Brady's

I follow the girls into the diner.
"Hey Bex," said the one behind the counter "How many to... Holy shit Seth Rollins?!"
" Hi," I said "But actually it's Colby."
"Ummm can we be seated?" asked Bex.
"Of course," said the waitress named Molly.
"Sorry about that," said Bex as we followed Molly.
"Yeah," said Ani "She's kinda of a huge How Deep Is Your Love? fan.
We slide into the booth. Ani and Kenny are fighting as to who was sitting next to Bex.
" Girls, "said Bex calmly "Ani you sit next to Colby and Kenny you sit next to mine."
Ani quickly sat next to me.
"Hi," I said smiling at Ani.
Ani smiled at me.
Bex rolls her eyes as she placed a hand next to her mouth and mouthed to me 'She's got a crush on you.'Bex smiles at me boy do I love that smile.
'I've got a crush on you' I mouth back.
Bex blushed.
'I've got a crush on you too,'she mouths back.
It was my turn to blush. I put my hand over hers. We looked into each other's eyes.
"Bex?" said Kenny.
It broke the moment.
"Yes Kenny?"
"Kathie wants your order," said Kenny pointing at the waitress.
"Oh," we said grabbing the menus.
" Can we have a few more minutes? "asks Bex.
Kathie nods and leaves.
Bex blushes and hid behind the menu.
Kenny smiles at me.Ani looks at me with the same crystal blue eyes her sister has.
" Colby? "
"Yes Ani?"
"You really like Bex don't you?"
" I do, "I said looking at Bex who blushes even redder if that is possible.
" Bex? "said Ani.
" Ani, "said Bex avoiding my eyes.
" You really like Colby don't you? "

Brady's

I nod "Yes I really like Colby," I said looking at him he blushes.
"Can we sit at another table?We will stay in your eye sight," said Ani "Give you guys some alone time?"
" Ani it's fine, "I said.
" Are you sure? "
"Positive," I said.
"Bex if you don't mind maybe I'll talk to Dad and see if Granny DiMateo can take us tonight that way you and Colby can have the night to yourself?"
" Thanks Ani, "I said "I'd like that."
I looked over at Colby who was smiling like a kid in a candy store.
Ani noticed it too "I take it you like that too?'
For twelve she was wise beyond her years.
Colby kissed the top of Ani's head which caused her to blush a bright red.
" Thanks Ani, "said Colby.
"No problem," said Ani "Bex can I borrow your phone to call Dad?"
" Yes, "I said handing her my cellphone.

Brady's

Ani called her Father in Fiji. She explained her idea and he agreed to allow them to go to her maternal Grandparents house.
" Dad, "said Ani "He will call Granny and he said he'd text you what time to drop us off."
" Thanks, "said Bex.
" Would you like to order now? " asked Kathie.
"Yes," we said together.
"Jinx you owe me a soda," smirks Bex.
I laughed "You got it," I said winking at her.
She blushes and smiles.
"I'll take a veggie burger, fries and that soda he owes me," smiled Bex.
"I'll have a chicken cesar salad and a water with lemon," said Kenny.
"Pancakes and bacon and a water with lemon," said Ani.
"I'll have a burger,fries and a soda," I said.
About twenty minutes later Kathie was bringing our lunch over.
I take a bite of burger "This is good!" I said.
"This is even better," said Bex eating her veggie burger.
I smile. I had to find vegetarian places in Los Angeles so when Bex came to visit me I could take her out.
