after the victory of securing the Herrscher of the Void,Kiana and Seere headed back to everyone while the platform and shield they fought in and on disappeared into thin air,as soon as they touched back on the ground,the 2 we're immediately bombarded with worried hugs and congratulations from everyone on the base as Himeko,Theresa,Fu Hua and Bronya all pulle Kiana into a tight hug while Seele,who had woken up,mid fight,pushed Seere to the ground with a charging tackle hug out of extreme worry 

everyone around shared a few laughs and chuckles at the sight as Seere calmed down his worried Sister and explained,thoroughly,that he was perfectly fine even after getting sent to the void,which did only little to tell his Sister that he was alright

eventually though,Seele calmed down and got off her Brother while Otto congratulated Kiana for her victory over the Herrscher in her as he explained the situation,that would be going on for all of them,now that the Herrscher of the Void was secured as the next objective for Squad 6 was going to start immediately 

Otto:I must congratulate you Ms.Kaslana for your victory over your Herrscher

Kiana:thank you,Overseer

Theresa:don't even think about anything regarding her power,Old Man

Otto:I'm not,Teri,on the contrary,I need to tell Squad 6 of some valuable information,that might be in your best interests 

Himeko:what is it,Overseer

Bronya:does this have something to do with,Subject Mei

Otto:in fact it does,because she and her accomplice are moving fast

the last part caught everyone's attention as tension grew in the area with everyone now wanting to know more of the situation,with it concerning the Herrscher of Thunder after all,everyone wanted to know as much as possible in case they were needed for the mission for whatever reason there may be

Seere:what do you mean "she and her accomplice moving fast"

Otto:the Immortal Blades in the Oceanic Branch have spotted her with her accomplice and their on the move,multiple injured already and their moving towards the ocean

Seere:their trying to escape

Durandal:not if we can stop them

Otto:the Immortal Blades,that were left there are already holding them off as best as they can and are stalling for time

Theresa:then let's not waste anytime,when do we leave

Otto:Squad 6 already has the green light from Me to go and proceed with your objective but you'll be taking Durandal and Rita to link them back up with the rest of the Immortal Blades,so they can provide assistance

Fu Hua:simple enough

Otto:along with that,I'm allowing Squad 6 to pull in any other Squad or Valkyrie they see fit or needed for the mission and allowing you to once again use the Hyperion and all of it's crew

Seere:heh,thanks for the generosity,we'll take the Immortal Blades but apart from that,I think we'll be fine 

Seele:Nii-san,I want to come with you 

Seere:heh,seriously??,

Seele:my Squad is here at Shicksal as well,we're coming with you

Otto:Ms.Seele,though your Squad's records are quite impressive,this is a mission of a different magnitude,consider your choices carefully but quickly

Seere:listen to the Old Man,Seele,he's got 500 years of experience under those wrinkles

Seele:we're coming with you

Seere:your not going to change your mind are you?

Himeko:I think it should be fine,her Squad and her are very capable in a fight,they should be alright

Theresa:besides we need to stop wasting time here,every second counts and we're wasting a lot of it here

with a heavy sigh to himself,Seere reluctantly allowed it as everyone dispersed to make the preparations to leave as Squad 6,Durandal and Rita readied themselves while Seele left to get her Squad ready for the mission

Shicksal staff and personnel srabled the restock the Hyperion with supplies under the command of Otto and Durandal as Valkyries and soldiers,who had no part in the mission returned to their days while those who were took what time they had to get ready before they left

before long,the Hyperion was off,fully supplied and fully armed with everything it needed for a fight with its Valkyries inside the bridge,all somewhat tense and eager to get into the fight as the ship was skilfully and expertly controlled by the crew and staff,making they all wouldn't crash into the middle of the ocean before they could even get a chance to fight

as they flew at high speed towards the Oceanic Branch or specifically Manila,Philippines,the area of action where the Herrscher of Thunder and her accomplice were spotted,the Valkyries were all trying to mentally and physically prepare themselves for a large scale fight,physicking themselves up and making sure the equipment they brought as all good to go and wouldn't break on them

they were all anxious as this was a very important mission but none of them were more anxious than the other 3 Members of Squad 34,which was the Squad,that Seele was a part of as the other 3 girls with her were beyond nervous and were afraid that they would mess something up on a such important mission

