Pain!!

Okay so before I start I will STRICTLY allow NO laughing as this is a very serious problem.

Okay so a few days ago on Monday I did tennis. While playing tennis I pulled a muscle. Not just any muscle I pulled my cocsic also known as the biggest muscle in your bum. I thought it'll be fine but I guess I was wrong.

Today I did athletic training. I warmed up with two laps and core exercises. Then my coach talked to the training team. Many people sat down but when I did my bum hurt so bad!! I stood it up and just ignored the pain.

Next I did two sets of running training. One I did starts using blocks which hurt while setting up. Then I did sprint training and it was fine while I was running but as soon as I stopped ugh!! It was horrible.

Lastly I did shot put mostly because my mum was running it. When I told her she just laughed. Thanks mum. Some great nurse you are.

Now I'm here sitting writing this during the adds of X Factor and I can barely move my leg.

"So what!?" You are probably thinking right now. Oh I'll tell you what.

I have tennis tomorrow for school. Now yes we do have five in the team but I am the fifth!! My sister is 'sick' so I have to play. Ugh!!

So how many people laughed. Or have anyone been in the same shoes!?
