Attempt two: Half Awake
Alright the dream journal went well and I am starting to remember more. I am now going to move on to Attempt two while keeping a journal. Half awake: this is basically training my mind to be a light sleeper, the goal is to be able to control how deep in sleep I am. The key to this is not giving in to the irrational movements. Some people roll around in bed and can't stop moving, itching, adjusting, whatever. I will not move for 15 min to start slowly increasing that time once I get comfortable.
