Sometimes it's good to express your feelings through art. Take a piece of paper and hash your emotions out on it. Paint, draw, etc. whatever your heart desires. Or maybe if use this time to practice this creative skill. There are so many free resources to teach you how to do art. Take the time to work on loving yourself through the magic of art. This is a good way to relieve stress and the end goal is something that you can be proud of.

If you feel as if you just can't do that level of art try purchasing a paint by numbers or an adult coloring book! Both are really fun! You can even trace a sketch online and do your own spin on it! But remember to give credit to the original creator.

Another neat idea is taking old magazines and making a collage out of them! Think of a theme and go to town! The possibilities are endless.

2. Take a piece of paper and fill it with random doodles.

3. Find an easy step by step on Pinterest and try it out.
