A month or so later - Storm's POV

I watch everyone leave the guild with solo jobs and I look at Lucy. "What's going on?" I ask as I walk over next to her.

"I don't know." Lucy says to me.

"Well, strange, but I don't care, so long as there is actually peace in the guild for once." I say and Lucy sweat drops as I sit at a table.

"Storm! Go on a job!" Macou says running out of the guild and I snort as I pull out a book from my pouch.

"Hmm? What book is that?" Lucy asks me.

"The Magicians Nephew. I would be reading Tales of a Gutsy Ninja, but unfortunely, its at home." I say and Lucy nods.

"Well, you want to go on a job with me?" Lucy asks me.

I shrug. "Why not." I say and Cream pads over to us and sits in front of me.

"Guess what?" Cream asks me.

"What?" I ask her.

"I thought of something to try to get you back to Konoha, what if we reverse summon you to Mt. Okami and then Lady can summon you at Konoha?" Cream asks me.

"Cream, we tried every possible way." I say to her.

"Wait, why do your summons remember you but your village doesn't?" Lucy asks confused as she sits next to me.

I smirk. "Because my summons live in a different world than the Hidden Leaf." I say holding up two fingers to form a peace sign while sticking my tongue out.

"You seem more relaxed since joining the guild." Erza says to me.

"I do?" I ask.

"Yes." Erza says to me.

"I guess you haven't had any stressful responsibilities in a while." Lucy says to me.

"My responsibilities weren't that stressful." I say to her.

"Says your hair, its way more full and soft." Lucy says to me.

I sweat drop.

"And the bags under your eyes are completely gone and skin looks healthy." Erza says to me.

"That's probably because I have a better bed, no one is coming into my apartment through my balcony door, I'm not called in the early morning for a last minute A to S rank mission, and I'm not constantly having to live up to an expectation all the time." I say to them as Cream puts her head on my lap.

"Yeah, Shikaku was hard on you, but I think he meant well." Cream says to me.

I snort. "Yeah, and the lecture about me saving Lily's pup Jasper and abandoning my mission, I must have heard that lecture half a dozen times, I never heard the end of it from Tsunade and definitely not Dad, jeez, no wonder I was in bad shape, I didn't even have time to myself now that I think about it." I say and Erza smiles.

"Wait, you saved a wolf pup instead of finishing your mission?" Lucy asks me.

"Yeah." I say and Cream switches out with Jasper.

"STORM!" He yells and starts licking my face and starts sniffing me all over at well.

I laugh as he gets super excited. "Jasper, this is Lucy and Erza." I say as he calms down and he starts sniffing them.

"Such a cute puppy." Erza says petting his head and he sticks his snout in her face sniffing her.

"He's my wolf apprentice, I'm teaching him how to be Alpha on Mt. Okami." I say and Erza and Lucy nod.

"So, Storm, where are we? We aren't in the Leaf Village, I can say that because I don't smell Team Kakashi or Team Asuma, or Angry Tsunade." Jasper asks me.

"Angry Tsunade." Lucy says to us.

"My aunt has a temper." I say and Lucy and Erza nod. "No we aren't in the Leaf, we're in a different world in a country named Fiore, we're in a City called Magnolia in a Wizard Guild called Fairy Tail." I say to him and Jasper nods.

"Wait, Wizards? I thought they were, Fairy Tails." Jasper says and I groan while Erza and Lucy laugh.

"That wasn't funny." I say to him.

"It was so, it was extremely punny!" Jasper says to excitedly.

"Alright, time for you to leave, its almost your dinner time." I say making the release sign and he poofs.

"Your no fun." Lucy says to me.

I raise an eyebrow. "No fun, yeah I've heard that before, I just don't like puns." I say to them as I get up and I walk over to the request board. I tilt my head to the side as I look them over and I find one. I hand it to Mira and she smiles at me.

"How's your Shadow Magic coming along Storm?" Mira asks me.

"Eh." I with a small sweat drop. "Its, fine." I say to her.

"That's good, no one can use Shadow Magic here, so that just adds to the fun, good luck on your job." Mira says to me with a sweet smile.

"Thanks Mira." I say to her with a closed eyed smile and I head to this place called called a train station.

I get a ticket to a city named Crocus and I ride the train there. I sit in the cart staring outside as I ride the train when two boys stumble in, they look around the age of Konohamaru and Udon.

"Can, we, ugh, sit in, here? We, haven't, found, an empty cart." The boy with yellow hair says getting motion sick.

"Yeah, just, don't puke me." I say to the two and they nod gratefully and sit across from me and stare out the window.

"Is that the Fairy Tail insignia?" The blonde asks me.

"Yeah." I say to him.

"Are you a Fairy Tail Wizard?" The blonde asks with wide eyes.

Yeah, Naruto and Konohamaru.

I nod. "Yep, my names Storm Nara, I'm new." I say with a closed eyed smile.

"Wow." The two boys say to me.

"But don't let my good looks fool you, I'm incredibly strong." I say to him.

"What magic do you use?" The black haired boy asks me.

"Ah, ah, ah, names, I told you mine and its only common curtesy to say yours as well." I say to them with a smile.

"Oh right, my name is Sting Eucliffe and this is Rouge Cheney." Sting says to me with a grin.

"Its a pleasure." I say to them with my closed eyed smile.

"Now, what magic do you use?" Sting asks me eager.

I think I distracted them from their motion sickness, good.