Seele approached her Squad,that was pretty much hyperventilating and Squad leader,that was talking to Himeko,just to see if she could help calm them down as she went closer to them all,the first girl had somewhat long white hair with black ribbons at the end and red eyes and wore a white and black outfit that looked similar to a japanese kimono with style  along with a black skirt and a longer back cape like extension going down past her knees while she wielded a black and white dual ended sword with an orange blade

the second girl had long blue hair and blue eyes,she wore a blue and white dress,that went down to her things and covered the back of her dark red-ish skirt,that went down to cover half of her thighs,she had a blue hair pin with leaves attached to the side of her hair and wielded a longbow,that was almost the size of her upper half 

AN:make the bow in her hand longer

the third girl long gray hair and blue eyes and wore a thick black jacket over a black shirt and black and purple shorts as she wore a white headband on her head and wielded a large black axe,that was twice her size 

AN:shrink the 3 girls to around Seele's height and have the size vary,tallest is the 3rd one,then the 1st,the Seele and last is the 2nd

lastly was the Squad Leader who had blonde hair and green eyes and wore a dark blue shirt and brown shorts under a black cloak with a hood,she had a small braid near the top back of her hair with clover pins to keep it still as she carried a large minigun on her back,strapped to a leather belt 

Seele:hey girls,why don't you calm down a bit,I'm sure everything will be alright

???1:easy for you to say,this is our first actual S Rank mission,I couldn't be more nervous

???2:and we're fighting a Herrscher no less

???4:calm it down,you two,we're not the ones that are fighting the Herrscher

???3:ohhh,thank goodness

???4:not yet at least,we'll have to see how the situation goes

???1:ooohhhhh...........so there's a chance we might fight the Herrscher..........great

Seele:it's not all bad,everyone's here to help

Theresa:get used to it sweetie,S Rank missions are meant to be hard and brutal,their nothing like the other missions and if Seele keeps wanting to tag along with things like these,you'll be here lot

Fu Hua:Principal Theresa,it's not advisable to scare the younger Valkyries

Himeko:not exactly,we have the general idea but the one with the plan is not here at the moment

Bea:speaking of which,where is the boy

Seele:I sense him close by,I think................he might be outside the Hyperion

as Seele spoke,the clouds outside the Hyperion's bridge began to part as a large figure slowly rose from underneath the clouds,soon enough,the figure fully rose up for everyone to see it as it was just Seere,standing on top of Benares's head while they flew alongside the Hyperion

Seere looked to see his side to look into the Hyperion Bridge as he saw all the Valkyrie,young and old inside before he smirked and pressed a device on his ear,which was in fact an earpiece linked between all of the participants of the mission

Seere:~I sense a bit of jealousy inside the bridge of a giant Battleship~which one of you is it,fess up,I might let you out here with Me

Theresa:we get it,you have a Honkai Dragon now,no need to rub it in

Seere:hahaha,no need to be mad,Me and Benares were just doing some reconnaissance

Durandal:what did you find

Seere:well,Mei and Raven are definitely very active,lots of Immortal Blade blockades have been broken through but they haven't escaped yet

Rita:that's good

Theresa:we're not too late then

Himeko:what's our game plan,Seere

Seere:game plan?,why are you asking Me,I thought you had one,you are the Squad Leader

there was just silence between everyone for a few seconds as they all processed whether he was serious or pulling their leg as they all looked at him from the window of Hyperion's bridge with a deadpan expression on their face

Theresa:this is no time for games,Seere!!!!!!!

Seere:hehe,ok,ok,basically the plan is pretty simple,our job is to keep everything away while Kiana is going to fight and convince Mei to come back with everyone

Bea:that's it

Seere:yeah,that's it,as long as we keep everything off of her and Mei,this is a fool proof strategy  and if we're lucky we can snag an extra prize of capturing Raven and taking the info we want out of her

Bea:are we seriously,going to go with this plan

Bronya:Subject Seere only seems dumb but he's very smart

Seere:hey,I heard that

Himeko:are there any specifics here

Seere:*sigh*Kiana is going to fight Mei,I'm going to do as much as I can to support her,Bronya and Durandal,I want you both to focus on Raven,don't let her get close and capture her if you can,Himeko,Theresa,Fu Hua,Rita,I want you 4 to handle any enforcers or aircraft,if it flies bring it down

Seele:what about us,Nii-san

Seere:Seele,Satella,Fey and Irene,you 4 have a very important job,we're expecting tons of mechs to be coming along with reinforcements for Raven and Mei and since you 4 aren't too keen of killing people yet,I want you 4 to deal with

Satella:leave it to us

Irene:we'll show them what we can do

Fey:we'll handle all of them,not single one will get past

Seere:I know you 4 will,watch each other's backs and keep each other safe and you 4 we'll do alright

Bea:I'm going with my squad then

Seere:no,Ms.Bea,since your bringing a minigun to this fight,I want you to secure the beaches of the area of operation,we're expecting aquatic forces to be coming so I want you to lock down,that area

