DAY ONE
Day One - Noon
(Y/n)'s POV
"Shoto is right." Kirishima nods, his eyes glancing around the lounge room. "I say we should split up into groups. We'll cover more ground then."
Izuku looks to the ground in deep thought, his eyes vacant of any emotion until he finally lifts his head to speak, "Yeah, that sounds like a good idea. Who's going to be with who?" His eyes glance towards Bakugo, who in return gives him a snarl.
"I'll go with (Y/n)." Shinso finally speaks, his legs moving him until he stood beside me.
"Aw, but I wanted to go with her." Kaminari whines out, his shoulders slumping forward with a small pout on his lips.
"What?!" Bakugo snaps as he grabs Shinso by the arm and pushes him away as he takes his spot besides me. "Who gave you shitheads the authority to go with her?! I'm going with (L/n), not you fuckers!"
"I don't think (Y/n) would want someone as reckless as you to accompany her." Shoto narrows his heterochromia eyes towards Bakugo. "I think it would be best if I were to go with her."
"Guys," Kirishima pipes in, a frown on his lip as he rubs at the nape of his neck. "I don't think this is a very fair deciding system."
"Can I just point out that I was the first one to see (Y/n) when I woke up in this place." Izuku mutters out, "So I should be the one to explore with her. That sounds logical, right?"
"Uh, whoa! Dudes!" I raise my hands, gaining everyone's attention. "We can't start arguing already or else we'll never find a way out of here. Whoever that was, talking through the TV to us, clearly wants us to fight and get nothing accomplished so our seven days of captivity will seem like an eternity." I stare at them all with intensity, hoping my voice was getting through to them.
"We can't let that psycho get what he wants, alright? I'll be the one to choose the groups. That'll make things easier." Clearing my throat after a second I point towards the groups.
"Shoto, you go with Izuku. Kirishima and Kaminari, you two are together. I'll go with Shinso and Bakugo since we're uneven. Sound good everyone?"
"Fuck no! I am not going with him!" Bakugo points a threatening finger towards Shinso, his eyes narrowed as he lets out a gruff scoff.
"Fine. Then you can go on your own." Shinso retorts and crosses his arms over his chest, a smirk plastered on his lips.
"Fine! Better than sticking with a dumbass like you!"
I let out a sigh and rub at my temples. "Okay, because I know you're not going to change your damn mind, listen up." With a small huff I look towards the others. "Shoto, Izuku, you two start exploring the topmost floor - I believe there are three levels here, by the looks of the staircases."
I watch as both boys nod in silence, their eyes set with determination to find an escape to this hell hole. Besides, I can see some sort of relief in Izuku's eyes. I'm guessing he was glad they don't have to go into the dark basement of the Terror House.
"Kirishima and Kaminari, you two search the second floor. Bakugo, you stay on this floor and look around while Shinso and I will check the basement. Look for anything that could help us escape - clues, secret hatches, stuff like that."
I instruct everyone as I grab Shinso by the bicep, "Let's meet up back in this room in two hours, alright? Keep an eye on the time. We'll discuss what we found and then regroup. No one journeys too far off course. Bakugo," I look towards the ash blonde, "Be careful. I know you're capable of looking after yourself," I add in once he sends me a small glare, "But you'll be by yourself. Don't put yourself in any danger that isn't necessary, okay?"
"I'll be back. Don't think some stupid ass house is going to knock me down." Bakugo grunts out and turns his head away from the group, scowl on his face.
I sigh before speaking to the rest of the group, "As it grows closer to midnight, all of is need to be together in one room - strength in numbers is essential, especially since the elimination happens at midnight..."
"If elimination is even a thing." Kaminari adds with a pointed look.
"Right," I nod in agreement, "We don't know what that guy meant by elimination... but I think it's safe to assume the worst." I mumble out with a frown.
"Alright. Let's do this. Meet back in two hours." Kirishima nods in affirmation, and with that, we disperse throughout our assigned areas of the Terror House.
3rd PERSON POV
Kaminari and Kirishima don't utter a word as they journey up to the second floor.
Kirishima's eyes dart from one camera in the ceiling corner to another, extremely wary about this whole situation. While he was busy checking the ceilings out, he had drifted behind Kaminari who looks behind himself to his friend. "Dude, keep up. We don't have all day." He urges him on.
"Yeah, right, sorry." Kirishima mutters as they both enter the first room to their left.
Both give the room a quick scan before Kaminari taps Kirishima on the shoulder, "Look, dude. I know being in a situation like this isn't the best and everything but..." He stops himself for a moment, thinking of how to phrase the rest of his thoughts.
"You can tell me, bro. Spit it out." Kirishima pushes him on with a small encouraging smile.
Kaminari sighs slightly, "Well, this Terror House stuff seems serious, and I don't like the way that TV guy was talking about elimination..."
"Let me guess," Kirishima crosses his arms, a small frown now plastered on his face, "you're worried about (Y/n)."
Kaminari nods softly, his eyes meeting his friends, "And I know you are too, don't try to hide it. I just want us to both agree on something here."
"Go on, I feel like I know where this is going."
"No matter what happens in this Terror House, we need to protect (Y/n)." Kaminari furrows his eyebrows, his voice level as he stares at Kirishima in all seriousness.
Kirishima stares back at Kaminari for a moment before he finally speaks, "I agree with you. Let's just hope that nothing drastic happens either way. Now come on, don't think about that. Let's start our searching."

