We ran after them. It was a long run, but just me being with my heroes gave me that extra power I needed. Although I didn't say I was tired.

"Come on guys! We are loosing them!" Tails shouted back to us.

"I will go ahead, you guys catch your breath if you need to." Sonic told us.

"Okay, you do that." I panted. 

"Your not use to this much running are you?" Amy asked.

"No, but I love it. It makes me feel free."

"I can't argue with that." Shadow agreed, wow.

"Well? Come on, Ally needs our help!" I stood tall and started running again, so much running.

"Okay Haven, but remember, it will be dangerous, and we don't want anyone to get hurt." Knuckles stated.

"Roger that Knux." I replied.

"So, how far did they get?" Silver asked.

"Not far, we just need to, oh, here we are." Tails came to a halt.

Sonic was fighting the robot, it still had Ally in it's hand, and boy did she look scared. Then there was a loud THUMP as Sonic landed in the ground, right in front of us.

"Sonic!" Amy yelled as she ran to him, he was groaning and his eyes where closed.

"Come on guys, let's defet this bucket of bolts!" Silver yelled, charging at the robot. The others followed.

"No, not you Haven, this will be to dangerous, stay with Sonic and Amy." Shadow stopped me from following them.

"Aw come on! I want to help!"

"No, it's to dangerous! Stay here." He ran off to help the others.

"Fine." I grumbled, running to Sonic and Amy, "Is he alright?"

"Yes, he is fine, just a bit of a headache and a sore leg." Amy answered.

"I hate having a sore leg." Sonic complained.

"It's okay Sonic, it will heal soon." I said, kneeling down to him, "Wait a sec, I have an idea, have you guys got any emeralds?"

"Um, yeah, but only five." Sonic gritted his teeth and held his head.

"Okay, change headache to migraine!" Amy stated.

"Great, well believe it or not, on our way here I saw something in the ground. I will go see what it was." I started running off, hoping what I saw was right, let alone real.

"Hold on Haven, I'm coming with you!" Sonic limped to me.

"Sonic, you can't you have a sore leg, and you have a migraine." I shook my head.

"It's okay, I can handle it." He smiled at me, confidence in himself.

"Fine, but we will be taking our time, for your legs sake."

"I'm coming to!" Amy stood next to Sonic.

"Great, I guess the more the merrier?" I said, unsurely.

"You got it." Sonic gave me the thumbs up.

We started running back the way we came, well I was running, Sonic and Amy were behind, Sonic limping and Amy helping him along. 

I slowed down, "We will never get there at this rate."

"Hey guys, wait up!" I turned to see Silver running after us.

"Silver! What are you doing?" I yelled.

"Well I saw you guys walking off and I decided to see what you where doing."

"Well Haven thinks she found a chaos emerald, so we went to see if she is right." Sonic explained.

"Really? We already have five, so let's go!" Silver punched the air.

"Wait, what about the others?" Amy asked

"They will be fine, come on let's go!" Silver started running, then froze, "Oh right, Sonic's sore leg, wanna go for another ride?"

"Why not? It will be faster." Sonic agreed.

Silver nodded, then pointed his hand a Sonic, his hand glowing a turquoise colour.

Sonic froze and started floating, "Let's go."

We started runnig again, stopping when we got the the area I saw the object.

"Oh Haven, you where right!" Amy exclaimed, picking up a purple chaos emerald.

"And I found this one when I was had to run home that day I found Sonic." I pulled a red one out of my pocket.

"That's even better!" Sonic looked delighted, "Now we have all seven."

"Sweet, now Sonic, Shadow and I can go super, and save the day, again." Silver had a look of excitement on his face. 

"Yep, and I get to see it, in person!" I was excited to, this would be the best day ever.

"Well what are we waiting for? Come on!" Amy started running, Silver and I following behind, and Sonic floating after.

When we got back, it was like a bomb had gone off, and I guess, it had.

"Shadow used Chaos Blast, but it did nothing!" Tails walked over to us, clutching his arm.

"You alright buddy?" Sonic asked the yellow fox.

"Yeah, just a cut, I'll live." He smiled at the blue hedgehog, then turned to me, "So why did you run off?"

I showed him the chaos emeralds we got erlier, "I found these and decided to get them, now Sonic, Shadow and Silver can go super."

"Cool!" Tails yelled, "Hey Shadow! Come here."

Shadow walked over to us, showing no emotion, 'What? You guys do know we are in the middle of a battle right?"

I showed him the emeralds and he just stared, "I found these, now you can use them." I gave them to him.

"Thanks, Tails, can you please get the other five?" Shadow turned to Tails.

"Okay." Tail ran off, then returned with five emeralds in his hands.

"Great, okay guys, now we can fight!" Sonic clenched his fists and gave the other two hedgehogs a smile before turning to me, "Haven, please go with the others, no one wants you to get hurt, no one." He repeated the last two words like it was a true fact, and I guess it was, they all cared.

"Okay Sonic, you guys be careful now." I nodded, then turned to walk off, towards the others.

"Haven!" I turned to see Silver running up to me, seriously, so much running.

"Yeah?" I faced him, giving him a confused look.

He smiled, "Thanks, for finding those emeralds, and wishing us luck."

"No problem, anything to help you guys." I gave him the thumbs up, making him laugh.

"Your just like Sonic, well gotta go, you know, save your friend." He ran back to the other hedgies. I walked over to where Amy, Tails and Knuckles where waiting.

"You ready to see them go super?" Knuckles asked, "It's your first time in person, isn't it?"

