A few weeks later, when Candace was in the middle of planning another recording session, Stacy (who had yet to record her lines) came up to Candace and asked

"So are you nervous for tomorrow Candy"

"No, why what's tomorrow?" Candace said, she was genuinely confused

"Uuuu, graduation, come on Candace" Stacy said rolling her eyes

"Oh, wow I completely forgot about graduation, I've been so preoccupied with all this recording and stuff that I completely forgot about it"

"Well there's a pre-graduation party at Coltrane's house tonight, are you going?"

"Considering that I didn't know it was graduation I hadn't thought about it, but sure I guess so" Candace said and got up to get a snack, Stacy followed her

"So Candace what are you gonna do after graduation?"

"Get married for one thing, start a TV show, take a year to enjoy a my married life than start law school"

"Sound like you've got your future all planned out, though I guess I shouldn't be surprised, you have known you were going to marry Jeremy since we were 15"

"Good point. Well what are we waiting for, let's go get ready for that party" Candace said, and followed Stacy to her room.
