~House Of Outings~
"Joy! Hurry up! You going to make us all late!" Mara and Patricia complained beside her.
"I think it's good to take your time slowly. A bit like butterfly, waiting patiently to spread their wings and fly off to freedom," Willow said whilst she made her hands fly off like a butterfly. Her eyes widening, wondering what it would be like to become like one.
"Um, that's nice Willow," Joy shrugged her shoulders, only half listening.
"You're about as slow as a.......a leopard," Patricia grumbled.
"Patricia, leopards aren't slow. They have the widest range of habitats of all the big cats. This has allowed them to survive in various different geographic areas. One of the most extreme example, is the amazing snow leopard which lives in the Himalayas," Mara stated.
"Oh whatever, a rabbit then," she muttered, but Mara heard.
"Patricia! Rabbit's aren't slow!" Mara exclaimed indignantly.
Joy was just finishing the touch ups to her hair which she had especially styled for the night.
"Alright guys, I'm ready," Joy smiled at herself in the mirror.
But nobody heard her. Patricia and Mara were arguing about animals, and Willow was still making her hands fly like a butterfly.
"Ermm, guys?" she asked frowning.
Still no answer.
"People, listen to me! I am ready!" at last she shouted.
"Huh? What?" Patricia, Mara and Willow suddenly jerked their heads facing Joy.
"Let's go," she urged.
"Okay then, no need to shout," Patricia said as she walked out of Joy and Patricia's bedroom with Mara and Willow at her heels.
Joy sighed and rolled her eyes at how thick Patricia was. She suddenly remembered they hadn't decided what they were going to do for the night, so she quickly ran out of her bedroom, down the stairs and over to the front doors of Anubis house.
"Hey guys wait up!" she shouted while pushing open the big ornate doors. "What are we going to do tonight?"
Patricia, Mara and Willow stopped and turned around smiling.
"Uh, what are you smiling about?" Joy asked suspiciously.
"What we're doing tonight, is a complete surprise to you. While you were getting ready, you gave us enough time for us three to decided the plans for tonight," Mara said factually.
"Oh I can't wait, SQUEE!" Willow exclaimed excitedly.
"Ermm, okay then?" Joy frowned.
She wasn't really a person for surprises, she had always preferred knowing what was happening to her. With everything going on at Anubis House, you didn't know what was going to happen. Joy thought back to the time when she had helped Sibuna complete the game of Sennet. She was so nervous since everyone in Sibuna was counting on her. But after that fast heart-beating experience, Joy couldn't stand the pressure. So she quit.
The group of four girls had already made their way over to a huge building that looked like a rainbow music note. When they entered Joy felt her heart sinking fifty metres below the ground.
"No, no, no, no, no, NO," she said stubbornly when she realised what they were going to do. "Patricia! How could you let them take me here! You know I don't like singing in front of big crowds."
"Chillax, you don't have to sing. It's just for fun, it's not like I'm gonna participate. I'm only here for the laughs," Patricia said a bit too comfortably.
Joy and Mara looked at her defiantly.
"What? Was it something I said?" Patricia asked.
"You're singing no matter what happens. Remember, it was a group decision, we're only coming here if everyone, I mean everyone, sings. Right Willow?" Mara raised her eyebrows.
"Right. Oh I am so excited," she took a deep breath, "SQUEE!"
"Whatever, it's not like I care," Patricia rolled her eyes.
The foursome kept walking until they reached an empty room with a flat screen TV, microphones and a small table.
"Ooohh! Everything's just so pretty! Can I go first?" Willow exclaimed happily.
"Go for it," Patricia grumbled.
"Knock yourself out," Joy muttered.
"Guys, if you don't make this fun, you won't enjoy this experience," Mara protested.
"Anyone who wants to compete in the Karaoke Voice Battle, please proceed to the main room," a voice from the loudspeaker said.
"Come on, let's go! This, is going to be awesome," Mara grinned and pulled everyone by their wrist out and over to the main room.
"Mara," Patricia and Joy groaned.
"SQUEE!" Willow shouted, everyone around the group of four staring.
