Maya's POV
I just slept with Lucas. I didn't mean too, but I was helpless around him.
I couldn't believe he cared. I thought he hated me.
Lucas's POV
I was walking down the neighborhood from Maya's.
I was just as surprised as she might've been.
But I was stopped by, you guessed it, Riley.
"Hey babe." she said.
I rolled my eyes.
"Don't call me that. Just call me disgusted because I have to keep seeing you."
"Oh come on Lucas. You know you love me. Don't try and hide it."
"Hide what?"
"Oh, just shutup and kiss me!"
"No!"
"You know you love me."
"I,know I dont!"
"Please?"
Then she did that Riley smile begging face.
So I kissed her, thinking she would leave me alone after that.
But that kiss turned into a make out.
Maya's POV
I was on the verge of tears.
I just received a text from Riley.
It read:
Maya,
I think I should let you know that Lucas said some pretty bad things about you back in the 7th grade.
He said and i quote, "I dont care anything about Maya. Seeing e gets on my nerves. I mean what kind of bitch kicks you out of her house for trying to help you? She always gets mad at me for no reason! Not to be violent, but sometimes I just wish Maya was dead!"
If you don't believe me walk outside.

I didn't think any of that was true so I decided to go see Lucas.
I opened the door and walked down the sidewalk only to see him and Riley making out.
"Lucas!!" I screamed.
Him and Riley pulled away from each other.
"Maya! Um what are you doing here?"
"Cooking some food.WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE??!!"
"Look Maya I didn't mean-"
"Save it!" I started to cry.
I just can't believe I just did "it" with such a jerk.
"First, you want me dead. Then,you make me feel bad. And now this??!!"
"Maya I'm sorry-"
I started to walk away.
I was still in tears
"Maya wait!" Lucas ran behind me and grabbed me.
I got out of his grip. "Just, Don't."
That was the last straw. Tommorow I was ending it all.
