Hannah's Point of View

Contractions were coming left and right. Hard. Each contraction felt as if a bowling ball landed full force on my spine, near the lower rib area. And then, with the initial force continued throughout, the bowling ball would roll down my spine and then and in my pelvic area with Double the initial force. Every. Single. Contraction.

"Al doesn't just sit there pick her up" Lisa yelled as Al sat there clueless.

Al's Point of View

″Right right" I say standing up and trying to pick up Hannah's bridal style but in the midst of her heavy breathing, she gave me a death glare.

″If you pick me up I will kill you. I can walk. "

″Okay okay, what do you want me to do?"

She slaps the back of my head before saying,

″Get a fucking car. AND DRIVE ME TO THE HOSPITAL."

″Got it"I lift her so that she can stand up and wrap one of her arms around my neck as starts to walk with the water coming down her legs.

″SOMEONE BRING A CAR AROUND THE FRONT"I Yell as we step outside. Luckily, David pulls his car up.

″I'm sorry baby" I warn her before picking her up bridal style and carrying her to the car.

″As soon as the child rips out of me I am going to choke the living shit out of you."

″Someone's having a rough day" David said hearing Hannah.

″DRIVE BECKETT!!"

He speeded after I said this Hannah started to squees my hand again. I thought she was asking me to do something but when I looked over she was having another contraction.

I didn't know what to so I rubbed her back as she blew breathes and her hands tightened on mine. Which I learned was a mistake.

″Don't touch me brick"

″Got it.Got it."

″WERE HERE, "David shouted getting out of the car and running inside the hospital. I pulled Hannah's arm around my neck and tried to help her get there.

"Ok let's get you in this wheelchair honey," A nurse said as we walked in.

″You would think"Hannah snapped sitting down in the chair.

We were taken to a private room right away, and then Hannah was changed into a hospital gown.

″Who's your doctor?"The nurse asked Hannah as she lay on the bed.

″Ms.greene"

″Ok I will call her then"

″Thank you" I say as she walks out of the room.

″Seriously I'm about to give birth to our child and you're flirting with the nurse right now?"

″I wasn.."

″mhm″

As we were waiting for the doctor to come, Hannah had another contraction and it was a big one. I held her hand and calmly whispered sweet words in her ear. Just as the contraction passed Dr.Greene came into the room.

"Hi Al and Hannah, how are you doing?"

″I'm doing great, I just had a contraction that felt like my whole damn soul was leaving my body but yes we're doing fantastic."

She laughed before continuing,

″Don't worry Al, not everyone has the same reaction when giving birth. She will go back to the sweet woman you know after the baby is born"

She said, noticing the look of horror on my face.

″Ok I'm just going to check how many centimeters your dilated″

After a few minutes, she said,

″Ok, Hannah your actually ten centimeters so you're ready to push."

Hearing those words put a giant smile on Hannah's face.

"Al, I need you to hold up Hannah's right leg, and the nurse will hold up her left leg."

I did as I was told. And like that, Hannah was ready to start pushing. It was about twenty minutes later and Hannah was yelling at me how much my fault this was, and I could do was apologize, even though it was a bit funny.

Hannah's Point of View

″Come on Hannah, one more push, and you will have your first child here." Dr.Greene said as I pushed my soul out.

″Is it a boy or a girl?"Al asked

″Shut up?"I snapped very irritated at his uselessness

I have one more push than I heard the screams of our beautiful boy. Al cut the umbilical cord. The nurse cleaned him up and him in a bassinet.

″ITS A BOY!!"Al shouted jumping up and down and ran out of the room.

″One more to go, Hannah." Dr.Greene said getting back in position.

″One more?"I and Al asked as he walked back in.

″Yes, congratulations, you guys are having Twins."

I looked over at Al and saw he had fainted.

"Ok, let's do this"I ordered getting back in position to push again.

I pushed a few more times and then heard the screams of our other child. Al woke back up at hearing this and looked at the baby mesmerized. He got to cut the umbilical cord again. After they cleaned them up the nurse brought both of them and laid them on my chest.

Al's Point of View

″Twins huh"I said sitting in the chair across from Hannah and the twins.

″Yep, boy and a girl," she answered looking worn out. I wouldn't blame her. I had passed out at the mention of having twins. She was a soldier in my book, I damn sure couldn't do it.

″There beautiful baby, "I said touching the boy's cheek with my finger.

They were both laying on Hannah's chest sleeping. After Hannah had delivered the babies they brought us over to another room for visitors. Dr.Greene said she would be back in a while to ask some questions.

″I know. This was definitely unexpected though. But at least I didn't buy all those boy and girl clothes for nothing."Hannah said looking like she was about to doze off.