Joy ducked her head down and tried to hide in her hair. Mara led them over to a spare space in the crowd right up near the front of a big stage with flashing lights all around it. A bald man walked out on stage with a microphone in his hand.
"Welcome everyone to the fifth Karaoke Voice Battle! My name is Anthony Backloge and I am your host!" he bellowed loudly, the crowd cheering. "Who would like to sing first? You can sing any song you would like to or we can provide a song for you!"
"Joy, have a go!" Willow and Mara encouraged.
"Uh, I'm not sure about that," Joy protested, but she had already been pushed up to the stage.
"So you would like to have a go? What's your name, and what are you going to sing for us today?" Anthony shouted in her ear.
She winced.
"Ermm, my n-name is Joy Mercer," she mumbled, thinking about what song she was going to sing. "A-and, um, I'm going to sing a-a song I wrote myself, called Fly to Freedom."
"Alright, here you go; Joy Mercer singing Fly to Freedom," he said, giving her another microphone and walking off stage.
Joy took a deep breath and ran through the song in her head. She opened her mouth and started to sing.
I'm gonna fly to freedom,
I'm gonna fly up high,
Don't wanna leave the sky,
Come fly with me tonight,
Oh, oh, oh,
Fly to freedom...

"Hurry up Jerome!" Fabian shouted from the living room.
"Yeah, just because you have extra hair, it doesn't mean you get a longer time in the bathroom," Eddie joked, standing next to Fabian.
"I'm coming, I'm coming," Jerome said.
"Great, now Alfie still has to have a shower," Mick said sarcastically.
"I'll be as quick as I can," Alfie reassured, as he rushed into the bathroom.
While the boys were waiting, they heard a knock at the door, and Fabian went to see who it was. To his surprise, it was Trudy, with a rather excited Let Down jumping up on her.
"Trudy!" Mick exclaimed, "I need your cooking, what happened to you?"
"I told you I was in a car crash, Mick. They just had to take me to the hospital for a minor examination," Trudy explained.
"And, are you okay?" Fabian enquired.
"Oh yes. I'm fine thank you sweetie. And I'm so glad Eddie invited me here to look after you all. You may be adults, but you still need me to look after you," Trudy said, walking in the door, Let Down following.
"How did you find Let Down?" Jerome asked.
"Oh, I didn't," Trudy admitted, "This little gem found me. He came bounding up to me, as I was about to knock on the door."
"We need to get him something to eat," Fabian said as they all walked into the kitchen, "He hasn't eaten since yesterday morning."
They fed Let Down, and Jerome played with him while the others talked to Trudy about her holiday in Australia, as they waited for Alfie to come out of the shower.
When Alfie finally came out of the bathroom, Fabian couldn't help but laugh at Alfie's choice in outfit. He was wearing a blue tuxedo and a red bow tie. Everyone was in fits of laughter, including Trudy.
"What?" Alfie asked stupidly.
"Alfie, you look ridiculous," Eddie admitted.
"Isn't that the outfit you used to woo Amber over?" Jerome teased.
"A little to over the top?" Alfie asked.
Everyone in the room nodded.
"Fine!" Alfie gave in.
But as he went to exit the room to go get changed, he let out a big, thundering sneeze.
"Bless you," Trudy said.
"Thanks Trudes," Alfie said gratefully.
Alfie sneezed again, this time louder, and let down came trotting out of the kitchen to come see what the commotion was all about.
"Is that a dog?" Alfie asked.
"Nope. It's a potato," Eddie said sarcastically.
"Not funny Eddie, I'm allergic to dogs." Alfie told them, "You have to get it out of here."
"Oh yeah, I forgot. Sorry mate," Jerome apologised.
"I'll call Mara's parents," Fabian offered, taking his phone out.
Once Mara's parents had finally picked Let Down up, the boys were finally free to go. They said goodbye to Trudy, and all got into Eddie's car (Eddie driving, Fabian in the passenger seat and Mick squished between Jerome and Alfie in the back).
They were off to the movies.
The five boys finally arrived at the cinema and in the car, had chosen the movie they were going to watch; Finnican and the Sceptre of Memories. Eddie really disagreed with the name 'Finnican' and but reluctantly chose to watch it.
