Emilia is a feisty girl with a fierce attitude. She often has trouble making friends with other people for she has a habit of snapping at them whenever they try talking to her so, thus she barely has any friends and is kind of a loner. She has an extremely sharp tongue and a big mouth that can bring her into trouble at times. She seems to even be a master at sarcasm at times which means that most people tend not to mess with her. Do you even know why she is like this? It is because she has trouble with controlling her own emotions.

Yes, the girl is surprisingly patient when necessary but she can also have a terrible temper at times. She is ruthless, stubborn and certainly not elegant. It's a wonder as to how she even got into Beaxbatons in the first place. She's cold, mysterious and basically like a puzzle to solve, a hard nut to crack. She doesn't open up to people often and definitely doesn't wear her emotions on her sleeves. She keeps them deeply hidden and this is sort of troublesome for it can seem like she's emotionless at times.

Some good things about Emilia is that she's trustworthy and hardworking. She has one particular friend there at Beaxbatons and boy, is she grateful to have her. It is because of how insecure she seems, Emilia is certainly lucky to have at least one friend she's quite faithful to. She is also the type of person who never gives up easily. She has the determination to prove herself that she can do whatever that needs to be done, and to prove to others that she isn't a weakling as they think she is. She wants to show the world how mentally strong she is, to show the world that she doesn't need their pity.

[ BACKGROUND ]

Emilia was born into a typical, average family in the capital of Germany, Berlin. Her mother was a witch and her father was a muggle. Her mother was originally from Scotland and had attended Hogwarts as a Slytherin. She was really laidback and supportive of her daughter and taught her the good and the bad. However, she didn't quite teach her daughter much etiquette and wasn't as strict with her as most mothers. Therefore Emilia developed a bit of a careless attitude who doesn't quite know her manners. According to her mother, when she had married her father (a muggle), she had to move to Germany because her father was originally from Germany and at that time, his father had recently died so they agreed to stay there for pretty much the rest of their days. When Emilia's father found out about the wizarding world, he was quite shocked at first but in fact, didn't mind that his wife and his daughter were witches.

Emilia started showing signs of being a witch when she was merely eight when it was winter and she had made a few flowers bloom during that time. Another time was when she had somehow apparated to the top of a willow tree while playing hide and seek with her father. These signs show that she were to be a powerful witch in the future and her parents knew it. In fact, when she turned eleven, she had received an acceptance letter from Beaxbatons, a magical school located in the French Pyrees. She was ecstatic to be accepted at that time as she wanted to learn more about magic. Clearly, Beaxbatons is so much more than just learning about magic.

[ STRENGTHS ]

PERSUASION - Emilia is quite skilled in persuading others through her choice of words, and not her looks like the other Beauxbatons students. She is in fact, not half-veela like most students in Beaxbatons. She can get whatever she wants through her persuasion and is quite good at convincing others to help her whenever necessary.

CHARMS & TRANSFIGURATION - She excels in performing charms and transfiguration. These are the classes at Beaxbatons that she succeeds well at and gets astounding marks for.

LANGUAGES - not only can Emilia speak French fluently, but she has also learnt how to speak German fluently and she's currently learning how to speak Spanish

OBSERVATIONS - Emilia is rather good at observing and analysing her surroundings. She can also read others like an open book, although it depends how good that person is at hiding their emotions - like her.

[ WEAKNESSES ]

ETIQUETTE - it is because of her weakness in this that Emilia is falling behind. I'm Beaxbatons, it is important to become a prim and proper lady but Emilia has a hard time learning so. She needs extra classes of this because she is falling behind.

LARGE MOUTH - as mentioned earlier, her large mouth can get her into trouble most of the time. At times she can't help it but be rude, or be sarcastic, or just be snappy. She's been told off to watch her attitude many times and she tries to. Key word = tries.

IMPOLITENESS - Emilia isn't a very welcoming person and unlike many students of Beaxbatons, she displays impoliteness to guests at times which is considered an embarrassment to the Beaxbatons school. She's been told off this many times but she can't help it much.

DADA - like her best friend, she is rather weak in the subject 'Defence Against The Dark Arts'. She has a hard time deciphering the dark arts as well as performing protection spells against it such as 'Protego' or 'Flipendo'. This leads to her being slightly bad at duelling, although she is good at charms.

[ WHY SHE CHOSE TO ENTER? ]

Emilia knows that the Triwizard Tournament are dangerous, however she is truly up for a challenge. She wants to prove to everyone that she can do it, and that she's not a weak witch just because she lacks etiquette and apparently, emotion.
