"I'm pretty bored of this place, I wish someone would kill me or maybe I could kill someone." I was speechless.

Why would she be thinking that. "I was told this game would be fun but, it's the opposite."

"[Name]." My tone getting stern. "Don't talk like that, I'm supposed to bring you something you dread. So look forward to that pain."

I'm not sure what I was saying really but I hope it was working. "Oh." Her face lit up.

"That's something to look forward for." She then stands up. "Let's head back, Monokuma might punish us tomorrow."

So we were breaking a rule. "Okay let's go." I wasn't surprised that the walk back was quite.

She said she was told that this game would be fun, did she mean by Monokuma?

Every few minutes I would take a peek at her. [Name] is a very extraordinary girl, and I didn't know what I would get in being involved with her.

"I do want to mention something, but keep it between us for now." [Name] looked back at me.

"Hajime doesn't have a talent. I'm not sure what purpose he serves being here." She sounded very disappointed.

Hajime doesn't have a talent? Then all this time what was I admiring? "I don't want to ruin his hope by telling him he doesn't have one."

I froze for a second. "You don't want to bring despair onto someone?" I chuckled.

"It's just different since he'll feel useless after that. Why make someone feel like that when you can prevent it?"

"Yeah but if you didn't have a talent wouldn't you want to know?" I asked her.

"It's not about me or you. Each person is different and they will be effected differently."

We reached my cottage. "I would want anything that can bring me despair. Remember that Nagito, it's the way my life just turned out."

You could tell by the way she looked at me she was serious.

"Don't worry I'll always remember everything you tell me." I kissed her cheek and went into my cottage. "Goodnight [Name]." She waved me bye and went to her cottage.

I collapsed onto my bed. "She broke into my room, and ignored curfew just to hangout with me." I chuckled and felt my heartbeat.

"She wow's me every moment." For the first time in forever I was smiling, and I didn't realize how nice it felt.

"Hey Nagito, wake up." Once again I opened my eyes to the most beautiful girl hovering over me. "Good morning [Name]."

I have been realizing that she hasn't been smiling for a long time. "Monokuma is outside your cottage, and he wants to talk."

What does he want? I threw my shoes and jacket on while [Name] just watched my every movement. "I'm ready."

Once we stepped out Monokuma was right there. "Since you guys broke a rule I'm going to punish you. You cannot eat at all today and the only thing you may drink is water. Goodbye troublemakers."

[Name] sighed. "Did you want to hangout today?" She didn't even look at me.

"No I want to hangout with Hajime, in all honesty Nagito I don't trust you with that secret. I don't want you to say anything to him."

I felt a little hurt, she would rather be around Hajime than me. "Oh just the man I was looking for." Her smile was radiant.

"Oh no what is it this time [Name]?" Hajime seemed nervous. "When you guys are done eating and having the usual boring discussion come back with me to hangout."

"Yeah, but are you not going to join?" [Name] shook her head. "I'm not hungry nor do I want to listen to your same boring rants."

I stood there in shock, I thought she liked me. Though that can explain how she was distant last night.

"Once everything is said meet me here by the pool. Don't let anyone stop you."

Hajime face was slightly pink. "I won't. See you later." He was about to walk away but then he saw me.

"What about you Nagito, are you coming?" His tone was different with me. "Yeah shortly." After that he left.

"I can feel your despair from here. Are you really sad because I'm hanging out with Hajime? Nagito get a grip."

She crossed her arms. "You were happy talking to him. You were smiling. I haven't seen you give me a genuine smile in a while."

Was it childish for me to be acting like this? [Name] just stared at me not saying anything.

"Cause me despair and maybe I'll give you a smile." She flipped her hair and walked away.

"Show you despair? I don't understand how to do that to you. Why would I do something like that to someone I love?"

I feel broken, and confused. So I just went to the restaurant and joined the others.

"I really thought I was getting somewhere with you."
