"Well... I was nervous." I admitted.

"Nervous? About what?" Hiro asked confused.

"Well... That your friends wouldn't accept me..." I said shamefully. Hiro went quiet and began to think.

"My friends would never do that... they were the ones who took me in when my older brother past away, they are caring and understand." He revealed. I gasped at his words. I felt so sorry for him!

"I'm so sorry about your brother..." I whispered.

"Don't be... He will always be with me." Hiro smiled.

"Sorry I didn't turn up..." I apologised.

"It's okay, I perfectly understand." He smiled.

"You do?" I asked. He nodded.

"Want to spend the rest of our lunch time in here?" He asked. I nodded.

"Thanks Hiro... you're one of my first real friends you know." I admitted. We spent the rest of the day together, hanging out whenever possible. For the first time, I actually had a friend which I was grateful for.
