In this, I will not talk about how to create OCs. But instead I shall give you a little trick that you can use. The little trick is to use words that not many people use. Now some people might say that using unknown words doesn't actually help, but for me it does. So I have made a list of adjectives that you can use for when designing your character.

Asocial - Avoids socializing, often hostile, inconsiderate

Antisocial - Not sociable; not wanting the company of others

Adroit - Clever, resourceful

Baleful - Deadly, foreboding

Boorish - Crude, insensitive

Comely - Attractive

Contumacious - Rebellious

Feckless - Weak, irresponsible

Garrulous - Talkative

Guileless - Naive

Heuristic - Learns through mistakes

Hubristic - Proud, excessively self-confident

Insidious - Subtle, seductive, treacherous

Invidious - Resentful, envious, obnoxious

Irksome - Annoying

Jocular- Jesting, playful

Loquacious - Talkative

Mendacious - Deceptive

Minatory - Menacing

Munificent - Lavish, generous

Nefarious - Wicked

Noxious - Harmful, corrupting

Obtuse - Blunt, stupid

Petulant - Rude, ill humored

Querulous - Cranky, whining

Quiescent - Inactive, untroublesome

Rebarbative - Irritating, repellent

Sagacious - Wise, discerning

Strident - Harsh, discordant; obtrusively loud

Tremulous - Nervous, trembling, timid, sensitive

Turbulent - Restless, tempestuous

Wheedling - Flattering

Withering - Devastating

Zealous - Eager, devoted

Agelast - A person who never smiles or laughs

Those are all the words I know by heart, don't ask me how I know all of these words. It's probably best you never learn. But not only am I telling you these words so you can just describe your characters better. But also because learning more words and using lesser known words can make you appear smarter.