Bea:but my squad!!-

Seere:relax,I'm sure Fey's skull crushing strength,Irene's needle threading accuracy,Sattela's expert knowledge and Seele's expert skills will be more than enough to handle a few World Serpent Mechas,they'll be fine

there was contemplation with everyone in the bridge as everyone considered the pros and cons in the plan given to them and no matter how far in they looked at it,there was little consequences in screws up with in the plan as everyone could support everyone as long as they stuck to their roles and kept themselves aware

in the end,they all agreed on the plan and would follow it seeing as it was a viable and good plan and also because it was the only plan they had as everyone turned to each other and nodded in confirmation,that they were all thinking of the same thing

Seere:oh and before I forget,I'm going ahead to meet the opposition

Kiana:what!?!,why???

Seere:I'm going to stall for more time and so I can see if Raiden's improved on her Herrscher powers and skills and to keep Immortal Blade casualties to minimum,I'll relay the info to you,once your there or when your close,so I'll break off the fight and let you take it from there

Kiana:it's not going to be a fair fight is it

Seere:want Me to restore her strength when I'm done fighting her???

Theresa:what are you saying,why would you-

Kiana:do it,I'm going to prove to her that I can handle myself and bring her back

Seere gave a smirk towards Kiana before telling Benares to break off and move ahead of the Hyperion and head towards the AO at full speed as they all watched him fly off on his Dragon with Theresa still a bit grumpy,that she doesn't get to ride one

Bea:I swear this is the weirdest Squad in Shicksal

I rode atop of Benares's head as we flew towards the Philippines,which had suffered quite a lot of damage after the awakening of the Herrscher of Ice and Herrscher of Stars and the fusion of the two,making the Herrscher of Rimestar,despite this,the government and locals quickly got to unfreezing their infrastructure and rebuilding what was lost to them as I could assume,that we were about to cause a lot more damage which was not going to taken lightly

though I hated doing it,I could just fix all of what we broke as using Quantum Energy to materialize the resources into where they should be and making complete buildings and structures just using the energy would save us a lot of trouble as the locals wouldn't appreciate the damage we cause

it would also save our reputation from being ruined as it would be bad is Shicksal forces were to just destroy more than they would protect,after all,the people there had also suffered enough damage from 3 Herrscher awakenings in pretty much the same day 

Seere:Benares,can you sense,Raiden

Benares:I can,she's still moving fast,exerting quite a lot of energy,so we can assume she's fighting

Seere:where is she

Benares:she's moving towards the west,most likely trying to get to the docks

Seere:alright,listen to Me,once we're there,I'm going to continue by foot,I want you take control of the sky and provide support for the Immortal Blades on the ground,and their aware of you already so don't worry about them shooting you and if they do shoot you....................feel free to shoot back BUT I'd appreciate it if you didn't

Benares:understood,Master,I'll see to it,that your will is done

Seere:alright then

we eventually reached Manila as Benares flew Me in close to some of the rooftops of the buildings as we passed the port and entered the supposed area of operation,I jumped of Benares's head and landed on top of one of the roofs as I continued on with the speed from the flight,breaking into an instant sprint while Benares broke away to start attacking enemy forces in the area

I traversed the city,quickly closing large gaps between buildings as I leaped through the air,jumped between this world and the Quantum Sea and shifted through buildings to quickly catch up with the Herrscher of Thunder as I sensed her energy moving fast,exactly ahead of Me

I pulled my hood up as I jumped from a tall building and fell from the sky while I moved my eyes to look to the side as I sensed Raiden take a sharp turn and start to move all around the area,most likely being blocked by the Immortal Blades

redirecting my momentum and myself,I shifted down to the ground as I landed down in an alleyway and slowed myself down as I sensed Raiden come to a complete stop while she charged and built up a store of Honkai Energy

knowing what she was about to do,I threw the Undine's Tale out of the alley and shifted it right into Raiden's path as I sensed her notice my attack as she quickly turned around and blocked my attack with the attack she was charging up as she reflected it back towards the Immortal Blade Valkyries that were blocking her way

I shifted right in its path as I caught my weapon while it was perfectly up right,before I lowered it to let it rest on my shoulders as I earned a few surprised glances from the Valkyries behind Me and a even more surprised look from the Herrscher in front of Me,who also gave Me a look of curiosity

in front of Me,was our target,the Herrscher of Thunder,better known to her friends as Raiden Mei,a classmate,a true friend and pretty much family,but in her current form and situation,she was the farthest thing from all of those,she had long purple-ish hair and glowing purple eyes and wore a black top with a white and black corset like wear to cover head stomach which connected to a red armor piece on her left waist which held a black cloak extension that went down her legs,she had red and black arm bracers and had 2 red horns coming out the front of her head as she wielded a katana,that emitted Honkai Energy as two red and black mechanical hands with glowing purple centers floated on both sides of her with one wielding a large katana sheath,that housed a large copy of the weapon she held

she took a good look at Me,examining Me from where she stood as I turned my head to look over to the Immortal Blade Valkyries,that were clearly hurt and were in no shape or form to fight as I needed to get them away from here before I started to fight Raiden

Seere:you all sure look like you took a beating,can you all stand and walk?

