Thaluke. Oh gods, I hate that ship SOO SOO MUCH, and here are the reasons:

1) First off, let's never forget the age difference. Thalia- not even 16. Luke- about 21. That is illegal.

2) THALIA IS A HUNTRESS! FOR GODS SAKE! She's over him! Why must everyone (hint: Aphrodite) always take a great huntress and make ship that includes her? For gods sake, the whole entire idea of huntresses is that we females are strong and good enough to stand alone without a boy to support us! Lady Artemis created the first idea of girls' rights in a world where females couldn't go to school, go to plays, or even go outside most of the time! And even millenniums after that woman's weren't treated equally! We didn't get the right to vote untill the 20th century! And that didn't suddenly make the whole world appreciate girls for who they are. (I know from experiance living in the forties.) FINALLY WE ARE TREATED EQUAL- and then not even, because Thalia can't be alone because of your fangirls, she HAS to love someone. Right. *rolls eyes*

Okay, after lots of comments like 'My parents have 9 years between them. Your point?' I have to explain what I meant. I mean that at that exact age of Thalia being 16 and Luke being 21, considering the fact that Thalia's underage, it would be illegal. Anyway, now I see different, remembering that they WERE about the same age before Thalia got turned into a tree and became a huntress. So please just ignore the first point. The second one stays the same, though.