"I use Shadow Magic." I say to them.

"Really?" Rouge asks and I hold my index finger up and shadows illuminate around my finger.

"What magic do you guys use?" I ask them.

"I use White Dragon Slayer Magic." Sting says to me with a grin.

"And I use Shadow Dragon Slayer Magic." Rouge says to me.

"Huh." I say as my shadows disappear themselves. "No wonder you guys get motion sickness, come to think of it, Natsu gets Motion Sick as well." I say and Sting looks at me with wide eyes. "I guess it isn't unusual for Dragon Slayers to have Motion Sickness, though Gajeel doesn't seem to have motion sickness, hmm." I say as I look outside thinking and the train stops.

"WAIT!"

I sweat drop. "Oh no." I say and Natsu and Happy breath heavily in front of my cart and I hide my eyes in shame.

"Storm, what, are, you, doing?" Happy says out of breath and I look up at them with a sweat drop.

"Going on a job, what are you doing?" I ask them.

"Coming with you, your still green." Natsu says to me and my eye twitches in annoyance.

"Natsu, Happy, you have three seconds to turn tail and run before I knock your lights out and return you to Fairy Tail myself, if you don't remember before I joined Fairy Tail I did a lot of Solo work and I'm able to handle myself." I say and Nates freezes and starts running.

"Wow." Sting says shocked.

I snort as the train starts moving and after a while of me talking to the two boys, the train stops for my stop and I get off. I find my client and he smirks at me as I put my hands in my coat pockets.

"Are your the Fairy Tail wizard I requested?" He asks me.

"Yeah." I say to him.

"What's your name?" He asks me.

"Its common curtesy to say your name first." I say to him.

His eye twitches slightly at my arrogance. "Jumin." He says to me.

"Storm Nara, its a pleasure." I say with a smile.

"Well." He says to me and I get the feeling he's very strict.

I just keep my lazy position as I follow him.

"Your to escort me around." He says to me.

Oh great.

I follow him around as he starts trying to order me to do stuff, but I just simply ignore him.

"Why are you not listening to me?" He asks annoyed.

"Your being a spoiled brat, that's why." I say to him. "Besides, the stuff your telling me to do is stuff you can do yourself." I say to him and his eyes narrow at me.

Sensei, how do you deal with pests like these people?

I just watch him as he walks over to a girl and starts talking to her, very embarrassed and she sweat drops and I walk over.

"Ma'am, what he's trying to say is, will you go to dinner with me?" I say to her and he stares at me shocked.

"Oh." She says surprised before gets defensive. "Who are you?" She asks me.

"Just hired help." I say and she nods.

She pushes me away from him and clings to his arm as he walks with her.

Wow.

I just follow farther behind when a guy and his gang or whatever they are surround the two.

I push past them. "Your blocking their path, if you don't mind, could you leave them be?" I ask.

"Why should we girly?" The leader asks with a smirk.

My eyes harden ever so slightly as I flip him into the ground. "Because, I'm a monster when I'm mocked." I say to him.

"You Fairy Tail flies, should die!" A guy yells swinging a scythe at me and I just block it with a kunai. I kick the dude in the stomach and he flies into a shadow net and one by one, I get them all in there and I tie the net up and transport it with a Jutsu to the guards at the castle.

"That was easy, I thought I was finally getting a challenge, seriously, if he can't use a Scythe like Hidan, he has no business holding it, Hidan was a much better fight than that lame ass skinny guy, at least he was crazy." I say with slight annoyance.

"She's, seriously, complaining."

I look to a corner where Gray is at trying to hide. "Your not good at hiding you know." I say to him.

I finish my mission, get paid and I head to the train station with Gray in tow.

We then head back to Magnolia and I head to the guild and sit at a table where Levy is, talking to Panther Lily.

"Storm, how'd your mission go?" Lily asks me.

"Boring." I say to him as I put my head in my arms.

"She was complaining about one guy who attacked her with a scythe, saying something about how he couldn't compare to another guy." Gray says to him.

"Its true, I actually felt like I was gonna die while fighting Hidan, I mean, how can you kill an immortal?" I say as I sprawl my arms out onto the table.

Gajeel starts singing on stage and I listen, not really bothered while everyone else but Lily, Mira and Levy is booing him.

After a while, Gramps gets on stage with this guy Guildarts, Erza, and Mira.

I raise an eyebrow as he starts talking about an Exam.

"9 people will be competing this year for the title of S Class." Gramps says to us. "Natsu, Gray, Juvia, Levy, Cana, Elfman, Freed, Mest and Storm." Gramps says to us and I look up surprised.

"Me? I'm new though." I say to him.

"Decisions are final." Gramps says to us. "Now, everyone who was picked can choose a partner to help you in the exam. You have one week to train with your partner and then meet at the Hargeon Port." Gramps says to us with a grin and I deadpan.

"I'm a solo though." I say and Levy smiles nervously.

"I'll team up with you Storm!" A few guild members yell and I ignore them.

"Jeez." I say as I put my arms under my head again in a sulking misery. "I work so much better alone." I say and a thought comes to mind. "Oh yeah, Cream is part of the guild, normally I would choose Lady, but she's busy." I say and I summon Cream and she lays next to me and I can see the insignia of Fairy Tail on her paw.

"You and Natsu are going with furry friends." Lucy says to me.

I shrug. "Cream is deadlier than Happy." I say and Cream nods.
