1. Faint/Fall in front of him.

2. Dress up like a sexy doctor and sit right in front of him.

3. Scream and bleed (that sounds like a drill XD)

4. Cut off LJ's nose. LJ's nose freaks Dr. Smiley out so...

5. Put him in a room with Sonic.EXE and a bunny. Since Sonic.EXE kills animals wherever he goes (sad ;-;) and Dr. Smiley loves bunnies, he'll hate you for it later! :D
