The Next Night - Storm's POV

'Storm, how are you feeling now with your wrist?' Light asks me concerned.

I sit in front of her as I flex my wrist a few times. "Its fine now, thanks Light." I say to her with a grateful smile.

'Its no problem.' Light says and hugs me and I smile warmly.

'Yeah, yeah.' Abyss mocks us and I frown as I look at him.

"You want a hug?" I ask him as I open my arms to him and he looks at me shocked.

'She's being kind.' Karma says nudging him.

Abyss clears his throat. 'No.' Abyss says curtly and turns around.

I drop my arms pouting and I get up. "Abyss, hug me." I say holding my arms open.

He looks at me with annoyance then sees me pouting and he sighs in defeat and opens his arms and I grin gleefully and I run over and I jump in his arms with my arms around his neck.

"Yay!" I cheer and he chuckles amused as he hugs me.

'Don't spoil her attitude Abyss.' Karma warns him.

'He won't.' Light says to her as Light places her hand Karma's shoulder.

Abyss scowls at them as they try to join us but he hugs me closer while I just grin happily.

'Ok, ok, that's enough.' Karma says getting jealous.

I laugh as I jump down.

'Why are you in such high spirits anyways?' Karma asks me as I smile.

"I'm just in a good mood." I say shrugging as I put my hands in my pockets.

'Guys do you think?' Light asks getting giddy.

'No.' Abyss says coldly.

'Totally.' Karma says nodding and I tilt my head confused.

'She has a crush.' Light says grinning and I deadpan.

"Nuh uh. Well, my cue to leave now, sayonara." I say and I wake up.

'Your avoiding it.' Karma says in my head.

I snort and I walk to my bathroom and I shower.

"Storm, why are you awake?" Shikamaru yawns as I walk to the kitchen at 5 something in the morning.

"Karma and Light were about to start asking questions and I'm avoiding the problem." I say and Shikamaru nods knowing about the three personalities I have in my head that keep me company while I sleep.

I look through the cupboards and I find something to make finally after 5 minutes of looking.

"I need to go shopping today." I mutter and Shikamaru nods.

I make us breakfast and he looks at it shocked.

"How did you get good? You had no motivation to learn." Shikamaru says to me.

I smirk as I lean on the counter with my food in front of me. "Mira, Yajima, and I was living by myself again in a place that doesn't know the meaning of frozen dinners." I say to him and Shikamaru nods.

"Who is Yajima?" Shikamaru asks me.

"From what I gathered he used to be part of the old Magic Council, he is Gramps friend from when they were kids to teens to adults to now. He is the owner of 8Island, speaking of, I think he's gonna open another one somewhere her around Magnolia." I say to Shikamaru nods.

"So he's important then." Shikamaru says in boredom.

"Yes, but, there are some scary people in the new Magic Council, they could take Fairy Tail down if it weren't for the fact that we became number one, they'd call us mass destruction for what happened with the dragons." I say and I sweat drop at how much damage alone I caused with that dragon.

"So we have to stay on the good side of the Magic Council?" Shikamaru asks me.

"Yeah, then the Wizard Saints, there is Jura, Gramps, and I did a job for one named Warrod, there are 10 of them, but I haven't met the other 7." I say to him and he nods. "They're powerful, so I wouldn't get on their bad side either." I say and someone busts into my apartment and I just lazily look up to see Natsu and Happy.

"STORM!" Happy cries as he flies over to me and hugs my chest.

"What? I'm eating here with my brother? Why the hell would you invade my apartment at 5 something almost 6 something in the morning?" I ask them, slightly annoyed as I look at the cat who is hugging my chest like Konohamaru did to Tsunade when she got to the village.

"Luce kicked us out of her apartment. We thought you'd be willing to let us sleep here for the rest of the morning." Natsu says to me grinning.

Shikamaru sighs and I stretch.

"What a pain. Fine, fine, you get the living room, your not to go through any of our stuff, k? Now, I'm gonna go get a run in now that I'm awake." I say and Natsu and Happy grin and dance to the living room.

"He's just like Naruto." Shikamaru says to me and I hum in agreement.

"Yeah, its kind of funny watching him, he's an idiot like Naruto." I say and I head to the door as I tie my hair up and I out my ninja sandal boots on and I head out.

I jog around Magnolia for a while and then I head to the guild where almost everyone is now that its like 7 something.

