I woke up in the cold barn I saw all the horses then I saw my new owner come towards me "let's train you" my new owner said she put the lead on me "What's your name and why are you here?" One of the other horse's asked "my name is brook I was sold by my mother's owners parents" I told them I tugged on the lead and snorted "come on!" The person said then she hit me the whip I reared and neighed she brought me to a pen and made do harsh laps and she kept hitting me with the whip "Hannah! Let's get your new horse to the race!" I heard a man say his voice sounded harsh and not very nice "ok dad" Hannah said.

~At the race~
I was put in a stall and Hannah was brushing me then I was taken out and someone got on my back and I was given a number and my number was 2 then I was put in a arena warming up. Next thing I know I was put into a shoot and something went off and all the horses took off I was hit hard by a whip I snorted quietly. I came in second for the race Hannah came over and took me away after the other person dismounted she took the tack off me and put me in the trailer.

~at home~
"I wish I could go home" I mumble to myself "I miss my mother and father" I cry. I laid down and cried myself to sleep.
