I would at least keep two guard on Luocha to make sure he doesn't do anything. But that beg the question did Luocha bring her into the Xianzhou by his coffin because she never appears but with the Arbor revival and a mass amount of Mara being everywhere, she did appear on Yanqing quest during the whole Arbor revival

This was apart of Luocha quest where it shows him being near the Arbor when it came back to life, but this time he doesn't have his coffin with him clearing no longer needing as he kept his end of the deal.