″It was unexpected but a blessing.″

It was actually the best moment of my life. Not only having a child with Hannah but two. I was on cloud nine right about now.

″Do we have names?" Dr.Greene asked walking inside the room.

″Caden Beck Capone"Hannah says looking at me.

″Lilliana Marie Capone" I say looking at Hannah.

″I love it"She squeals clapping her hands.

″Beautiful names. Is this how you want to spell them?" Dr.Greene asked us and showed us.

″Yes"

She wrote down their weight and how long they were. Caden was 4 lbs and 7 ozs. And Lilliana was 5 lbs and ozs. Caden was 48cm long, and Lilliana 53cm long.

″Ok so since you guys had them a little early, they are considered premature. Normally we would have to test a premature child to see if they need some type of medication, but since you had twins, they were about ready to come out, so they are both perfectly healthy."

″That's excellent."

She then left the room to give us some alone time.

Hannah's Point of View

″I can't wait for you to meet your family. And your room that I worked so hard on just for there to be too, but I already love you so much" I said talking to the twins. Al started laughing as he sat across from us.

I was a little ashamed of the way I treated him when giving birth. I was in pain but that was no excuse. I was about to apologize when I looked over and saw him already staring at me.

″What?"

He stood from his seat and ran his hand through my hair, looking at me with admiration in his eyes.

″What brick? Why are you looking at me like that? I know I look like shit but geesh."

He laughed before answering,

″That's why I love you."

″I love you too. What's going on babe?"

″Baby. I'm not romantic at all. And I know this isn't exactly the right to do this but, I can't wait anymore.″

Then he did the most shocking thing and got down on one knee, holding my free hand.

″Hannah.Angel.Sweetheart.You've changed me for the better. God, I don't know how to do this."He mumbled looking down at the floor.

With already watery eyes I rubbed his hand and said,

″No! Finish. Finish baby finish. Your doing great.″

He lifted his head back up and kissed my hand.

″Look. I guarantee there'll be tough times. I guarantee at some point one or both of us is gonna want to get out of this thing, But I also guarantee that if I don't ask you to be mine, I'll regret it for the rest of my life. Because I know, In my heart, your the only one for me. I thought I would be saying these words to someone like you, hell I never thought I would be in a real relationship as long as a week. But you Hannah, god, the things you do to me. I can't stand the thought of another man touching you. You make me want to be a better man, for you and these beautiful babies. I can't imagine my life without you. I want to marry you because your the first person I want to look at when I wake up in the morning, and the only person I wanna kiss goodnight. Because the first time I saw these hands... I couldn't imagine not being able to hold them. But mainly when you love someone as much as I love you, getting married is the only thing left to do. So Hannah Lilliana Brown, will you marry me?″

With teary eyes and tears rolling down my cheeks I saw him pull out a ring. He looked at me hopefully and I could feel the love.

″I do. I mean yes.YES! I WILL MARRY YOU. YES! A THOUSAND TIMES YES!!"

″Oh thank god."He said blowing a breath and slipping the ring on, reaching over and kissing me.

″WOOOOOO!″

″THAT'S MY BOY!″

″YOU GO GIRL!″

″WHOOP WHOOP!″

I heard whooping and hollering from outside the room. I looked up and saw everyone was in fact outside of the room watching us and smiling. I waved them in and they all came running in.

″Congratulations Guys″Lisa said coming over first and hugging us.

″Give me the baby,″ Jules ordered walking following behind her. Then along came David, Monica A, her husband, and Ruby.

″It's not just one baby. It's twins Jules"I replied looking up at her shocked face smiling.

Ruby asked, "Oh my god, what are their names and genders?. Were we right about one of them being a boy?"

″Wait you knew Caden was a boy before he came?"Al asked looking confused.

″Um no of course not."I lied winking at the girls.

″The boy is, Caden Beck Capone" Al said taking him off my chest and slowly handing him to ruby.

″Short for Beckett.″

″Wait Beckett? That's my last name." David says looking at us smiling.

″Yeah, we named him after you David."

″YES! That means he's gonna be good looking."

″Wait I th... ″

I cut Jules off before she could complain anymore, "And the girl's name is, Lilliana Marie Capone."

″OH MY GOD, YOU NAMED HER AFTER BOTH OUR MIDDLE NAMES."

″Yep."

″SO CUTE. SHE IS DEFINITELY GOING TO HAVE MY STYLE."

″Hey, what's wrong with mine?"′

″Hannah we've had this conversation before I don't think you want to go there." She said reminding me of why we had that conversation and I shut my mouth before I got embarrassed.

″Fair enough."

