″She's still asleep so keep it down. It's like she has the ears of an owl. Even in this big ass mansion, you would think it would help."I said grabbing my suit jacket and suitcase as I quietly slid out of our bedroom.

David was outside of the bedroom door waiting for me. It was 5 am and I needed to do whatever I could not to wake Hannah.

″Yeah well, hurry up, I'm tired. I'm going to sleep as soon as we get in that office.″

″Don't you always. And no, we're stopping at the Jewrley Store first, I need to pick the ring today. That's why we're up so early dumb ass."

″That quick?" he asked as we made it downstairs and out the front door.

″Yeah, I have money, and I'm me, what do you expect?″

″Whatever I'm going to sleep in the car then″

We were able to make it to the Jewelry store earlier than expected. Without having to hear David Babble the whole way there I was on a role.

″I'll be back" I said getting out of the car and closing the door. I was pretty sure he didn't hear me, but in case someone tried to kidnap him, he couldn't say I didnt tell him I was leaving.

I stepped inside the jewelry store and was not surprised it was only one retail merchant working. It was an elder woman. Probably in her late 70′s

″Hi, I'm sure you probably know me already, who doesn't, I'm here to pick up a 2.19 Carat Ruby Round Gemstone engagement ring"

″Yes of course dear. You sure do know a lot about rings." She said laughing and turning around to get the ring.

″Well if I'm paying this much for it, I need to know something about it. Gotta make it count right?″

″I suppose your right, Mr.Capone. She's a lucky lady."

″Trust me I'm the lucky one."

″That'll be 10.640" She ordered turning around and placing the box on the counter.

″God damn"

″Excuse me?"

″Nothing. Here you go, thank you for your service Maybell" I said dropping the money on the counter and walking out of the store.

″WAIT HOW DID YOU KNOW MY NAME?"I heard her shout from outside.

I smiled at that as I got in the car.

″COME ON MAYBELL, I OWN HALF THIS CITY. HAVE A GOOD DAY SWEETHEART."I yelled driving off.

″Wake your ass up "I said to David, throwing an empty bottle at him across the seat. I wasn't in the limo, instead of one of my white BMW's, so he was sitting in the front seat.

″Why?″

″We're here" I said getting out of the car and grabbing my suitcase.

Capone Industries wasn't far from the Jewrely store, in fact, it was right across the street.

″God damn. Let me get my shit first asshole"

″Why does everyone call me an asshole? I'm a very kind man.″

″No, your the biggest asshole in this country and you know it."

″Your right Beckett. You're absolutely right. Which is why this asshole will be making you get a reservation for tonight" I ordered as he finally got out of the car, grabbing his jacket and catching up with me.

″Why the fuck would I do that?‴

″I'm gonna propose to Hannah tonight.″

″No, next week. I just said that, didn't I? Invite all her close friends, John, brian, and that other fucker, Thomas."

″Hell no. You can get your fucking assistant to do all that.″

″That reminds me, I don't have an assistant. You can hire one for me."I said as we stepped into the elevator.

″Bro, it's been almost a year since Hannah stopped working as your assistant. You couldn't find one your damn self.″

″Uh no,thats why im tellijng you to do it dummy.″

″Under one condition."

″I wanna wear that Blue and black tuxedo I saw in your closet to dinner."

″Alright. Tell them to be there by 7. Make it at that one restaurant, Parallax Restaurant."

″Cool, I'll pick up the suit when I'm done."

″Thanks, bro, catch you later?"I asked when the elevator stopped.

″Yeah, see you then"He shouted walking in the other direction as I went into my office.

Hannah's Point of View

″That looks about right Hannah. Well done.Well done."I congratulated myself, patting my back.

I was finally able to hang up my first painting. It was one I had done in my early months of pregnancy, I had been painting a lot, mostly because I was stuck in the house all day. But now with this big old mansion, I've only been here for 3 days but this is the most fun I've had in 6 months.

I stepped down f the chair and made my way to the chair in our room. I hung it up over the bed. The painting was abstract but also not. It showed something special, but only a few would see it. After all the hammering I was worn out. My back was aching and I had been having contractions non-stop all day. Some were a few seconds long and some lasted nearly a minute. On top of that my feet felt like they would crack any minute now.

