Kensi's pov

I walk into the operation centre and set my bag down at my desk, wondering when Deeks will be coming back to work. I miss him so much it hurts! No, I miss him because he's a good partner and there hard to come by.

My phone goes off I just got a text from my mum, I wonder what she wants this time in the morning. I open the text realising it's not from my mum but photos of her bound and gagged to a chair.

"NO!" I screamed as I throw my phone across the bullpen and run into the girls changing rooms.

Deeks' pov

I hear the unmistakable sound of Kensi shouting I run out the firing range holstering my gun, just to see her run into the girls changing room's tears brimming in her eyes. I should run in there to see if she's ok but I know her walls are up and she would push me away. There's only one thing that would get Kensi to react like, the kidnappers contacted her. There's one thing I hate and that's seeing my princess crying. I run over to where Sam and Callen are to see them picking up her phone and staring at the screen in disbelief, I see that I was right Kensi knows about her mum.

1 hour later

Kensi still hadn't come out of the changing rooms. Eric was trying to trace where the text came from but it seems to be bouncing all over the world, every time we think we have it moves.

This is happening because of me. They want me. Kensi means the world to me which is why I'm not telling her, I need to protect her... Us... Our thing.

I need to get out of here and save her mum. I don't tell anyone where I'm going and I just leave.

Hetty's pov

I'm sifting through all the calls to my agent's phones after I found out about Kensi's mum. One of the calls and several of the texts to Mr Deeks' phone match up with the number that Kensi got her text from about her mum, I head up to ops to tell the team that Mr Deeks Knows more than he's letting on. As I walk into ops Eric and Nell open a folder that was sent to them and I don't believe what I'm seeing. All I can think is, not again
