I hate to admit it, since I like to stay out of any subject of politics, but President Snow certainly has a certain attractiveness that is a bit difficult to explain. I suppose it's his calmness and his sophistication. Maybe his determination and his hunger for power. He can also be charming and polite. It could be all of the above.
