exercise (self love tip 5)

Not only is relaxing a form of self-love but so is exercise. There are many forms you can try. I recommend walking and yoga. You can help build your own body positivity and boost your self-esteem with exercise. It has even been proven that exercise is not only good for your body but your mind as well.

1. start slow and learn what you can handle and enjoy

2. Try something new such as a new yoga pose

3. Try making a personal goal

1 Corinthians 3:16-17 Do you not know that you are a temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? If any man destroys the temple of God, God will destroy him, for the temple of God is holy, and that is what you are.