"Good morning Storm." Mira greets me with a smile.

"Morning Mira." I say to her with my closed eyed smile and I head over to the request board.

"Imouto, go on a job with me." Romeo says to me and I smile and ruffle his hair.

"Not today, how about, you go with." I say looking around and I see Gajeel and Panther Lily about to leave. "Gajeel and Lily." I say and Romeo pouts but goes excited.

I find a job located where the Sabretooth Guild is located and I think with my arms crossed over my chest.

Deal with a guy who has complimented me and is incredibly cute, or, go to Crocus and deal with Princess?

"Hey Storm, what are you thinking about?" Levy asks jumpscaring me.

I jump startled. "Just figuring out which job to take." I say to her and she smirks at me.

"Take the one where you might get closer to a guy in particular." Levy says in my ear and my face flushes a light shade of pink.

"Hmpf, troublesome feelings, another thing to avoid now." I say and I take the job for Crocus, I show it to Mira before leaving.

"But Storm, its a request!" Levy calls and I just keep walking.

Shikamaru catches up to me and he sees I'm slightly flushed. "I've only seen you like this twice, what happened?" Shikamaru asks me amused.

"Motherfucking feelings, that's what." I say and he chuckles as we walk to the train station.

We aboard the train and sit in a cart.

"So, tell me about everything." Shikamaru says to me with a lazy smirk.

I hit my head backwards sulking. "I hate emotions like these! They make me feel complicated, I don't like complicated, I like easy." I say to him and he chuckles.

"Maybe you should let them loose." Shikamaru suggests and I stare at him as if he were crazy.

"You should probably rethink that." I say to him and he shrugs.

"It might help you." Shikamaru says to me and I sit back with my arms crossed. "Why do you think you have three other personalities in your head? Your emotions are built up into them, you hate for everything is Abyss, your love is Light, and your anger, strength are Karma, your smarts, calm and caring side is Storm, you have four personalities Storm, maybe you should just let your emotions loose." Shikamaru says to me and I frown.

"That's how I'm able to keep this fragile thing in my head together, if I did, all hell would break loose." I say and Shikamaru nods.

"Your emotions can get out of hand, but, you control them well, you and I both know how fragile our minds are after what we experienced, but, I was able to cope with you by my side and my team next to me, I'm fine now because I had Temari by my side after you left and didn't come back, you need someone who can heal you." Shikamaru says to me and look at him with determination.

"I'm gonna figure out a way to get you back home Shikamaru." I say to him and he looks at me shocked. "They need you more than they need me, besides after being with Fairy Tail for so long, I'm not sure I can go back to having Tsunade and Sakura hitting my head all the time." I say and Shikamaru sighs as he looks at me.

"You can't go back to being stressed, can you?" Shikamaru asks me and I shake my head.

The train stops and we wait as more people get on and among them is Rouge, Yukino and Frosch.

Shikamaru sits next to me as Yukino helps a sick looking Rouge into the cart with Frosch behind her.

I look at Shikamaru out of the corner of my eye and he smirks at me to which I glare at him.

"Sorry Storm for coming into you and your brothers cart, but none were free." Yukino says to me as I pick Frosch up.

"Its no problem Yukino, Rouge, are you ok?" I ask him as he looks ready to puke his guts out on Shikamaru.

"No." He mutters.

"How about you and me switch so Storm can heal you?" Shikamaru asks him and I unnoticably glare at Shikamaru.

"That's a great idea." Yukino says to him and Shikamaru and Rouge switch.

I turn to Rouge with a closed eyed smile and I start healing him as Frosch sits on my lap talking to me.

"Thanks." Rouge says to me once I'm finished and before he passes out.

"Thank you Storm." Yukino says to me grateful and I nod.

"Its no problem, after all, we're friends, right?" I ask her with a smile.

"Frosch thinks we're friends." Frosch says to me and I smile amused.

"Yeah, we're friends, and since we're friends, we should go shopping together." Yukino says to me with a smile and I freeze before I smile nervously.

"Storm doesn't like shopping all that much." Shikamaru says to her with a chuckle of amusement.

"Well we have to find something for you to wear so that Rouge will blush when he sees you." Yukino says to me and Shikamaru smirks at me as my face starts turning red.

"I-I." I stutter unable to talk as Yukino goes on an on about how we would be a great couple.

