Storm's POV

I get kicked off my bed and I land on the ground with a thud.

I sit up and everyone but Laxus moves away. I stretch as I get up and I grab my book, putting it on my side table and glance at everyone and they all but Laxus, back away even more.

I grab Laxus by the back of his shirt, choking him as I drag him out the balcony and I hold him over the side.

"Holy shit she's got strength." Gajeel says shocked.

A shadow casts over my eyes. "You kicked me out of my bed, your going to regret ever touching me you bastard." I say and his eyes widen and I throw him, sending him to the other side of the city.

I go back to mg bed and I lay down, covering my face with my book and I relax and fall asleep again.

Gajeel's POV

All of us stare at her shocked.

"I'm glad I didn't remove her book." Lissanna says with a nervous sweat drop.

"Death for sure." Cana says shocked.

After a while Laxus comes back and looks at Storm with an almost confused look.

"This kid, is strong." He says and everyone but him and Mira fall.

Storm growls in annoyance. "I'm trying to sleep, I swear to Kami, I will destroy you all if you don't shut up and go to bed." Storm says to us.

"Yes Ma'am." The girls say nervously.

"She's just a girl." I say and Storm removes the book from her face.

"Shut, up, now, and go to bed." Storm says to us.

"On one condition." Laxus says to her.

Storm's POV

"And that would be?" I ask, already annoyed beyond hell.

"You have a king sized bed, the only way I can get a good nights rest is to sleep on something comfortable or my performance tomorrow will be trash, I'll be sleeping with you tonight." Laxus says to me with a smirk.

"Oh dear." Mira says with a nervous smile.

"Fine, but you stay on that side of the bed, as long as I can get some sleep with out people talking all night." I say and everyone stares at me shocked. I lay on my side with my arms crossed and facing away from Laxus, towards the edge of the bed and I close my eyes.

I listen to everyone fall asleep and finally Laxus lays on the opposite side of the bed and he doesn't fall asleep.

"Are you really asleep over there?" Laxus asks me.

"Does it matter?" I ask him.

"Not really." Laxus says to me.

"Why haven't you gone to sleep yet?" I ask him.

"No reason." Laxus says to me.

"I see, well, you should get some rest, your part of the games, so you have to look out for your own health." I say to him.

"Right." He says to me, not really enthusiastic.

I feel him shift on the bed and I can feel him staring at my back.

I grab my book from the floor and I continue reading.

"Your always reading, what's up with that?" Laxus asks me.

"Its a trait from my Sensei, except, less, perverted." I say and he suddenly comes up behind me and looks at my book.

"What does that say?" Laxus asks me.

"It says 'Give up. The foe says demandingly. No. I say to him with a smirk. Why don't you. I get cut off by getting slammed into a tree with a kunai stuck in me. Give up, on me giving up. I say poofing behind him and he stare at me shocked and I quickly take him out. Who are you? He asks. My name, is Naruto.' That's what it says and its by far the best part in the book." I say and Laxus nods.

"Who's it by?" Laxus asks me.

"One if the Legendary Sanin, from my old home, he's dead now, that was painful to hear about, and the after affects for me, caused a lot of mental damage, his name was Jiraiya, the Legendary Toad Sage of Mt. Myoboku, also know as the Legendary Pervy Sage." I say to him. "He taught me a thing or two during the two and a half years I spent with him and my teammate Naruto." I say and he raises an eyebrow.

"Isn't that the character from the book?" Laxus asks me.

"Naruto's father Minato, was Jiraiya's student, Minato read this book before Naruto was born, from what I understand, Mina I and Kushina wanted to name Naruto after the character in this book, in hopes that he'd be like the character in the book, gutsy and brave." I say to Laxus who nods.

"Why do you always wear that jacket?" Laxus asks me.

"Your the curious type. Well, the reason is fairly simple, my aunt gave me this flack jacket as a symbol of my Ninja Rank at its highest, Jonin." I say and he nods.

"You seem to have a lot to talk about, you just don't know how." Laxus says observing me.

He's smart I guess, but he's prying in on me.

"You like to pry, don't you?" I ask him and he looks at me surprised.

"We're part of the Fairy Tail guild, and everyone in the guild is considered a family, don't you think its best to share?" Laxus asks me.

"Maybe so, but, I don't feel comfortable talking about myself." I say to him and I get up. "I'm gonna go for a walk, you better be asleep by the time I get back, if you get a poor sleep tonight then it'll be my fault for not making you go to sleep." I say and he frowns, but nods nonetheless.

I put my ninja sandals on and I grab my book and I head out the balcony and I jump off and walk around town while reading.

"Huh? Its a girl." A guard says to his buddies.

"There's a curfew though." Another guard says to him.

Mest appears beside me and I eye him and the guards.

