standard demon proceeding.

"Who raised you?" Vivi asked.

"Bold of you to assume I was raised at all"

So now their crew had a demon, a talking deer and a princess.

Nami considered that maybe  to this point in her life it was dumb to assume that anything normal would happen to this crew.

"Hello— Zoro tried to say but was stopped when Sanji lifted them.

"No, you are not making out with Luffy's older brother" Sanji said, because he recognized the interest in their swordsman.

"I don't mind" said, the brother and Sanji knew that he probably didn't mind but still he didn't want to traumatize Luffy having to see his brother shove his tongue inside his vice captain's mouth.

"Wait, wait, Sanji" Said this time Nami and left a hand in his shoulder. "Let them"

"Are you sure Nami-chan? I mean I don't say that you have any bad ideas ever but—

"He can tell us later about Zoro" She whispered in his ear and he almost flew into the sky but wait—

If Zoro and Ace had sex, they could ask him about Zoro's gender, not that they minded about that, but still, it was a mystery to them since Zoro changed alone and refused to share the bathroom.

They shared a look and they nodded.

"Here you have" He said, giving Ace a very happy demon.

.

"So what are they?" Asked him the next morning Sanji and Nami and Ace wanted to say that...

He had no idea.

Zoro knew things, things he would never forget and will totally use as spank material for years to come, but they had never removed their clothes fully and  when he was finally inside of Zoro, he was too gone already, a complete mess that couldn't even remember his own name.

And that was just foreplay.

"They are something else..." He said and wondered if he could ask Luffy to at least borrow his swordsman for a while.

"If demons are real, then angels too?" Asked Nami watching the way that Zoro used chopper as a teddy bear and stayed behind Sanji all the time, the cook not knowing what to do with the suddenly uneasy swordsman.

"They are, and they are assholes" Zoro answered hugging Sanji when one of the locals tried to get closer to them, and Sanji started to have a nosebleed.

So demons and Angels didn't get along.

Robin looked at Zoro chilling with their new crew member and while everyone was a little scared of the skeleton, their swordman had taken to him rather quickly.

"He reminds me to some of my buddies back in hell" Zoro Answered when she asked them about it and Robin smiled.

For what Zoro had said, Hell sounded like a lovely place — and Zoro had told her that she was going to thrive there and she took that as a compliment —

Zoro was having a wonderful time in thriller park to be honest, the place was awesome.

Love the aesthetic and everything.

And they had been having a wonderful time until the fucking priest show up.

Fucking priests they ruin everything.

Nami and Sanji shared a look, Zoro wasn't waking up and Luffy hadn't left their side, until now because of the whole demon thing they had always kind of assumed that Zoro would always be fine but now...

Kuma had really done a number on Them.

"Zoro is going to be fine" Luffy said. "They said that they can't leave until I become the king of the pirates and Demons never break their oaths" He said with conviction and they decided to believe in their captain.

"I think... I want to learn how to use a sword" Zoro said and Nami raised an eyebrow, until now despite the fact they didn't know shit about how to wield a sword Zoro had always said that they were a swordman but after Kuma. ..

Maybe they hadn't been the only ones that assumed that Zoro was invincible.

"Then will find you a teacher" Nami said, and Zoro nodded maybe in Saobady they could find someone.

.

"I just want you to know" Said the green haired pirate that they were selling in the auction house. "That you are all going to hell" they smiled and with a movement of their finger at least a dozen swords appeared in the air behind them. "And I will happily help you get there faster" They smiled and the swords flew to the screaming audience.

Law could only look at the green haired pirate that broke the sea stone handcuffs like they were paper and proceeded to strangle the host breaking his neck easily.

There must be something terribly wrong with him for him to find that as hot as he did.

"No, other captains are off limits" Said the blonde  carrying the pretty green haired pirate away.

"But he has a sword, he can teach me"

"We know exactly what you want for him to teach you" the girl with strawberry blonde hair said.

"Don't I get a say in this?" Asked Law, because from their interaction he has picked what they were talking about and he was really interested in the things he could teach the other.

"No" Blondy and the girl say at the same time.

Zoro was feeling angsty, they didn't know where Luffy was.

Sure, they had been apart before but not like this, because of their contract Zoro had always been able to feel Luffy, even when they were apart, but now... The connection was still there but it was so fucking weak that they could barely feel it.

They didn't like this.

Using Magic outside of hell was hard, that's why they only used it to summon their swords, and some other necessities, but...

Luffy, needed them, and they weren't about to fail their captain now.

Ace could feel the shift, suddenly everyone stopped for a second when the sky was covered for black clouds and a black fog started to rise from the floor.

Was that sulfur?

A bright green circle formed around Luffy and Ace didn't have time to think, he just jumped to protect his little brother just in time to get sucked by that black fog while holding his little brother.

.

"It worked!" Perona said when she could see two figures starting to appear in the pentagram that she had helped Zoro make — Lucky for them, those Stupids monkeys made a good offering and now they weren't as annoying as before —

Wait, two figures?

"Zoro!" Two people said at the same time and finally the fog started to die down and Perona recognized one as the demon's captain.

"Luffy" Zoro said with a little smile raising an eyebrow when they realized that their captain wasn't alone and why did they look so beating down?

"Just on time!" Luffy laughed until Zoro collapsed, being grabbed by the brothers that jumped when they saw the swordsman starting to fall.

"So you truly are a demon" Commented Ace while Zoro rested on Luffy's lap.

The demon had refused to let Luffy go since they woke up, and had demanded names when they realized how badly wounded they were.

It was kind of cute, how much they worried.

"Not my fault that humans are so skeptical" They Shrugged and well, that was on him.

"That means that I should bring you a virgin to drink their blood for you to get better soon?" He joked, and the other raised an eyebrow.

"Those are vampires, and I have all I need here" They said petting Luffy's hair who was taking a nap.

"You feed from Luffy?"

"His greed, or more like his dream, wanting to be the King of pirates and all that it's a great source of food" Zoro explained and that didn't sound like it hurt Luffy so that was good.

.

When Mihawk showed up, Ace decided to leave to find his captain and Luffy with help from a recovered Zoro help him to send a message to the rest of the crew and left with his brother.

They needed to get stronger and a couple of days weren't going to make a difference.

.

Mihawk had to admit that despite the fact that Zoro didn't know anything about swordsmanship before asking him to train them — which he agreed because having a demon owe him a favor sounded good and that night that they spent together lived rent free in his mind and he wouldn't mind a repeat— he learned quickly.

He wasn't sure if it was the whole demon thing, but Zoro was able to learn at an amazing speed, maybe two years wouldn't be too short of a time to teach them all they needed to know like he had considered before.

For demons who had the infinite in front of them, time wasn't really all that important, and yet—

Two years had gone all too slow for him and even if he wasn't back in hell, Zoro felt at home in the sunny.

Yeah, this time no one was going to touch their humans.

The new world had no idea what was coming for it.