″Alright fuckers you don't get to go home but you damn sure need to get the hell out of here. I'm sure Hannah and the twins need some rest." Al ordered moving everyone out of the room.

I heard them mumble things like, 'Asshole' as they walked out. Soon everyone had left and it was only me and the twins.

″You know this look is kind of growing on me"I joked looking at the ring.

One thing for sure it wasn't fake. In fact, it probably cost more than my whole wardrobe.

″I could trade that one if you want"He replied sitting back in the chair.

″No. I like this one. The red in the middle reminds me of how we first met. And I don't care about the ring. Don't get me wrong it's gorgeous, but I could care less if it was a ring pop or no ring at all."

″Get some sleep gorgeous."He said turning off the light and sitting in his chair, resting his head on the bed. It wasn't long before I dozed off.

Al's Point of View

Hannah and the twins are coming home from the hospital today. I had to come up with some excuse to keep her in there while I surprised her with an engagement party. I knew that if she came home the next day she would want to do all the planning right after she had the babies.

″You got it?"I asked Hannah helping her out of the car.

″I gave birth not shot baby. Thank you though"

″Alright just helping."

″I know, that's why I love you" She responded pecking my cheek and walking to the door.

I Brung Caden and Lilliana, in their car seats as Hannah, opened the house door.

″Home sweet home" she announced dropping the bag from the hospital next to the door.

″I'm gonna take them to their room okay sweetheart?″

″Okay"

After safely putting the twins in their cribs I had to hurry downstairs before Hannah noticed the decorations.

″Honey"

″Yeah?"I asked walking into the kitchen where she was.

″What's with the decorations? Did you have a party?″

″No. That's what I wanted to talk to you about baby. In the hospital, you kept nagging on about wanting an engagement party so I decided to throw one. Don't worry It's here at the house, so we can stay with Caden and Lilliana. The theme is Blue and pink. And the guests should be arriving in about 15 minutes so I need you to get your fine ass up there and get ready mmk?″I asked kissing her forehead and walking away.

Hannah's Point of View

I decided to wear a long light pink satin dress with some dark blue heels. This wasn't my style at all but I have to say it was cute. With some of the pregnancy already leaving I was beginning to get my old figure back.

″It's so gorgeous Hannah″ one of my old co-workers at Capone Industries said to me looking at the ring.

″Thank you" I said not remembering her name.

She never talked to me when I wasn't with Al. At all. So she wasn't exactly my friend.

″Oh I um I think I hear the twins crying.″

″I don't hear an...″

″Ahh, darn it, I guess we'll have to talk later"I shouted running up the stairs trying to get away from her.

When I walked inside their room, they were both still sleeping.

″I can't wait until you guys get a little older. Right now your pretty boring, just eat, sleep, dodo, and repeat. It's alright though. I still love you" I say wrapping my finger around Lilliana's. She started to stir a little but quickly going back to sleep.

Knowing I couldn't hide for long I make my way back downstairs again. I had to give a speech with Al in a little while to anyway.

I stop at the entrance to admire my work Al had hung up while I was in the hospital. At first, I was a little embarrassed but then became proud of the smiles that passed by when they looked at it. It was the same picture I had hung on the wall in our bedroom, I guess Al had replaced it with the entryway. I also noticed that every time I asked someone what they thought of it, they would always say,′ It's beautiful but I don't quite know what it is'

After a while, I feel someone behind me.

″Ahh yes, That's a crystal cave isn't it?″

″Oh my god yes it's literally so e... oh my...your... your you"I shout turning around and finding Paula Celine standing behind me.

″Yes I am me.And you are?″

″I'm Hannah bro..er...Hannah Capone soon to be. I'm sorry if I'm studdering, it's just your like one of the baddest women in the game. Your freaking Paula Celine, biggest Interior designer slash Artist slash cook. I look up to you. Ask my fiancee. Besides My family, god, and oreo Ice cream you're literally all I think about. I honestly do...″

″Honey your babbling. I'm honored at your words really, but you are talking my ears off and I have to look down to see you, kind of straining my neck here" She mumbled the last part, moving her neck from side to side.

″I'm sorry. You were the first person all night to get that. I'm just baffled that your standing in my home.″

″Your work is fantastic. I could really use someone like you at the office. Tell you what, you be here, at this time, and I'll interview you. Okay?″ she asked handing me a card with an address, a number, and her face on it.

Was this really happening? Was I getting a job offer from Paula Celine? If it wasn't for her very strong but heavenly perfume I would have fainted.

″Absolutely. I'll be there" I said smiling at her and reaching up to shake her hand. Then she walked away as soon as she had appeared.

As I walked back into the living room where everyone else was, I wasabout to share the news with Al when I stopped in my tracks.
