"LOL come everyone it's gathering day!!!" Ironstar announced "Everyone except Blackpaw is invited!!!"

"WHAT?!?!" Blackpaw gasped EVILLY.

"Come it's time to go meet your future mates!" Ironstar yowled, and everyone cheered and followed him in a single-file line, Eclipsepaw leading them, of course.

"LOL we're here." Ironstar said, flying up to sit on the tree with Waterstar from RiverClan, Windstar from WindClan, and Evillerstar from ShadowClan (since Eclipsekit had brutally murdered Evilstar two days ago).

Eclipsepaw sighed, not knowing what to do.

Out of nowhere, a ShadowClan warrior jumped out of the shadows, set on murdering Eclipsepaw! 

Eclipsepaw yawned in boredom and, without even turning towards him, lashed a paw out behind her. 

The cat went flying into the tree, snapping his spine and dying on impact. Evillerstar lost his balance on his branch and fell into the water before drowning dramatically.

"What a drama queen!" Some cat scoffed.

The deputy, Evillererface, sighed angrily before jumping onto the spot where Evillerstar just sat and becoming Evillererstar.

But Eclipsepaw didn't care, or even notice. Because she was busy staring at another cat at the other end of the clearing.

Behold! Authorchanpaw!

"LOL! Nope! Nada! I'm not putting a self-insert in this story, no matter how horrible it's supposed to be!" Authorchanpaw yelled before burrowing into the ground.

But Eclipsepaw couldn't hear her.  Because she was busy staring at another cat at the other end of the clearing.

Behold! Um... Stonepaw! (First name that came to mind)

Stonepaw stared back at her, never having seen a more beautiful cat in his life.

The two apprentices stared at each other the entire time, to the dismay of the 500 other toms who had their eyes of Eclipsepaw.

Finally, the gathering ended. Neither of the two had so much as blinked since they made eye contact.

"Meet me at the border tomorrow night." Stonepaw whispered into Eclipsepaw's ear, even though they were supposed to be several feet apart.

"Cool." Eclipsepaw replied.
