Mission Over the Wall-Part Three-

It was rather awkward just walking around and looking for (Y/N) why would she run off like that? However the terrain was really beautiful, blue bonnets and Indian Paint brushes lined the ground. Wild Poppies and all other wildflowers grew untouched. My mother loved the Buttercups, the light pink ones.
I then hear many hoof steps, deadly faint though. As I run through the trees and hop from branch to branch, I notice the red haired Horse Trainer looking and whistling.
I hear a light nicker, a red and white paint with a buckskin walked up to (Y/N), The buckskin the stud, the paint the mare. And beside them, was the foal. A young buckskin filly. I jump down from the branch, the stud looking to me with eyes narrowed. He charges me. An rears up. "Spirit!" Hollered (Y/N) as she stood before me. 'How'd she get here?'
"Easy, he's a friend, not a foe." She said the words calmly. The paint mare walking up beside him. The filly running right into (Y/N)'s stomach lightly. She grunts but pets his head.
"(Y/N)? What is this? How many mustangs do you have trust with?" I ask in a yell. She turns. "As many as needed. Spirit was once a friend to the local tribe here, Rain as well. They then returned to the Cimarron herd. Carmella is Spirit's mother. I occasionally come and watch the little filly grow. I came out here due to the fact the common man is after them. They're talisman here." She explains.
"Don't ever do that again! You scared me you brat!" I hollered louder than before. She narrowed her eyes. "If I remember correctly you are my worker. I don't have to follow any orders from you." She had poked my chest. That set me off, I swung a fist and she caught it. Then swung her spur into the back of my knee cap. I collapsing on one knee. She was very good at fighting, it was dirty and well executed.
"Brat!" I snap.
"We'll don't fight me then!" She snapped back.
In that moment the foal and the stud reared and faced NorthWest. She then sucked in her breath and then mounted the paint mare. "Levi, get on Spirit!" She ordered. The buckskin stud had bit my shirt and yanked me to his back. "Hey you-" I stopped as he glared to me. He glared at me also. Just like Storm Jumper.
I did so and she then slid off of the paint. "Spirit take them to the barn, I'll handle them." She yelled at him. He nodded and ran. "(Y/N)!" I holler and try to slide off. However the paint just stared at me, making it known if I were to hop off, I'd regret it.
Shots were then fired, what was going on? A low branch was ahead of me. So I reached out and gripped it, swung my body around and hailed back after her. The horses stopping and nickering behind me.
When I got there, she was holding a branch and swinging it at a man who was about to throw a punch. In a swift movement she whistled with her fingers, and a flash of black ran by and she swung herself on its back. It was Storm Jumper. Along with three other horses. "Levi!" (Y/N) calls out. She then throws me unto my stomach on the back of Storm Jumper. I landed with a thud.
"Get Back here you bitch!" Yelled men.
"What's going on?" I shout.
"Neighboring Ranches." She replied as she led Rain, Spirit and there foal back to the barn
I just bouncing on Storm Jumper's Back.

"(Y/N)?" Asked her father as she slid off of Carmella later in the evening.
"Sorry I had to bring them home. Red Flare would never forgive me if they were taken again." She said looking down.
He sighed and patted one shoulder. "I was going to say good job."
She smiled to him and then took her hand and  set it on Storm Jumper's shoulder. Walking him to his stall.
"Levi! A word." Called out Mr. Carter.
I gulp, then follow him upstairs to the hay loft I think.
When I climbed up there I saw old saddles in mid condition. Head stalls and ribbons. Pictures and all sorts of things. Even a old green cape which hung on a hook. The Wings of Freedom on its cloth.
"I know where you came from. You were and still are part of the scouts. Lieutenant Levi. I was the one previous of the last. Many years ago."
  "How'd you know?" I ask.
"You think your better than my daughter, she spured your knee today. I can tell by the way your limping and if you think I'm letting you take her to the Scouts your wrong." He said.
"Sir she annoys me, I wouldn't take her from you any how. Her place is here." I look behind him to see a maroon haired woman and him younger in a picture frame holding a baby.
He followed my gaze to the picture.
"Her mother and I, her mother died on the night (Y/N) was birthed. Due to a illness in her blood."
I walked up to it, seeing the child born with golden eyes and red hair. An something smeared on her forehead. "Ash?" I ask. Wiping the dust from the glass.
"No, spiritual dirt of the land. Her mother was Indian and I was a white man. Her father the chief. Our daughter the rightful heir of the tribe. Being born she was blessed to be protected by the spiritual grounds here. This barn being a part of it. The tribal members are close friends to our family." He said standing and nearly walking out of the loft.
  "Sir?" I stop.
  "What boy?"
"Can (Y/N) train my horse. In exchange I'll help you keep your property."
He chuckles deep. "Sadly she'll have to leave for a cattle drive in three days. She'll have to teach you the basics first. Then she'll be gone for about five months."
  "Five months?" I ask.
"Listen here boy. Your lucky I know your kind of people. I trust you enough because of how your Trained. Don't push your luck."
