SUNYOO POV
I looked up, and my eyes widened as I looked at the person infront of me, and they smiled as they held an umbrella infront of me.
"Why are you here all alone? It's cold here," they asked and I shook my head before looking down on the floor.
"I'm fine, you can go ahead," I replied.
"The rain will be going on for hours, you don't have a car?" They asked and I nodded before looking at the figure again.
"Why don't you go back inside? And then you can call someone to pick you up?" They asked.
"I don't want to. That's not my house you see," I replied and they nodded.
"How about you sit around my house for a bit? You can't trust strangers around here, you might be in trouble since it's late at night and you're wearing.... clothing not suitable for the rain, and my house is not far from here, and... I may be one, but it's better than some weirdo, right?" they said.
I looked up at them again, and they wore a formal attire, as if they just came from work, and they gave me a small smile.
"Fine, only because I can't stand this rain anymore," I replied as I stepped inside the umbrella, and they smiled before walking beside me, our backs starting to get away from the mansion Seokjin lived in.
"Watch out, you'll slip because of your heels, I'll just... support you, okay? I'll just... touch your elbow and I need your consent," they said and I nodded back as their free hand touched my elbow respectively, pulling my closer to them and I smiled softly at their kindness.
"What's your name? You seem really young," I asked and they smiled before looking at me.
"Park Jimin, and I'm young because I'm 25," he chuckled.
"I'm Han Sunyoo, so you're younger than me huh? I'm just 3 years older," I replied.
"So does that mean... I can call you...
...noo...na?" He smirked as he kept guiding me with his hand tugging on my elbow.
He had black hair and he had an earring that hung on his ear, and his plump lips tugged up into a cute smile.
"You don't have to call me noona! I'm fine with it!" I retorted, getting a bit flustered as my eyes widened a bit.
"I see you're not used to being called noona, are you the youngest in your family?" He asked.
"Only child actually, I'm just not used to being called in that honorific most of the time," I replied and Jimin nodded before pausing a bit.
"You're the daughter of the CEO of Han&Yeolsong Group?" Jimin asked and I nodded before looking down on the wet ground.
"Yes, how did you know? People in Seoul don't recognize me much here," I replied and Jimin smiled softly as we kept walking.
"My boss is Kim Namjoon, the youngest child in the Kim Family, he's the brother of Seokjin and he recently came here. I'm his secretary and I run the Seoul franchise of Kim Daily," Jimin replied and I looked at him in awe.
"Really? His brother is back? He came from States and now he's here?" I asked and he nodded.
"You'll get to see me often, since Mr. Namjoon's sole purpose in coming back to Korea is to visit his father, who works at KimHit as the CEO. He's recently not feeling well," Jimin explained and I nodded as we stopped in our tracks.
"I did hear about that, but I'll visit him tomorrow," I replied.
"We've arrived, please come inside and I'll let you have a seat while you contact someone," Jimin smiled as he gestured me inside, unlocking the door.
I nodded as I made my way inside the house, and I looked around his house. His house wasn't as big as Seokjin's, but it was enough for a whole family to live in. He had a two-storey house and it had homey and warm decorations unlike Seokjin's black and white royalty ones. He looked at me before gesturing to a small dining room near the kitchen.
I followed him and sat myself down, while he made his way to the kitchen,
"I'll fix you some tea, please try to make yourself comfortable, Ms. Han," Jimin said from the kitchen and I nodded, my arm starting to burrow inside my purse as I took out my phone.
I unlocked my phone, scrolling my contacts to my mother's phone number before sending her a text that I needed someone to pick me up through this heavy rain.
As soon as I finished texting my mother, Jimin came back with two cups of tea, he placed one infront of me before placing one infront of himself, taking a seat opposite of mine.
"So... how did you know Youngyeon, noona? I saw you infront of her house earlier," Jimin asked as he stared at me.
"Hm? Her house? I thought- oh nevermind...," I replied, since I didn't even have the right to be in someone's business I'm worried about.
And plus, I needed to keep his address a secret.
"Just... something I needed to talk with her? And why is that? How did you know her?" I asked as I sipped my tea, and he smiled at me.
"I just met her, and something in me is wanting to know her better," he beamed and I nodded at him.
"I'm also curious about something noona, how did your company and Mr. Kim's company get together for a collaboration?" He asked, and I glanced up at him.
"Actually, I'm getting married to his son," I replied and his eyes widened.
"Really? Kim Seokjin, right?" Jimin asked and I nodded.
"I see, I suppose it's a private matter, right? It hasn't been announced pubicly," he beamed and I nodded again.
"But something just bothers me, he.... he's always cold towards me, when I just wanted to be there for him, you know? I'm now having these terrible illusions that he might fall for another person, when I've been keeping an eye on him since we were young, I've been the one working my ass off just to see him, I've been the one showing him all the best sides of me, and I've been the one loving him first," I ranted, trying to get things off my chest for a bit since it feels like I've been bottling up my feelings to much, crossing my arms over my chest as I lifted my chin up.
"Oh noona, is he your first love?" He asked with a small grin.
I nodded.
"Arranged marriage?"
I nodded again.
"Noona, it doesn't matter who loves that person first and who does everything for that one person first, it depends on how the person feels towards the person, and feelings can't be developed based on who is first. If he doesn't love you, then he doesn't. If he doesn't need you, he doesn't, that's what love is, in the end... it's still you, you, and you," he said as he sipped his tea and I looked down.
"I feel... a bit... embarrassed that I'm being educated by someone younger than me," I whispered as I looked down on my lap.
"It's alright noona. But I must say, you're quite of a loyal person noona," he smiled and I looked at him.
"Of course I am! I wouldn't have planned a marriage with Seokjin if I hadn't been so loyal!" I replied, looking at him. "Why? Do you think I'm... that mean?"
"No, you're not at all to me.... but I'm really curious about something," Jimin trailed off and I stared at him.
"What is that?" I replied.
"How can't Seokjin love an attractive person like you? "
UNKNOWN POV
"I've retrieved something again... news about Kim Seokjin's scandal," a figure said as he stood infront of the other figure.
"News eh? Well, I hope it will be something worth telling to the public again," the person chuckled before sitting himself on the chair, the figure infront of him.
"Alright, what is this news this time?" The person on the chair asked before placing a cigarette between his lips.