″Gosh I really wish you would pop out right about now Caden″I groaned as I sat in the chair and rubbed my belly. I grabbed my phone from the table and decided to check the time.

″Well, Hannah you spent nearly three hours hanging up one painting. You are considered washed-up" I complained to myself. When I was about to put my cell phone down I started getting an incoming call. I picked it up without looking at the I.d.

"Hello?"

″Hey angel, I w-"

″No, I have a bone to pick with you, Mister. Tell me why I woke up this morning without a good morning kiss or anything. Nothing, not even a hello. You were just gone. I had to literally call your office just to realize you went to work."

″I'm sorry, really I am. But I didnt want to wake you. With the baby on the way, I know you need your rest.″

″Oh shut up. ″

″Your so weird woman, that's why I love you. I called because I n-"

″Hold on someones at the door babe."

I sat my phone on the dresser and made my way downstairs. Since they were so long and I was this pregnant it took a while and the person kept ringing the doorbell.

″IM COMING!!"I yelled as I stepped down from the last step. All of my friends didnt know I had moved yet and Jules had to go back to work today so I didnt know who to expect.

″SHRIMPY I KNOW YOU'RE IN THERE. DON'T MAKE ME BREAK OPEN THIS DOOR, WHICH WE BOTH KNOW I AM TO LAZY TO DO SO OPEN THE GOT DAMN DOOR!!!"

Opening the door I said, "David?″

″Wow, so you do know my name"He answered walking in and closing the door. Before I knew it I ran to him and hugged him.

″Woah, you don't get company much I see."He joked hugging me back.

Soon I let go of him.

″Yeah. Try being stuck in a house for 6 months and barely anyone to talk to.″

″Can't say I feel you but I brought burgers, want some?"

"Absolutely, I'm starving"

Thirty minutes later we were sitting in the kitchen finishing our burgers and talking.

″No David I am not naming my child that. Are you crazy?"

″Duh. Come on shrimpy, you know David would be a damn good name."

″No absolutely... Oh my god, he's moving."I gasped touching my belly. The baby was kicking.

″What?″

″Look come here, he's kicking"

David got up from the counter and touched my belly. I put my hand over his and guided him in the direction, waiting for him to do it again.

″OH SHIT HE IS. THE LITTLE FELLA IS KICKING"He shouted as he felt him kick.

″Shhhh.You don't want to disturb him"

He kept on kicking each time and David kept having a dumbstruck look on his face.

″Oww, that one hurt"I mumbled as he kicked harder this time.

″Toughen up. While this is cute and all. I need to get that suit and you need to get ready."

″Suit?Ready?"

″Al wants you to be ready when he comes home. I need that hard-ass Blue and black suit in his closet so, off I go" He responded and walked out the kitchen.

Feeling excited I followed behind.

"What are you talking about? Where are we going?″

″He's taking you out to dinner to p... have a romantic evening. And he's inviting everyone, so I need that suit."

″Really?"I asked as he started walking upstairs.

″Nope, I'm just making this up because I'm bored."

″I believe you would actually do that so are y...."

″Yes, shrimpy I'm for real. Now put on a fucking dress or something and get ready. Everyone is going to be there by seven so Al should be here at like 6:30-6:45"

″Ohh my god. I wonder what he's going to do. Is he doing something dumb David? Tell me to know so I can be prepared"I asked as he grabbed Al's suit.

David walked back down the steps and didn't answer until he was at the door,

″Can't tell ya, get dressed, meet you there, love ya, mwah"He said kissing my forehead and walking out.

Then I remembered Michael was still on the phone and rushed as fast as I could up the stairs. But when I grabbed the phone I realized Al had already hung up.

Well, don't just stand there Hannah get ready.

I had already showered this morning so I started to choose something from my closet. Al's closet was just a simple closet, door, hangers that stuff. While mine was a walk-in closet, decorated by the one and only Jules Carson. She had filled it with tons of dresses and heels that I didnt even know would fit. If it was up to me I would wear sweatpants all day every day.

Right as I started stretching my hair and feeling irritated I got a call from Jules.

″Dark Green off the shoulder tea length party dress, Black Plumps, Lace clutch."

