As I followed the deadpanning twins, I realized I kept falling behind. Gosh, why are there so many stairs? My legs were going to be sore enough from walking around this gigantic building, but now my muscles will have to deal with hundreds of stairs!
   I like to think I'm average height, but compared to those twins, I'm pretty short. And my pretty short legs are struggling against their gangly climbers.
(A/N: don't ask, my brain was looking for descriptions of an anime character's legs, give me a break haha... )
   I speed up, in attempt to match their pace. I eventually close the ten foot gap between myself and the twins to a two foot gap.
'Go me!' I mentally cheer myself.
   Just as I feel the corners of my lips start to curve up, something goes wrong. I go to take another step, then this stupid, ugly, yellow dress gets caught under my foot. As I start to fall, I decide to make myself go backwards in a last attempt to not embarrass myself. I close my eyes and let out a small shriek.
   When I expected to hit some hard 90 degree angles and maybe go tumbling a bit, I was instead surprised with one warm arm around my waist and another griping my involuntary outstretched arm. I felt my cheeks heat up a little.
"She seems as clumsy as you are sometimes, huh Kaoru?" Smirked the twin holding my waist.
"Sure looks like it." 'Kaoru' said giving the other twin a knowing look. They maintained eye contact and their smirk grew larger. It was as if they were having a private conversation I wasn't let in on.
   The longer they held me the more I felt my face start turning red due to the unfamiliar, soft touch. At the same time I was panicking. When the twins saw, they both started getting a little closer to my face.
'Aahhh! No, no, no, no, no, no...'
"Aww, look at that Hikaru, our new toy is blushing." Said Kaoru.
Flustered and panicked, all I could managed to say is, "Uh, yeah, so, thank you for catching me! Uh, l-let me go, please?"
"What do you think, Kaoru, should we let her go?" Hikaru said with a devious smirk. I gulped.
"Hmm, I don't think so. Let's hold on a little longer." Kaoru said mirroring Hikaru's expression.
'Nope, nope, I refuse to let random people touch me like this!'
   I suddenly snapped out of my adrenaline filled show of emotion and cleared my throat. I stood straight up ignoring the twins who still have their hands on me. Ew, who knows where they've been?
   "I honestly couldn't care less if you must hold onto me, but could we continue to the Host club? I'd like to get home sometime today." My face was still a little warm from the lingering blush, but my face hid my emotions and looked blank.
   "You're an odd one," started one twin. "But I think we'll keep you." Finished the other.
   'Keep me?' I worried. 'That is the last thing I need... '
