I guess it's time to discuss what happens after you've fangirled. I mean, nothing super big happens. You kind of just try to continue your day like nothing happened. Usually tear stains can be present from the non-stop crying, but that's usually it. It's also a time to reconnect with society and see what's happening in the world. A lot of things can happen during a fangirling moment, so try and stay in touch with reality. At least a little.
You may also be feeling fatigued after fangirling. I mean, all you've been doing is screaming and crying for who knows how long. You probably want to take a nap, and that's totally fine. You deserve a nap!
I understand it's hard to recover from fangirl mode, but I don't have a major problem with it. My friends might. Actually, yes they do, but it's humorous to watch so I can't complain. Just watch your fangirl friend every once in a while. It can get pretty funny.
Although it's true nothing happens, there's still the matter of loyalty. A few chapters back, we slightly discussed the loyalty to a fandom. Your loyalty to a fandom is how much and how long you are willing to sacrifice and keep this going in your life. Although some people do stay in fandoms for a long time, there are the few people who don't always stay in their fandom.
Some people spend years obsessing over something and then it abruptly ends. That's not how I want my fandoms to be. I'm willing to stay in my fandoms for a really long time, and I encourage other people out there to do the same.
It's easy to get away from a fandom and it's something I don't like seeing people do. I know people change, but it can still be difficult to leave a fandom after so long. That's something I don't want to see my friends do with K-Pop. They've been in the K-Pop fandom for a few years now and it's something that makes them extremely happy. Those are the people who will, hopefully, be in the fandom for a long time, like myself.
That's why fandoms are awesome! You get to obsess over something you love and you get to talk to and meet new people in your fandom. It can be hard to find people who like the same things you do, so finding people online to talk to about your obsession can be something amazing. That's why I encourage you, the reader, that if you're in a fandom and you're happy with it, then stay with it!