"Guys, hurry up. If you keep going by this rate we're going to miss the movie," Fabian muttered to himself as he stood in the cinemas and calculated the time, "Seven minutes."
"Chillax Fabian, haven't you ever heard of going with the flow?" Eddie said, standing next to him.
"Yes I have, but that's just a meta-" he started.
Eddie held his hand up signalling him to stop, "Fabian, the words learning and reunions don't go together. Just keep it cool dude."
"Um, okay," he answered tentatively.
Just then Jerome came bolting through the cinema doors at lightning speed, Alfie at his heels.
"Jerome man, come on, just wear it," Alfie was holding up a pink bow tie.
"Dude, I said no. When will you get the point? I am not wearing, the pink bow tie," Jerome answered stubbornly.
"Uh fine," Alfie gave up.
"Guys, where's Mick?" Fabian asked.
"I have absolutely no idea," Jerome responded straight away, trying to stifle a laugh.
"I dunno," Alfie shrugged his shoulders.
"Uh, Jerry, do you mind if you come help me find something?" Eddie frowned suspiciously.
"Ummm, w-why doesn't Fabian o-or Alfie go?" he mumbled.
"Jerome, where is Mick?" Fabian interrogated him.
Jerome couldn't hold it in anymore and burst out laughing. After a few seconds, Alfie started laughing as well. They laughed for so long, and so hard, they became silent laughs.
"Dude, spill," Eddie said seriously.
"H-he's right b-be-" Jerome started, but ended up laughing instead.
"What? Guys, we're wasting time. We're never going to get any tickets, but the time we get to the place we have to be to get the tickets, they'll be all sold out," Fabian protested, being the only serious one.
Finally after a few more minutes laughing hard, and doubling over, clutching their sides, Jerome and Alfie finally managed to get the sentence out revealing to Eddie and Fabian where Mick was.
"Eddie, he's right behind you," Alfie said at last.
Sure enough, when Eddie and Fabian turned around, Mick was standing there with his arms spread out grinning like a total idiot.
"Ta da!" Mick laughed. "You right there mate? You look like you've seen a ghost."
"You know, for a person who used to be the Osirian, I am really blunt sometimes," Eddie whispered to Fabian quietly.
"What was that mate?" Mick asked, patting Eddie on the back.
"I'm not sure you'd want to know," Eddie smirked, covering up his tracks.
"Whatever," Mick laughed.
"People, we have to go! It's 6:58, we have to be in there in two minutes!" Fabian freaked out.
"Alright everyone, enough joking around, let's go get some tickets for this ridiculous movie!" Eddie yelled while running into the line for tickets.

"Hey," KT said, walking up to Amber and Nina, who were sitting on the couch in the living room.
"Oh, hey KT," Nina acknowledged, as KT sat down on the couch opposite them.
"So apparently, the boys have gone to the movies and the other girls have disappeared somewhere, and I was wondering if you wanted to go somewhere together. To a nice dinner cafè maybe?" KT suggested.
"A cafè sounds nice," Nina piped up.
"Okay, we can go soon then. Uh...Ten minutes?" KT asked.
"Ten minutes?" Amber squealed in outrage, "It only takes you ten minutes to get ready?!"
"I guess," KT shrugged.
"We're not all like you Amber," Nina chuckled.
"Hey!" Amber defended poorly, with a frown and a playful slap towards her best friend.
"Okay...An hour then?" Nina asked KT.
"Okay, meet down here? Oh, and do either of you know what this is?" KT said, taking a flask labeled with the words Cyprus Oil, out of her pocket.
"No, but I have one too," Nina said as both she and Amber pulled one out of both of their pockets.
"Okay, meet down here in an hour?" Amber said, breaking the awkward silence that lingered between them, after the bizarre discovery of the Cyprus oil that had somehow been planted in all of their pockets.
"Yep," KT said, as they walked towards the stairs together to go and get ready.
Eventually, after two hours instead of one (because of Amber's fashion dilemma in choosing the perfect dress), the three girls set off to a nice cafè that KT had found online. They had to call a cab, seeing as they all lived in America and none of them had their cars with them. The girls sat in the back of the cab together, and after about half an hour, arrived at the cafè.