"Babe, your finally here." He says with a smirk and his eyes tell me to play along to get the guards off my back.

"Hey Baby, I missed you, why were you gone so long?" I ask him as I close my book and I put my arms around his neck with a smile.

"Sorry, some work came up that I wasn't able to pass off, I really did mean to come visit you, but you know council duties, they take up a lot of time." Mest says to me.

"We should go, they seem to want to be together alone." One of the guards says to his buddies.

"No, this is getting interesting." Another says to him.

Mest pick me up and kisses me with a smile and then sets me down.

I'm so going to kill him.

I give him a closed eyed grin and he just smiles at me.

"Lets go." The head guard says and they continue their patrol.

I let Mest go and I whack him on the head. "I really hate your methods of getting people off my back." I say to him and he laughs nervously as he rubs his head.

"Yeah, but it was necessary." Mest says to me.

I snort in annoyance. "Yeah, whatever, why are you here anyways?" I ask him.

"I just got into town myself and I saw them about to approach and surround you." He says to me with a cocky smirk.

"I might have to knock you down a peg or two, you've got a really cocky attitude." I say to him and he chuckles nervously.

"There's no need for that." Mest says to me.

I scowl at him for a moment before I sigh. "Jeez what a pain, you men are unpredictable, the whole reason I'm not in my hotel room, is to get away from your species, I wouldn't have minded answering a dozen questions from guards and then moved on." I say to him and he sweat drops and I open my book again and I continue walking and he follows me. "Is there a reason your following me?" I ask him.

"Lahar would like to meet you, I didn't see you at your hotel, so I had to come looking for you." Mest says to me.

"Eh? Oh, whatever." I say waving him off as I read and he just rolls his eyes and leads me in a direction and another guy who looks like a pompus jerk, stops us.

"Lahar, I've brought her." Mest says to him.

I look up for a brief moment before I continue reading.

"My name is Lahar, I'm the Captain of the fourth companies custody unit of the council." Pompus says to me.

"Yeah that's nice, titles are titles." I say and Mest falls. "My name is Storm Nara, I'm a Fairy Tail Wizard." I say as I wave him off and guards surround me. I just read as they close in and I then do a hand sign and I disappear in a poof and then I reappear in a tree next to them. "It not really nice to surround someone who decided to waste her time with jerks, explain to me, as to why you decided to surround and trap me?" I ask them.

"Your of a different world, your worth studying." Lahar says to me with a smirk.

"Oh yeah? Well study this." I say and I jump down and I land a crushing kick to the ground, breaking it and making it rumble and causing a lot if damage and everyone but me falls. I snap my book shut as I glare at them. "You'll leave me alone whether you want to or not, I'm busy with the games and I have a temper, so interrupt me one more time, and I won't hesitate to inflict harm on you." I say and I walk back into town.

I head back to the hotel room to see Laxus is asleep and I hear steady breathing from him, and he's on his side of the bed.

I take my ninja sandals off and I lock the balcony doors and I lay on my side of the bed carefully and I lay on my side, facing away from Laxus.

I cuddle a pillow close to me and Laxus turns over to me and his eyes bore in my back and I relax my position and I summon Jasper and he lays between us.

"Good Jasper." I say and I turn around and pet his head.

"Thanks Alpha." He says to me.

"Seriously?" Laxus asks me.

"I don't like people getting close to me." I say and Jasper nods.

"Alpha has a rough past and because of it, she has a hard time trusting people and not many are even aloud to even touch her." Jasper says to him. "Oh by the way Alpha, Cream's pups are bouncing around and mischievous pups, they pulled a prank on me earlier and because of it, I fell into the Wolf Pool." Jasper says to me and I laugh lightly.

"The little devils, that's what we should call the trio." I say and Jasper nods.

"I have no idea what your talking about and what's with this alpha business?" Laxus asks confused.

"Storm is our Alpha, the leader of our wolf pack, she protects us with her awesome skills, she also helps the pups with their training once they're of age and summons the rest of us for helping her fight or whatever she needs help with, Alpha is strong, kind and protective, that's why Elder chose her." Jasper says to him.

"Eh? Strong is a little overkill, don't you think?" I ask him.

"But you are Alpha, you've taken down enemy after enemy, you even saved me from being killed when I was pup and you had a bad injury to your chest." Jasper says to me.

I sweat drop. "What was I supposed to do? I had to retreat from that anyways because I promised to come back alive from that mission, now, shush, everyone, to sleep, before I knock you all out." I say and Jasper nods and lays next to me while Laxus rolls his eyes and turns on his side. I rest my head on Jasper and I curl up into his gray fur, enjoying the warmth.

"Night Alpha." Jasper says and falls asleep.

I pet his head a few times before I let sleep consume me.