I nodded, "Yep, I'm actually pretty excited."

Then a blinding light appeared around the three hedgehogs, and disappeared as soon as it came, but when it did, they where all shining a yellow, Shadow having the exception of his red stripes. They all flew to the robot and started battling it, it was an amazing show, if you could call it that.

"Wow." I stared in awe, watching them battle. Suddenly I saw a bright light heading for them, and I knew it wasn't friendly, so on instinct I ran, I ran to try and save them, I didn't even bother to stop when the other three called out to me.

"Haven! Stop, come back!" Was all I heard from Knuckles, I couldn't hear Amy or Tails, but I didn't care, I had to help them, I had to help Silver.

Just before the light could even touch them, I ran in front of it, pain shooting through my body, making me scream.

"Haven!" I heard a voice call my name, but couldn't register who.

I felt pain, so much pain, but I also felt a change, and a new power, it was strange. Then I blacked out.

I woke up to see Ally bending over me, worry on her face, "Haven are you alright?"

I tried to sit up, but couldn't, I hurt to much.

"Haven, are you okay?" I heard the same voice that called my name before I blacked out, and saw Silver bend over me to.

I tried to speak, but again, couldn't.

"Why did you do that?" He asked, shaking his head.

I finally found my voice, "Because you guys are my friends, and I don't like seeing my friends get hurt."

Silver smiled, "Well that was pretty heroic, consider yourself a hero Haven."

I smiled, but it disappeared when I realized I felt, different.

Silver noticed to, "Yeah, your at home, on your bed. When you took that hit for us, it changed you."

Best I go into description of what I think I still look like. I had long brown hair, down to the middle of my back, and brown eyes, I wasn't that tall in the first place, but I was defiantly human. Now? I didn't know, hearing Silver saying that it changed me? I was pretty scared.

"Yeah, that hit you took? It was used with the power of Chaos, I don't know how Eggman got it but I do know that it g=changed your appearance and gave you powers, I think." Shadow was standing at the doorway, arms crossed.

"What do you mean appearance?" I asked, panicking.

"Hey, hey, calm down, it's not that bad." Silver put his hand on my shoulder, calming me down instantly.

"Yeah Haven, I actually like the new look." Ally smiled.

"Well, can I please see it?" I asked.

Silver looked at Ally and Shadow, who had now joined us at my bed. The both nodded and Silver helped me up, "Okay, but your gonna need help to walk."

He stood me up and I nearly fell over, "Whoa, careful now." He straightened me up and Ally came to my other side.

"Remember how to walk?" She asked.

"I'm not a baby you know." I pointed out.

"I know, I just want to help, I am your friend after all, and you did save us all." She smiled at me, "Thanks Haven."

I smiled back, "Anything for my friends. Hey, did you get to meet Tails?" I asked.

"OMG yes! I was really nervous but we ended up laughing in the end."

"That's good."

We had just gotten into the bathroom, I looked in the mirror, and nearly fell over again, "What happened to me! What animal am I? Is that even me!" I was panicking again, that blast had surely knocked me in the head.

"Haven, calm down!" Silver was trying to make sure I didn't fall over.

"How can that be me?" I was still panicking, I didn't;t expect THAT big of a change.

My once use to me skin was covered in silver fur, and I had shrunk a little, I had a muzzle and sharp teeth. But what really caught my eyes was, well, my EYES. They where gold! Just like Silver's. I also noticed I had a big tail, like a wolfs tail. Then it clicked.

"Wait wait wait, I'm a wolf?" I asked, slowly calming down.

"Yeah, but when you changed you did some damage to your legs, they aren't broken, but it would be better if you don't walk on them." Silver explained.

"And besides, I love your new look!" Ally tried to lighten me up, but it didn't work, "Especially your eyes."

I looked in the mirror at Silver, he gave me a small smile, "I have to agree, your eyes to look, pretty." He started blushing.

I smiled back, "Thanks guys, but how long will I be off my legs for?"

"Just a few days." Tails walked in, and I heard Ally squel, but neither Tails or Silver heard, super hearing, cool.

"Okay, but do you know what powers I got, if I got any? I already know I have super hearing, I just found out." I looked at Ally, and she smiled, blushing a little.

"I don't know, but I would like to do some tests. If that's okay." He told me.

"Yeah, but be warned, I DO NOT like needles." I warned.

"Oh well, then I will make this quick." He held up a needle and I took a step back, a painful step. I nearly fell over, again.

"Hey, it's okay it won't be long." Silver reassured me, Ally just staring at the needle, she didn't like them either.

They took me to the lounge room, slowly and sat me on the couch. Everyone else came out to see how I was going.

"It will not take long Haven, I promise." Tails said, taking my arm. I was a little shaky but let him anyway.

Someone must have noticed because i felt someones hand grab mine, but I had my eyes closed so I didn't know who, "It's okay Haven, it won't kill you." 

Okay, NOW I knew who was holding my hand, and my breath got caught in my throat, it was Silver. Tails inserted the needle into my arm and I grunted, I HATE needles, but it was over in no time.

"Okay, now I just need to do a few tests and then I can tell you what powers you have." He smiled at me, everyone was smiling at me, but I noticed something, Silver was still holding my hand. He must have noticed to because he slowly let go, blushing a little.

"Okay, so what do we do now?" Sonic asked.

"We wait." Shadow said.

Sorry this is so long, I guess it's a good thing but compared to my other chapters, I think it would be a bit weird, then again I guess they all will be like that from now on, I'm loving this book, writing wise, so please, do enjoy it, and my other books. BYE!!!!!