″Wher-"

″Located in a pink box on the chair in the closet. Everything is in there. Foundation, light green eye shadow, nude lipstick, located in a purple make up pouch under the sink in the bathroom.″

″How d...′

″Get ready" she ordered and hung up.

″I swear it like everyone knows what's going on but me"I mumbled to myself.

Al's Point of View

″SWEETHEART. WHERE ARE YOU?"I asked as I walked inside the house, dropping my suitcase next to the door.

″HOLD ON STAND RIGHT THERE IM COMING DOWN"

I stopped walking and stood at the entrance waiting for Hannah to come down the stairs. My hand was itching to go up there and help her down, hoping she wouldn't fall but I stopped myself.

″Okay, tada!!"She cheerfully said coming down the last step and twirling around in her dress.

″Are you a beaver, because damn!"I shouted and twirled her around with my finger.

″Oh stop.″

″You see, there are ordinary people, then there's you"

She looked up at me and smiled while blushing, making her cheeks look like a tomato.

″Even eight months pregnant you can still make me smile just looking at you Hannah"

″You're so sweet. Why are we going out anyway?"

″That's for me to know and you to find out. Now come on gorgeous."I said grabbing her hand and taking the keys out of my pocket and leading Hannah out the door. After I locked it and made sure everything was good I called the driver.

″We're ready"

″On the way sir"

as he said this I hung up and he came.

″Ladies first" I said opening the car door for Hannah.

″Thank you brick" She said giving me a peck on the lips as I sat down in the back with her.

″Go Jay"I ordered the driver.

″Brick are you going to tell me why you suddenly had the idea to want to go out and invite everyone?″

″Nope, you'll see when you get there. Now shhh, and enjoy the ride angel.″

I laid Hannah down on my shoulder as he drove us around.

I was sweating like hell and my hands were shaking. My heart was pounding so fast I thought it would pop right out. I didn't realize how nerve-wracking this would be. The people in the movies had made it look so easy.

″Are you okay sweetie?"Hannah asked looking up at me worriedly.

″Yeah, babe I'm fine" I lied, swallowing the lump in my throat.

Thankfully before I could start overthinking it again, we arrived at a Parallax.

"Come on brick I want to see what your planning"Hannah begged, grabbing my hand and trying to open the door.

″Okay okay, hold your horsewoman. I'm going."I joked opening the door and helping Hannah out. Once we were out of the car, I tipped the driver and he drove off.

As soon as we stepped into the restaurant we were greeted with hugs, smiles, and waves. I thought Hannah would be squeezing my hand and getting shy like she usually did but nope, she was waving and smiling along.No a more insecure shy girl, instead, I was the one squeezing her hand and feeling like I was about to fucking puke.

″Babe, are you sure your okay? You look a little purple." Hannah asked me as we sat down next to her friends and David.

″Yeah, I'm fine. Thanks, Love"

"YOU DIDNT TELL ME YOU WERE LOOKING THIS FINE!"

"How could I? I didn't even know I was coming until like two hours ago.″

″Well you look gorgeous girl"

Then Monica and the crew came over.

″Hey, girls"Jules said greeting them.

″Hey, you guys look amazing" Ruby said smiling.

″Yes, Yes, you all look amazing but if you don't mind I would like to say something."Al Interrupted, standing up from his seat and holding a glass in the air.

″YESSIR"David shouted, raising his fists in the air.

Al looked at him like after this he was going to regret saying that, and the look that replaced David's face showed that he was already beginning to.

When I was about to ask Brick what he was doing, I felt a little "Tink" Feeling and water slipped down my legs. I thought I had spilled my water but when I looked down at my dress it wasn't wet, except underneath.

″I would like to ask Hannah something a...."

″My water broke"I shouted, now feeling the intensity getting stronger.

″Hold on baby, well get you some more water in a minute just let me say this."

″No, Al my water broke"

″Angel I love you, but I'm kind of trying to do the whole romantic t...″

As another contraction came I began getting more irritated,

″AL THE BABY IS FUCKING COMING. IF ONE OF YOU DON'T TAKE ME TO THE GOD DAMN HOSPITAL IM GOING TO STRANGLE YOU″