Bakugo makes his way down the eastern hall by himself as he enters the kitchen. Every major kitchen appliance is stainless steel, and everything else a variant of silver. The entire kitchen is sleek and modern; the stark contrast of its style and the rest of the first floor's style is almost sickening.
Bakugo holds back the shiver that threatened to run down his spine as he spots another camera aimed in his direction from the top of the fridge.
Look away from the fridge, his eyes connect with butcher knives hanging from a silver rack on the opposite wall. "Guess I could use those knives if things turn to shit."
Keeping his guard up, Bakugo takes a few careful steps into the kitchen, carefully listening to see if there were any sort of traps set up for him. When nothing shifted or tried to kill him, he stepped fully into the kitchen room.
He was quick to start checking the drawers and cupboards for any keys, key-cards, or other useful things that could help them escape. Not finding anything in a glass cupboard, he lets out a loud groan and slams the door shut, watching his reflection in the mirror shift until the door stopped vibrating from the harsh abuse.
As he glared back into his reflect he thought to himself for a few moments, using the silence to clear things up. Behind his eyes, a ripple of (Y/n)'s face crosses his mind before he lets out a small tch and turns his head to face the fridge.
Whatever happens, I need to protect her. I know that shitty TV guy wasn't joking about being eliminated, or whatever the fuck that means.
Bakugo raises his head to glance back at his reflection once more, "I'll protect (Y/n) from elimination at all costs."

"Hey, uh, Todoroki." Izuku questions, breaking the eerie silence between the two.
They've been investigating the third floor of the Terror House for a few minutes, not really paying all that much attention to each other.
Shoto turns his attention to Izuku with a raised eyebrow. "We get alone for the most part, right?" The green haired boy asks softly.
"I believe so..." Todoroki nods, his eyebrows furrowing at such a question.
"Then, uh, can we both agree on something right now?" Izuku shuffles in his spot nervously, his pointer fingers jabbing at each other.
"That depends..." Todoroki stares at Izuku with an expressionless face.
Izuku places down a little snow glob he was looking at and instead faces Todoroki, "Can we agree that, if what the TV guy was saying is true, (Y/n) is the one we need to save from elimination? Like, no matter what happens to any of us, (Y/n) needs to survive?"
Shoto blinks slowly for a moment, processing Izuku's speech before opening his own mouth. "Yes, I can agree with you, Midoriya. Her safety will be my top priority."
"Mine too." Izuku gives a curt nod, his lips pursed.

Shinso, despite being seemingly fearless at the top of the staircase, is now trying his hardest to not hide behind (Y/n). They haven't found a light switch to illuminate the basement yet, which is making them both slightly nervous.
The two of them feel around the basement walls in search of the light switch, finding it very difficult to search around in the dark.
"It's gotta be around here somewhere... whoever made this house wouldn't put a light switch too far away from the staircase, right?" (Y/n) grumbles out, fingers searching for anything along the walls.
"Who knows? Maybe this house was built mainly for the purpose of torturing people." Shinso gives a half shrug, his eyes straining in the dark.
(Y/n) tries to ignore Shinso's dark words and continues walking alongside the basement walls.
"Oh! I think I found it!" She grins to herself, flipping the switch triumphantly. A few ceiling lights that still have working light bulbs illuminate the basement. (Y/n) sighs in relief, "Now we can search properly."
Shinso blinks his eyes a few times to adjust to the lights before looking around. The first thing his gaze lands on is (Y/n); she has her hands on her hips, surveying the basement with keen vision.
He feels his lips curl up into a gentle smile, his hands coming up to run through his purple tuffs.
If that elimination really is true, then he's going to ensure (Y/n) will be the one to survive. Even if that means he needs to remove himself or his comrades from the picture.
