Josie is confused, she is heading home alone as her sister and Hope have resumed soccer training.

She thinks back to her discovery in the library, answers to her questions have become clearer but new questions have appeared.

When she looked up to cross the road, she caught sight of him, Mon-El.

She immediately ran towards him, but the frightened man fled, starting to make huge leaps. Surprised, she was about to do the same with a slight delay, but a distant voice interrupted her.

??? : Josie !?

Sh*t...

It was Jade.

Josie stopped and smiled awkwardly at her friend.

Jade: Were you just chasing that guy who just took a gigantic leap?

Josie: Uh ... We were just ... A course!

Jade looks at her confused.

Josie: We jump on walls, climb houses, you see the extreme stuff that sometimes goes on Youtube.

The other girl looks at Josie in surprise, but concern takes place in her gaze.

Jade: But it's super dangerous!

Josie: I know, that's why we take care and never do it alone.

Jade seemed to believe the lie of the Salvatore, Josie, who she is totally uncomfortable with lying so openly to her friend.

Josie: Uh ... If you could keep that information to yourself ... Please, if the mother finds out I'm screwed.

What is technically not a lie ...

Jade: On one condition, little Jos.

Josie swallows, she has never been very comfortable with the holidays especially with the last one which is badly ended. Obviously she knew Jade wouldn't force her, she was just doing her usual flirtation. But, at the same time, Lizzie will force her to come so Josie accepts.

With that she left, Josie watches her go, then she turns around trying to find Mon-El, but the girl's biological father is nowhere to be found.

It frustrates Josie more than anything.

Josette was reading Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, when she began to have blurry eyesight.

Panicking, she sits up quickly, and it feels like her eyes are starting to burn, she can't see anything.

Josie cried out in pain, she had never felt such pain, she fumbles around at random hoping to fall on her cell phone and that she can call her sister or her mother. But impossible to find it.

Still suffering from this unknown ailment, Josie sniffs the smell of fire.

Maybe someone threw poison at him and set the Salvatore house on fire.

But this hypothesis does not hold water ...

A few seconds later, Josie regains her sight, it is as if she is in the dark then she draws the curtains and it lets appear a bright sun.

Josie: What the hell is going on?

She sees her pocket book "The Lost World" being burnt. Totally panicked and reflexively, Josie huffed at him, which literally put out the fire and propelled the book (or at least what's left of it) to the wall on the other side of his room, making cracks.

Josie: Damn it! I literally just made fires with my eyes !? But it's so awesome!

But after a few seconds of thinking, and picking up her book from the wall, she comes to the conclusion: Her mother was going to kill her for almost breaking the wall.

So, knowing in advance that she was going to be punished, for god only knows how long, she goes to see Hope and her sister to talk about what comes from this past (and also to enjoy what will surely be her last outing. )

Two girls leave their training with annoyance: Hope and Lizzie.

Josie joins them, she was waiting for them on a bench, Lizzie rushes towards her.

Lizzie and Josie: You'll never guess what happened!

Hope looks at the two sisters with horrified eyes, she hated when the two girls said the same thing at the same time. She found it creepy.

Lizzie and Josie: You first!

Hope: Penelope has joined the team.

Lizzie: And she wants to take Hope's place to be captain.

Josie: Is it possible to change captains during the year?

Lizzie: The coach said he wouldn't, but you should have seen the face Satan was pulling, that was hilarious.

Lizzie: So Jo, was that what you wanted to tell you.

Josie: I made fire with the eyes !!! And I have a super powerful breath.

Lizzie: But it's mega awesome Jo! You absolutely have to show me this.
