Lucas's POV
I was heading down the hallway after lunch and i heard footsteps behind me.
I turned around and rolled my eyes.
Riley.
"What do you want?" I asked.
"You." she said smirking.
I shivered.
"Why don't you ever leave me alone?"
"Because I want something."
"What?!"
She took a step towards me. I stepped back.
"I want Maya out of the way."
"Why?"
She took another step forward and again, I took a few steps back.
We kept doing so until she had me against the lockers.
"You know why!" she scowled. "You were mine first and she tried to take you away from me!"
"She couldn't take what you didn't have!"
She glared at me. "I want you to hate her. I want you to make fun of her till the point we she wishes she was dead. I want you to help me get rid of her."
"Why should I?"
"Because if you dont, I will and you want like it."
"Ill protect her."
"You can't protect her from what you said that night."
"What night?"
"Stop acting like a fool! In Eighth grade, When you said Maya had kicked you out of her house, you said some bad stuff."
I gulped.
"Dont you think what you said would hurt her even more?"

Of course I didn't wanna hurt Maya so I accepted.
"Fine. What's the plan?"
