Something burst from the forest and lunged forward. Caspian shielded me from the blast as the dust cleared there was a shadowy figure standing there looking at us all. It just stood there watching us, the other boys were ready to attack, Caspian was still shielding me and I was standing there in shock.

"I didn't know that you could really leave my body." I said, it looked at me then you could see his smile. 

"Well but of course. I am a demon so leaving your body and moving around as I see fit, is a small task." He said coming closer to me. Though Caspian knew that he was the demon, he wasn't letting his guard down. "Listen wolf boy, that is my soul your trying so hard to protect. Move and let she and I speak." The demon sounded a little annoyed.

"It's okay Caspian. Now is not the time to take me." I whispered to him, he slowly moved aside. "What have you found?" I asked him, he frowned.

"Well the one who attack you was merely a pawn. The real master is yet to reveal itself. Be careful, there is a dark force inside the school." He whispered to me before vanishing. A darkness besides my own, who could it be coming from?

"Raven?" Caspian's voice brought me back, everyone was staring at me.

"I'm fine, let's finish our run but sun rise." I said as I started walking. Caspian came close to me and held tightly to me hand. He was worried about what the demon said, though he didn't hear the last part. That was where my mind was when before I realized it I was in front of the girls dorm. Caspian was still holding my hand.

"I have to head back now. Get some sleep okay Raven, I'll see you tomorrow." He said letting go of my hand and walking away.

"Caspian." I said his name, stopping him but still seeing his back. "The demon said something that only I can worry about, please don't worry about me. I'll be fine." I said, now he turned around with rage in his eyes.

"That isn't why I'm mad. I'm worried about you. Ever since you came here things have gone to hell, you have almost gotten hurt and I can't help you. I want to be of some use to you and yet I feel," I stopped him by kissing him. His arms moved around my waist and i arms around his neck. We stood there for a few minutes.

"You are helping me right now. By being here, holding me, touching me. Everything about you is helping me, you wont realize this now but later on, you'll even save me with these lips." I whispered, he smiled and kissed me again. He let go and looked at me.

"Whatever happens, I'm here by your side." He said taking a strained of my hair and kissing it. "Good night my Queen." he said walking away. I've never had anyone call me Queen. I kinda like the way he said too. I walked into the dorm to find Nikki was there and she was looking through my stuff.

"Looking for something?" I asked her, scaring her to jump back.

"What the hell is all that stuff? You have candles and animal heads." She said moving away from me, like hell she doesn't know that I'm a witch. I grabbed the head of a field mouse and looked at it. It was only it's skull, I didn't kill it but hell she wouldn't know the difference.

"My family part it, so scare off people that would try to snoop through things that aren't theirs." I said, she growled then turned around. "So you and that guy get busy?" I asked her, she didn't even turn around. 

"I don't know what your talking about." She said, damn vampire are stupid girls.

"You know. That boy whose junk you were grabbing." I said, now she was looking at me.

"Shut your fucking mouth!" She was pissed, I smiled.

"How long have you been going here?" I asked her. "Before you snap, I was wondering about something." I said, she looked at me.

"Three years so far." She said, alright she should know something.

"Has Lora ever acted weird? Like all dark and spooky." I said, Nikki thought about it.

"Well my first year here she did. But that didn't last long and she is now, ever since you came here." She said that like I shouldn't be here. Can't blame her.

"Okay thanks, I wont tell anyone about your little private time with him." I said moving towards the window, opening it and letting Corax in. 

"That bird is bad. He keeps messing with the cats." Nikki said while crawling in the bed.

"Well he's a bird and their cats. Makes sense that he messed with them. But he should stop." I said as he tried to hide so he wouldn't get punished. I changed and crawled into the bed, Corax came down and laid on the bed. "Good night Corax." I said closing my eyes. 

Being in a place lite by the light of the moon. I was walking on soft grass with bare feet, looking down until a voice called out to me. 

"Raven, my filiae. Danger is coming to take the moon. Be ready to fight for the world of your birth right." The voice began to vanish until it was just me. Now the place I was in grow dark, the moon was being covered in darkness. I tried to shouted but I have no voice, now the darkness consumed me. I was taken by the black.

I woke up with someone shaking me, I sat up in shock. I looked around to find Nikki was holding my shoulders. She had this look of fright on her face, she let go of me.

"What happened?" She asked me, I was breathing heavily. What I saw was hell.

"Hell." That was all I could say before fall on the bed, I was shaking in fear. I got out of my bed and began praying for strength. The moons light was covered by some clouds, clouds that were not there before.
