Yesterday I was out all day and forgot to post, so day late post. Hope you guys enjoy this.

Error numbly walks forward, slowly destroying the entire universe, seeming almost robotic in his mannerisms.

Three figures appear before him. The one in front has a painter's smock, an ammo belt with vials of different paint/color, and ink markings covering the skeleton's white bones. Ink. The protector of the multiverse...Error stifles a laugh, chuckling internally.

The only skeleton that is confirmed soulless is the one that protects all the universes from the big bad evil Destroyer Error, and he does it because? Out of the goodness of his heart? What heart? Flowey taught people that soulless beings can feel emotions, but cannot feel empathy, at least, not on their own.

The second skeleton has a prince-like outfit, a golden staff in hand, and a crown complete the entire look. This is Dream. He is the 'good' prince that came out of DreamTale. Least that's how Ink parades him around. Error again has to stifle a laugh, sighing sadly.

Dream is somehow unable to realize the impact of having a soulless protector of the multiverse. And Dream is generally just a misguided person, naive and innocent to the darker side of people. Ink is likely using Dream.

The third skeleton is one Error knows too well, and the skeleton's face shares the same look of recognition. This is Swap, now called Blue for the blue scarf that was knitted. Nobody beside Error and Swap/Blue know the origin of the scarf.

Blue is a good person, and in the last while, has been the only person advocating that maybe another path involving the destroyer must be found. People have, of course, disregarded his fond words in reference to Error as just Stockholm Syndrome.

Ink and Dream step forward, speaking about how they're giving Error one last chance to change his ways, to repent, to turn away from the darkness that is destruction and embrace the light that is creation. Blue, however, steps back, moving far enough away to be out of the way. Error focuses on the two skeletons, sighing.

"I w0u1d 570p, b3c0m3 4 'g00d' p3r50n...if I c0u1d. I c4n'7." Dream's eyes narrow, his brow furrowing at Error's words, but Ink just jumps forward.

"Then battle it is."

The resulting battle was full of huge blaster beams, bone attacks, and blood. Error waited to leave until the world was too far gone to save before teleporting away.

Ink huffed, stomping around like a child while Dream and Blue hung back, talking.

"I noticed you didn't fight."

"What?" Dream smiles at Blue.

"You backed away and didn't fight Error. I knew you had Stockholm syndrome, but I didn't know you refused to fight-"

"I don't have Stockholm syndrome, and if you think that, then there is no hope for you. That was a lie perpetrated by Ink and my brother to gaslight me into thinking I was insane." Blue turns, walking away from Dream, wandering around the slowly crumbling world.

Ink walks over as Dream is staring at the shrinking figure of Blue, anger covering his painter face.

"Damn it. Error got away. What's up with you?" Dream looks at Blue, a thoughtful look on his face that disappears when he looks at Ink.

"Nothing. Was just thinking about what Blue just told me."

"What did he tell you?" Dream looks at Ink, looking away, shrugging.

"Nothing important. Just food for thought."

A goopy beast sits atop a throne, a black crown of goop on his head. This beast, covered in a tar-like substance, is the king of negativity, also known as the other half of DreamTale's princes, Nightmare. He remains in his goop-walking hentai-form because he feels more comfortable in this form compared to his regular passive skeleton form. He is sitting at an angle, leaning his head against his hand, the adjoining elbow positioned on the arm of the chair. His face has a deep-in-thought look that the others in the room know better than to interrupt.

The others in the room are an assortment of oddities picked up by Nightmare to add to his supply of negativity, but also to help him gain more negativity from the universes.

The first one he ever recruited is also the most mysterious. Killer, as he is called, looks like a normal Sans, except for the black tears, the lack of pupils, and the red target in the center of his chest. Killer, being the first recruited by Nightmare, has the greatest power over the group aside from the King of Negativity himself.

The second recruitment was the recruit with the oddest diet. He goes by Horror and comes from a universe after a terrible neutral run. The crack in his skull, the single always lit red eye, and the bloodstained jacket generally make him stand out, but his odd diet choices and his cleaver also do a pretty good job of making him as memorable as his fellows. The only reason he would never be given any sort of leadership, despite being the second recruit made by Nightmare, is because he can be clinically diagnosed as insane, on a different level from the others of the group.

The third recruit seems more unstable than Horror but actually is saner than the aforementioned skeleton. This Sans is dressed like a normal Sans, except with discolored eyelights. His right eyelight is red, his left a blue ring surrounded by a red ring. His magic glows purple, and his bone attacks are made for lethality with pointed and sharpened tips. Dust also sometimes talks to his papyrus, though nobody else can see the ghost, so everyone has just kinda ignored Dust's quiet rambling to himself.

The 'fourth' member of this group to have been recruited by the King of Negativity is not a confirmed partner with this group. The Destroyer of the Multiverse, the only black skeleton known in the multiverse, and the only skeleton living in the Anti-void. The on-again-off-again member of the Negativity King's group is the one and only Error. The reason it's hard to tell where he sits with the group is that he'll help the group as best as he can, but then he vanishes, ignoring them for long periods of time, avoiding the group until they need his help.

Nightmare sits on his throne, the look of contemplation on his face. Error hasn't visited for a while, but he's still very much active, judging from the surges of negativity Nightmare has gotten in the last few days, but nothing from Error. Despite assumptions, Nightmare can tell the difference between Negativity from Error or general negativity that comes from the general loss of life. In the last couple of weeks, no emotion has come from Error that Nightmare could feel.

Now, that could mean Error has had a bout of happiness even in the rough patch he's hit, but anyone who knows Error more than just the surface level destroyer will know that Error and happiness are oxymorons. Error and happiness are like sharks and desert. Error and happiness are like cats and water. Error and happiness cannot occupy the same space.

Aside from the jokes, it's generally true that Error and happiness are not normally found together. Error himself talks about happiness as a foreign concept taught to him by another. Nightmare sighs. So if Error being happy is unlikely, then there is another explanation, right?

The second explanation is that Error went numb. Remember, Nightmare has been getting nothing from Error, and if happiness is an unlikely theory, then nothing could be the answer. After all, this isn't the first time Error was off the radar. The first few years Nightmare and Error occupied the multiverse were interesting. Despite Error being a negativity nuke back then, there were periods of time, several weeks, where Error was on a killing and destroying spree, and during those, it was odd. Error, having an excess of negativity, was gone from Nightmare's senses during those bouts of insanity. After a few years, Error settled down, and didn't have sprees of destruction, and didn't even destroy that much, only destroying when Ink became active and created. Balancing the scales in a way.

Nightmare's crew doesn't do too much anymore, but they always have Error's back.

And everyone knows that.
