Remember, these are just my opinions. Feel free to argue with or disagree with any points I make.
Also, never seen Teen Wolf, so take this review how you will.
Alright, let's begin. The introduction is alright. It feels very explained instead of storytelling, using the prologue to explain a lot of the essentials to the story. Which I mean is alright but it just feels as though a way to get that information in there for those who've never seen Teen Wolf before. The first chapter is fine as well, as it sets up the incoming conflict between Stiles and his brother. There probably could be more world building set within, since it is the first chapter and brings your reader into the world of Stiles.
The overall body is okay. The plot is fine, not rushed, but some parts do feel forced, like the scene with the girl Evelyn. That scene could use some building up to to give it a more dramatic effect. Also there's grammatical issues, mainly with Stile's name not always being capitalized. I don't know why that is, but his name needs to always be capitalized. The chapters are kinda short as well. Again, more world building or character development could help lengthen them if wanted.
With the dialogue, many of the sentences need comma's to end them. I.e. "I guess you have a point." Scott said should be, ".......a point," Scott said.
Again, I've never seen Teen Wolf, so I have no idea if any of the characters are portrayed in a way accurate to the TV show. Yeah, so, they like real characters if that means anything.
Summary:
Pros:
Good plot
Spelling and spacing is fine
Good characters
Cons:
Dialogue issues
Grammatical issues
Short chapters
If Teen Wolf is your thing, then check out The Truth Can't Stay Hidden Forever at a look to see Stiles as a vampire.