As they entered, the bell on the door rung loudly, and the air conditioner blew the girls hair back.
They found a table for four and huddled their heads together in the middle of the table. Nina and KT facing the kitchen, and Amber sitting across from Nina.
"What can I get you?" Amber heard a boys voice say from behind her.
She turned around to see a boy who looked around 19, with beautiful blonde hair and striking green eyes. He was quite skinny but he looked around 5'8 in height and Amber didn't even realise that she was staring at him.
"Amber," Nina coughed in a low voice as to get Amber's attention and not the waiter's.
"Oh, um...sorry. Uh...can I please have a mocha chocho latichino with sprinkles?" Amber stuttered, however as politely and kindly as she could.
"Sure," he smiled at her charmingly.
"Thank you," Amber said, as she handed him her menu and fluttered her eye lashes.
He smiled at her again, after he had taken, Nina and KT's orders. Amber kept glancing back at him in the kitchen and he continued to smile at her.
"I think you have an admirer Amber," KT pointed out.
"Oh," Amber said as her face flushed red.
Nina giggled and Amber looked at her, "What?" She asked.
"Nothing. It's just, I've never seen Amber Millington be embarrassed over a boy, that's all," Nina explained.
"Yes, well, he's different," Amber admitted, "What do you think his name is? Connor? Daniel?George? Jeremy? Or something really exotic? Or something posh?
"It's Jamie," Nina said matter of factly.
"What? How do you know? Was he your Ex boyfriend? Or your friend? Can you get me a date with him?" Amber asked frantically.
"No. It's on his badge Amber," Nina told her.
"Oh," Amber sighed, "Since when do waiter's wear name tags?"
"I don't know. Maybe since this cafè was built," KT shrugged.
"Whatever," Amber dismissed.
They weren't sure what else to talk about, (and KT refused Amber's idea of talking about outfits), so Nina brought up the subject of Patricia.
"She hasn't talked to me at all. Have I done something wrong?" Nina asked.
"I don't know," KT shrugged, "She's done the same to me."
"Well, I've been avoiding her," Amber admitted. "She was really rude to Eddie the other day, and I know he still likes her. Same with you Neens."
"What? I don't like Eddie! He's more of a brother than anyth-" Nina began to defend.
"I didn't mean Eddie," Amber clarified, "I meant Fabian."
"No way," Nina denied.
"Oh yes you do. And all this revenge stuff is for nothing, because you're going to get back together in the end," Amber said stubbornly.
"That's ridiculous," Nina argued, "He broke both mine and Mara's heart, and there is no way that we will ever get back together. This is only step one of our plan, he's going to pay for what he did, and that's all there is to it. Mara is going to help Sibuna too. I know I said no, but she's on my side now. We've teamed up, and we will get him, you mark my words. She's going to do the real research on this snake necklace and we will get to the bottom of-"
Nina stopped her rant as Jamie returned to the table with their orders. He bent low over Amber's shoulder, as he placed the orders of the table, and Amber turned her head and (once again) smiled sweetly at him.
Nina suddenly squealed loudly, and Amber stared at her like she was a weirdo. When Jamie had left, Amber told her off for doing such a stupid thing.
"Nina! What the heck was that?" Amber scolded.
"Sorry Amber, but there's something you have to see," Nina apologised in a hushed tone.
"And what exactly is that, may I ask?" Amber questioned, with her eyebrows raised.
"Look," Nina said, pointing to the corner of the cafe.
"No way," Amber gasped as her head snapped around to a sight she certainly didn't expect to see, "I would not have guessed that," she admitted.

Another Chapter!
I know it was a bit of a filler, but it's better than nothing.
Here are the questions for y'all.
Do you think Patricia will sing?!
Do you think Amber will talk to Jamie?
WHO DID NINA SPOT IN THE CORNER OF THE CAFÈ?
So, as you all know, we're away this week on camp, and Saturday is my (Alannah) birthday, so we'll be inactive for a little while.
I know this was a filler, but trust me, it's about to get exciting.