"Frosch thinks so too." Frosch adds in to what Yukino is saying.

My face just slowly gets even more red, by the time we get to my stop, my face is probably more red than Erza's hair.

"Would you look at that, my stop is here." I say interrupting Yukino as she talks about mine and Rouge's future children.

"That's a shame, I would have loved to talk more, wait, this is our stop too." Yukino says to me with a smile as I out Frosch on her lap.

"Bye." I say and teleport out of there.

I appear next to the castle and Arcadios looks at me shocked as my face finally calms down.

"Where did you come from?" Arcadios asks me shocked.

"Train station." I say and he nods. "Anyways, I got requested for a job?" I ask holding the paper up to him.

"Princess Hisui requested you." Arcadios says to me and I nod.

I then head up to Hisui and she smiles at me as she sits next to her father.

I run a hand through my hair as I walk forward. "Princess, you requested me?" I ask her as I kneel down on one knee with my arm propped up on it with my head bowed.

"Yes, Storm, I did, Arcadios is gonna be guarding my father today so that I can have some girl time." Princess says to me as she walks down the stairs and I nod. "So your coming with me, now stand up." Princess orders me and I stand up as Arcadios walks in.

I look at him. "Your ok with this?" I ask him and he nods slightly.

I sigh and follow Princess out of the castle with my hands in my pockets.

"Let's go to the shops." Princess says to me with a smile as we walk and I raise an amused eyebrow.

"Alright." I say to her as we walk down the streets.

"Do you think its gonna rain today?" Princess asks looking up at the sky since its somewhat cloudy.

"No." I say to her and she looks at me confused.

"How do you know?" Princess asks me.

"Those clouds are just normal white clouds, the kind you lay down on a hill and watch, if they were storm clouds they'd be darker and more threatening." I say to her and she nods.

"I knew that." She says to me as she walks ahead with a smile, more confident.

I just walk two steps behind her as she talks.

"You know, your very well mannered, normally escorts walk ahead of me." Princess says to me and I tilt my head slightly, confused but I don't say anything as she talks about previous ill-mannered escorts.

"Storm?" Rouge asks as we walk past.

Princess stops and I stop.

I smile at him. "Hi Rouge." I say to him and Princess nods to him with a smile.

"Come on Storm, I want to go to the shops." Princess says to me and I nod.

"Finally found you." Shikamaru says to me.

"Nope, girls only." Princess says to Shikamaru and I shrug and place my hand on her shoulder and I teleport the two of us to the shops. "That was fast, why didn't you do that before?" Princess asks me.

"It would have looked like I kidnapped you." I say to her and she nods.

"But back then was different?" Princess asks me.

"Shikamaru knows that was the teleportation Jutsu. So he's gonna say, what a drag and continue looking around with a confused Yukino, Rouge and Frosch behind him." I say to her and she just nods and starts looking at clothes while I just watch her.

"Aren't you even interested in these clothes?" Princess asks me and I look at the prices.

"Nope." I say looking away from the prices.

"But they're so cute." Princess says to me.

"And ridiculously priced, I prefer the comfy clearance clothes, that are under 1,000 ryo." I say to her and she raises an unamused eyebrow.

"You take a lot of jobs, and you get paid a lot from what I understand, so I don't see a problem." Princess says to me.

I raise an eyebrow. "I use that money for rent, groceries, and anything else I might need, and anything else left over is for traveling expenses and what not." I say to her and she nods.

"That makes some sense." Princess says to me and I just sigh and let her do as she pleases while I watch her. "Would you loosen up a bit Storm?" Princess asks me and I roll my eyes as I trip some thug as he runs towards Princess, I grab her and pull her to the side before the thug flies face first into the wall, sliding down with a goofy look, completely unconscious.

I walk over and kneel down next to him and I find his ID. "For the love of Kami, you street thugs and so rude." I say and I get up, leaving his ID next to him as I walk back over to Princess who is in complete shock. "Just a normal street thug." I say with a small hour.

"Normal?" She asks me shocked.

I nod. "Idiots looking for a bit of cash they can steal from someone." I say to her and she looks unsettled. "Don't worry, now that I've made myself known here, my presence was established and you'll be fine, they won't try anything again, unless they want a beating." I say to her and she nods, looking a little better.

"Your strong." Princess says to me as we walk to another district.
