Gosh, what's taking so long?! I thought, as I sat nervously waiting in the specialist neurology office for Roman to come out.

After all what went down two days ago, Roman and I decided that it be best he make an emergency appointment with the neurology doctor as soon as possible, to check that everything was ok with him after Seth switched up his medication.

Poor Roman...I thought....like he hadn't already been through enough as it is. I looked down quickly, and saw Roman and the doctor standing in the doorway to the special x-ray office...

''Come here for a sec...'' he smiled, reaching his hand out to me as I walked over to him.

''Doc, this is my beautiful girlfriend Faith Melrose, and Faith this is Doctor Kincaid''

We both smiled and shook hands, then I turned to Roman ''What's going on baby?'' I asked nervously ''Are you going to be ok?''

Roman held my hand to his chest, and squeezed it tight, giving me the biggest sideways grin ever...

''Doc, do you mind telling Faith exactly what you told me?'' he said.

I looked confused, but turned my attention back to Dr. Kincaid, anxious to hear what he had to say...

''Well...'' he smiled at me ''myself and my professional medical team have been working on Roman regarding his Dissociative Identity Disorder, and I am pleased to inform you Ms. Melrose that Roman has been cleared of any and all issues relating to the disease from this day forward'' he smiled.

My hands flew up to my mouth in shock ''How?'' I asked too happy to even breathe!

''Well, from what Roman has told me, he suffered a pretty hard blow to the head recently, a TV was what you said wasn't it?''

Roman nodded.

''...now usually that's a bad thing'' the doctor chuckled ''but in Romans case here, it was actually a very good thing'' he stated ''because somehow that blow to the head miraculously re-aligned the tissue in Romans brain, from the injury caused all those years ago on the football field. It appears that the brain matter surrounding that section causing him to black out on occasion, was suddenly shifted in the blow, and has since slowly travelled down to a safer region of the membrane where it will no longer be a threat to any other neurons or brain tissue. It would still be too complicated and dangerous to go into surgery and have it removed altogether, but I assure you right here and now, it is as safe as safe can be'' he smiled ''and now Roman will no longer experience the deadly mental disorder known as DID''

I looked at Roman and jumped into his arms ''Oh baby! I can't believe it! I JUST CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!! This is amazing!'' I cried ''It's some kind of miracle!'' I looked up to the ceiling again and said a silent thank you to God ''Oh my goodness Roman, I'm so happy for you baby, I really am, and I love you so much! Oh god baby I really do!'' I cried again.

Roman embraced me close to him, hugging me tight as he too began to cry on my shoulder ''I'm so happy too baby, I can't even put it into words just how happy I am right now! I have lived with this deadly disease for so long, and to be told I'm finally free of it...oh god it's a feeling I can't even describe! Oh baby, I can't wait to tell my family the good news!''
