How To Gain Self Confidence
For the longest time, I remember hating my body and the way it looked. I wasn't skinny, but I wasn't exactly 'curvy' either.
But that has all changed, and it's all to do with some methods that I made up (other people may know them as well I don't know).
1. Find out what body type you have. Then look up pictures of women with the same body type as you who are slaying. Seeing other people rock your body type shows you that you too can feel as confident. It shows you that it's possible.
2. Buy clothes that make you feel good, and look up clothes that will flatter your body type. I don't mean spend a fortune buying a new wardrobe- you can shop at charity shops (or thrift stores if your American-that's what they're called right?)
3. Exercise. Even if it's only a few sit ups a day, exercising will make you feel better about yourself. Seeing results will give you the confidence you need to feel good about yourself.
4. Surround yourself with people who don't bash the way you look and instead compliment you.
5. Understand that even though you may not look like the girls/boys in the magazines, someone will always love you. Someone will always find you attractive- there are seven billion people in the world. The odds are in your favour
