You would want to download the same drawing app I use so you use the correct things. If you don't want to, that's fine. The app I use is called PaperColor. You can get VIP which is what I use. Now Lets begin.

First make a circle, just a circle, make sure the bottom of the circle has a slight point to it for the jaw. It should look like this
