White tower and golden geese - Part 4 - Erryk x Arryk x Reader

The lady headed with speed towards the stables. She couldn't pretend that she wasn't still angry at her sister; at Ser Cole for doing what he had done, for daring to speak when the matter was of no concern to him. She couldn't pretend that she was not horrified at the notion of a possible marriage to the likes of Larys Strong; (Y/n) having heard that the man had some very strange proclivities; but there again, what man didn't. And given all this, she had decided that a trip into the city was not enough, that she needed to clean her head; the only thing guaranteed to do that, a ride beyond the city walls, out into the land that surrounded the capital.

"My lady............" (Y/n) shaking her head, as she heard one of the twins call out.

"Where are you going..........?" The other asked, as the pair did their best to keep up with the spry female.

"If you two can keep up, then you will know." The younger Hightower girl retorted. Not blaming either of the men for what had happened in her sister's rooms. Though, and despite saying that she would prefer it if the twins were her friends, rather than her guards; that didn't mean she was just going to start making this easy for either of them. It was too much fun teasing the two handsome Kingsguards; and if there was anything that she needed before she was forced to conform to the desires of her father and sister, to marry someone that she would probably hate, it was fun. (Y/n) suddenly taking a sharp turn and heading through a gap that she knew from experience, would take her to the stables.

                                                        >>----------------------------------<<

The Cargylls stopped. How had she done it again? The twins sure that they had never met a more infuriating woman in their lives. Neither having a clue as to how she seemed to be able to disappear in the blink of an eye. She had been just ahead of them, really she had; yet now........nothing. Not a sight or sound of her anywhere.

They knew they had to find her. She was already doing her best to disobey the queen's orders for her not to go into the city again, and just like before, if anything happened to her, it would be their heads on the block, possibly literally. Erryk and Arryk looking at one another; both of them reaching for their swords, as there was a noise. A large horse rushing towards them, sending them falling backwards; it being pulled to a timely halt, as it came to stand just in front of the now prone pair.

"You know, I really shouldn't be able to run rings around you two like this. I am sure that Ser Westerling would be disappointed to know that two of the finest Kingsguards, can't even keep up with me.........." (Y/n) chuckling, as she leant over and patted the neck of the grey gelding that carried her.

"But, as we are now friends, I will tell you where I am going, so that when you get your horses saddled, you can come and find me. Now I can't say fairer than that, can I............?" The lady going on the tell the twins of a beautiful spot on the Rush, not too many miles away from the walled city. The lady adding that she would be waiting for them there, before urging the gelding on. It and its rider soon disappearing from sight, as the Kingsguard's quickly got to their feet and ran towards the stables.

                                                        >>---------------------------------<<

There was something about the feel of the wind rushing through her hair that seemed to make everything better. The smile not leaving her lips, as she had finally got to her little spot on the Rush. (Y/n) securing her steed to one of the trees that lined the bank, before she removed her clothes, and let her body drop slowly into the rolling water.

She knew that it could be dangerous to swim in the river. The Rush could have strong currents that would pull bathers below the surface, and to their deaths. Yet she had been doing just this for some time and knew where to stay so that she was not pulled too far from the bank, this little spot her haven, a place of peace, away from the city, from her father and sister. The lady lying back and just floating on the surface of the water, in a little pool that time and the river had created. Unable to stop herself from chuckling, as she wondered how much longer it would be, before the twins arrived.

                                                      >>---------------------------------<<

"Erryk?" Arryk called out, as they looked for signs of the Lady Hightower.

"Anything........?" He continued. Erryk just shaking his head in reply. They had followed what the lady had told them. Sure, that they must be coming up to the group of trees that she had described; trees that leant over into the water, their leaves kissing the surface of the river. Yet still there was no sign of her, or the grey gelding. The twins having no option but to ride a little further upstream. But before they could move on, something caught their eyes. The brother's smiling at one another as a grey horse appeared from between the trees, its head down, obviously munching on the longer grass that grew near the banks. The twin Kingsguards geeing on their mounts and making their way over to where the gelding was tied. Yet as they got there, they were greeted with a sight they had not expected. The two men watching as the lady swam in a natural pool to the side of the river.

"My lady. You must come out of there, right now!" Arryk called out, as (Y/n) turned to look at them.

"Ah, there you are. You took your time. And are you sure that you really want me to get out of this water, Ser Arryk........?" (Y/n) chuckled. The lady well aware that she was submerged enough so that they could not see her body, and that her clothes were concealed under one of the trees.

"Yes, my lady................"

"Are you both sure that you want that............." The younger Hightower queried, as the brothers dismounted, and made their way closer to the bank. The looks that they were giving her, making it more than obvious that yes, that was what they wanted.

"Very well; but don't say I didn't give you a chance............" (Y/n) said, slowly pushing herself out of the water. The naked lady making her way to where the two wide eyed men stood.

"Well.........is there anything else that you two would like me to do for you............?"
