After clearing out the area of any undead roaming around, Y/n group settle down in Shizuka friend house as Y/n, Takashi, and Hirano secured the house before entering. We cut back to the bridge as we see it starting to get overrun by undead as a small dog among them start barking at the dead before running off somewhere else.

Meanwhile, as the news reporter is airing on T.V. about the situation that's going on. Saeko, Rei, Saya, Shizuka, Miku, Taniuchi, and Kawamoto started getting undress together as they get ready to take a bath together while Y/n, Hirano, and Takashi are upstairs.

We then see the girls enjoying themselves taking a bath together as they finally got the chance to relax after the events they had back in the bus and school. Rie, Shizuka, and Miku are seen inside the bathtub enjoying the hot water.

Y/n grab the crossbow in excitement from the locker as Takashi spot a shotgun that pique his interest. Hirano turn around seeing what Takashi is holding in his hand as he points at it excitedly.

Hirano: *Gasp! * That's an Ithaca M-37 riot shotgun! It's an awesome gun made by the Americans! It played a huge role in the Vietnam war!

Takashi: Cool.

Takashi recklessly points it at Hirano making him gasp in horror.

Y/n quickly grab the barrel of the gun from Takashi and points it up to redirected at the ceiling.

Y/n: Takashi, what the hell?! The first rule of gun safety is never point a loaded gun at a person!

Hirano: And even if it's not loaded, don't point it at someone at all! The only ones you should be pointing it at are Them.

At the Western Bridge it appears to be in a state of disarray with officer trying their best to manage the situation at hand.

Reporter: A lockdown is in effect here at western Tokonou city. However, as this pandemic spreads throughout the world, one in ten people are doubting the effectiveness of these lockdowns. Those of us that were left behind due to lack of transportation to our offshore facility will continue to report on the current situation in Tokonou city through satellite communications.

Police Officer: What do you mean when you tell us to just do whatever?! What about the backup from the prefectural headquarters? Communications were cut off?! Dammit!

Police Officer 2#: Sir, at this rate, the barricade isn't going to hold.

Police Officer: Well, that's a given. We don't have enough people, and some of the men here are normally office workers.

Police Officer 2#: What do we do?

Police Officer: We've received an order from above. We're permitted to do anything to maintain order. It seems that they're not doing well over there either. The last order they received from headquarters was to do whatever they could.

Police Officer 2#: Then give us an order!

Back at the house....

Takashi look over the bridge seeing the state is in with undead attacking and devouring the living while roaming about.

Takashi: It hasn't even been two days since this all began! What the hell is this?

Takashi hands the binocular to Hirano as he takes it from him to see for himself.

Hirano: It's like a horror movie. I remember a scene like this in Apocalypse. Huh, what's that?

Leader Protester: This abuse of power by the police is unforgivable!

Leader Protester: We believe that this killer pandemic is caused by biological weapons developed by our government and foreign nations! We condemn those that caused this killer pandemic!

Reporter: Right now, we're live at the demonstrations of those that are against this lockdown.

Three look on confused by what's going on.

Takashi: Killer pandemic?

Reporter: The nature of this group is unknown.

Hirano: I guess they're talking about the living dead.

The Reporter then pulls out a flyer presenting it to the camera.

Reporter: According to these handouts from the group, they believe that this was caused by the leak of a biological weapon developed by the Japanese and American governments.

Takashi: Are you serious?! Biological weapon?! Seriously?! There's no way science can explain how corpses are able to move and attack people.

Hirano: You know this is just some government propaganda.

Y/n: Well yeah, that would be the usual back story if we were in a movie or a game. Or maybe-

Suddenly they hear gunshots go off from the bridge.

Y/n: What was that!?

Back at the Bridge....

Police Officer: I didn't permit you to shoot!

One of the officers draw out their gun with the rest following as they start firing aimlessly at the undead horde until they heard someone screaming.

Mother: Stop it!

Seeing it's a mother holding her injured child in her hands as begs for help.

Mother: Don't shoot! This child and I are still alive! We're still alive! I-I beg you. Please, please, save my child!

Suddenly her child start reanimating as she bit her own mother neck causing her to scream in pain before turning into an undead then getting shot down by an officer.

Leader Protester: The despicable police have finally resorted to indiscriminately using violence against the citizens! This abuse of power by the police is unforgivable!

Reporter: Hey, get that person on film.

The Police officer from earlier walks toward the Leader Protester deciding to resolve this mess.

Leader Protester: Unforgivable! Unforgivable!

Police Officer: Stand down immediately. It's dangerous for you guys to be here too.

Leader Protester: Screw you! You're just trying to cover up the conspiracy framed by our government.

Police Officer: I'll repeat myself one last time. Disband immediately.

Leader Protester: I refuse.

Protesters: Go away! Go away! Go away! Go away!

Police Officer: We've been ordered to take any measure necessary to maintain order. It's not exactly legal, but the order is absolute.

Pulling out his gun and pointing it at Leader Protester forehead.

Leader Protester: Huh?

Then pulling the trigger and killing the leader as the screen goes static.

Back at the house....

Y/n, Hirano, and Takashi look on in horror from what they just witnessed.

Hirano: This is insane.

Y/n: ......

Takashi: This is bad. I think we better get moving.

Hirano: That's a bad idea. We won't be able to see as well in the dark.

Y/n: It was hard enough for us to even clear out this area by ourselves. Going out there right now is considered suicide by default.

There was another moment of silence between them making Saeko worried if he's upset with her.

Y/n: No.... I'm actually grateful for what you did for him. I would've done the same if I was in your position in which case I did with someone else. So, thank you Saeko for putting him out of his misery for me.

They both smile happily to each other before Rei decided to interrupt their moment.

Rei look at Y/n with admiration before she knew it. Her lips made contact with his catching Y/n by surprise. The kiss lasted for a moment before they separated.

Y/n: Sure Rei, I'm not going anywhere anytime soon.

The Bulldozer driver start running over the horde of undead.

Bulldozer: Screw you all!

Civilian: Dammit! The people on the other side have abandoned us!

Civilian 2#: Get away! You're going to get crushed if you come this way!

Police Officer: That's the way. Come back with the bulldozer once you reach the middle of the bridge. You're permitted to shoot anyone that enters the area. This is an order from-

*BANG!!!!*

Back at the house....

Y/n: Wait, stop!

Rei: What's wrong, Y/n?

Y/n: If we keep going any further, I'm gonna lose control of myself.

Rei: *giggle* I don't mind~

Suddenly they hear dog barking from outside.

Y/n: There's a dog barking.

Rei: There's a dog out right now?

Y/n: But it's coming from somewhere close.

Takashi calls out to Y/n from upstairs.

Takashi: Y/n! We have a problem!

Y/n: What?!

Takashi: Hurry! Come upstairs!

Y/n: I got to go check what's going on, Rei.

Rei: Be careful, Y/n.

Y/n heads upstairs to the balcony and meets with Hirano and Takashi.

Y/n: Hirano, Takashi! Did something happened at the bridge.

Hirano: We got some bad news, man...

Takashi: And you're not gonna like it.

Y/n looks down to see a massive horde of undead outside the house.

Y/n: So much for a peaceful night.
