Chapter 61: Traitors in the house

"Jimin... Please stop hauling me, I have already seen files, more and –"

"No! The files, I'm not allowed to see, but I know you are!" Jimin said, now that's a piece of very charming information to know.

"Jimin, if you're not authorised to see, then what makes you think I could do it?" as he still pushing you into his office, he said. It's been a while since you had tried to run away, keyword try. But for a small man like Jimin, he sure is intense and very persistent in you seeing files he had to declare not even he can see.

Now in what universe does he think? If he can't see, then I can? After leaving Yoongi behind; which guilt is eating you alive, yet relief you didn't die by his hands. Jimin was sprinting to his office. He yet again proclaims we were safe there.

We had run through after Jimin had confessed about a killing. Now you might think after 60 chapters of blood spilling and deadly threats, you should be alright, right?

Well, it still makes your body chill, knowing you were among the people who had to encounter someone capable of killing someone. They said at least 17 times you've passed through a killer. You had to give one, and it was gruesome. How about 16 more?

You had hoped the heavens were nice enough to mash up the 16 more in one body, so you didn't have to meet another one because it was too much.

The killer, whoever he was, you were going to get him no matter what.

Jimin had successfully dragged you to his office, opening the door. You were pushed inside as he locks the door. You were welcome with a sudden whiff of alcohol, and your nose scrunches up at the sudden stench of smell. Jimin was rummaging the whole place as you try to find the scent.

"Jimin, what have you been doing," you asked, "what is this smell, what are you –"

"I was testing different drugs," Jimin mumbled, as he stops to look at you, "I found out the drug –"he looks at you –"the same one who killed him." Your eyes widen as you walk to him.

"Jimin... j-jimin please tell me I –"you search his eyes," Jimin... what happened –"

"Tell me –"you shake him –"TELL ME WHAT KILLED HIM!"

"Taehyung, he knew something was wrong with the drink, and he drank the drugs –"Taehyung he took a dosage of methanol –"

Holding out a beaker of methanol in his hands –"Before he was buried, I found a glass beaker lying in the garden. I thought something was suspicious, and I was right."

Jimin took a pipette from his cabinets as he took the beaker's substance as he pours a single drop from the cup. He stirs the cup as you look at him. He brings the cup closer to him as you stop him.

"Jimin, what – JIMIN STOP –"you launch yourself at him as he finished the cup, the same cup that had killed Taehyung. He drops the cup, and you look at him in disbelief.

Your eyes suddenly pour out tears as you look at him, as you hit his chest.

"WHY DID YOU DO THAT?" you punched his chest again," YOU KNEW TAEHYUNG -TAEHYUNG...."

"Hey – hey..." he gently grabs hold of you, "The dosage I took is too little for me to get killed, Taehyung – he only took 32 milligrams of dosage."

You had to grip Jimin in a hug before kicking him, making him tumbling back.

"Jimin – I will kill you with my own two hands if you ever pulled a stunt like that again –"you told him as you glare at him. Jimin was smiling before he walks the table, rummaging through the desk. Before he held out a key, he walks to the bookcase before he turns the handle.

You had expected him to give you the files, but then the bookcase turns, and your eyes widen.

Jimin then looks at you, "the files are hidden in this case. You tried finding files for this, didn't you?"

You stagger back as you look at him," what- what do you –"

Jimin laughs, "Don't worry, I wasn't mad at you. I wanted you to find something here, I was hoping you find the case and opened it, but I guess it wasn't the right time, isn't it?" he asked. You then remember that time when Seokjin had asked you to find any clues about the house.

"The files are hidden, and the reason I can't see was that it's opened by an eye censored, and I can't open it," he said. You looked confused as you look at him.

"Jimin, I never put up with the censor I –"

"That's why you're the only one who can open this fault, Namjoon. He had all of us put into the system, so whoever tries to open this fault will be flash with a laser, making them blind."

You stager back at Jimin had said as you look back at fault. Disbelief was written in your eyes.

"The fault is designed to be opened people without the eye sensor, and we don't have much time the only person without it is –"

"Me."

You said, you look at the fault, you walk closer to it, 'If I go blind, I will kill you –"You whisper to Jimin.

You walk closer to the sensor as you look at the tiny hole, you had a wait, when suddenly your eyes were hit with a laser, and you scream back.

Jimin eyes widen as he took hold of you. You had to touch your eyes. You were crying before you hear a sudden click. Jimin looks at the fault as it opens. He looks at you, who then looks up, as your eyes clear.

It worked. The fault opened.

Jimin had a walk to the fault opening the fault to see a single file.

"You little insolent, I gave you the key, and you betray me?" you look back to see a fuming Namjoon.