IBV1:y-yeah,are you the special help,that was sent

Seere:I'm one of them,the rest of the team is on their way,along with Durandal and Rita

IBV2:thank goodness

Seere:I can teleport you all away from here and near a medical station of your allies but best I can do for you is 1 block away from the station,anymore than that and I might kill you with the teleport or do more damage than help you

IBV3:it'll do,please,some of us too injured,they need help

Seere:best of luck then and godspeed

I shifted the Immortal Blades away from us and sent them a block away from their medical station,so they could get their injured all patched up,before I looked back to Raiden who was still examining Me as I gave her a slightly smug smile which seemed to make her put her guard up as I fixed my grip on the Undine's Tale

Seere:it's been a while since I came face to face with the Herrscher of Thunder

Mei:have we met?

Seere:not formally,though I was there when you left Kiana to join World Serpent

Mei:so I wasn't imagining things,there was someone there

Seere:I knew you saw Me,I was after all checking to see if you would sense Me and you did,and by sensing your energy now,I can definitely say you've grown stronger since then

Mei:are you here for Me

Seere:in a way yes

Mei:Kevin's talked about you,the Quantum Guardian or the Guardian of the Quantum Sea,he said you would come after Me,why

Seere:I'm just helping out a friend also,orders from the Overseer of Shicksal but mostly to help a friend

Raiden's expression changed to one of seriousness as she slashed her sword at Me,sending a fast wave of Honkai Energy at Me as I shifted through it with ease to dodge it before I started to walk forward to approach the Herrscher,who quickly took a stance and prepared to charge at Me,which was not her brightest idea as it was pretty much suicide for something or someone who relies on Honkai Energy to directly charge at Me,especially when they want to fight Me seriously

not knowing what was about o happen to her,Mei charged at Me at lightning speed which didn't matter to Me much as I could follow her perfectly,no matter how fast she went as I saw get close while I dodged by turning myself to the side and taking a step back,making her miss while I released a burst of Quantum Energy to kill the Honkai Energy around us and some of the Honkai Energy in her

as soon as she passed Me,she lost a lot of her speed and momentum from the loss of Honkai Energy as slowly fell to the ground,she caught herself however and flipped herself back onto her feet while I returned to my original position,still holding the Undine's Tale in my hand while letting it rest on my shoulder and other hand in the pocket of my jacket as I stood calmly and looked at the Herrscher in front of Me

Mei:what did you-

Seere:Kevin told you,who I was but I don't think he told you what happens when my Quantum Energy makes contact with Honkai Energy,a word of advice,it's pretty much suicide for anything that relies on Honkai Energy to aggressively charge at Me

Mei:tch

as Mei stood up,she placed her hand over her ear as I assumed her ear piece was going off,which meant that someone was talking to her from a long distance,I quickly acted added boosted my hearing with Quantum Energy,so I could listen on the talk she was having with the person from the other side of the communicator

???:Mei,what's going on,why aren't you moving towards the objective

Mei:I've run into a bit of trouble,I'll be there as soon as I can

???:what trouble,where are you

Mei:movement point B,I've got an enemy here

???:......................I see you,stay put,I'll take care of this

hearing the voice of the other person and connecting the dots as Mei's supposed accomplice was nowhere to be seen,I assumed it was the other present World Serpent enforcer,that was talking as I immediately pin pointed her location and position on top of the roof of a building about 10 blocks away from Me

fully knowing what she has from previous observations as the Quantum Guardian,I knew she posed no threat to Me even if she wielded the 3rd Divine Key,the Key of Sanction,which was admittedly a very strong weapon like the other Divine Keys,yet,against Me,it was completely useless as I sensed it fire a single concentrated shot towards Me

Mei looked at Me with a serious look while I gave her a smugger looking smile as I sensed the shot fired at Me draw closer and closer but as soon as it got close enough to seem like I had no time to dodge anymore,the shot simply disappeared into thin air,with the Honkai Energy itself going completely gone as I sensed the shocked expression of both Mei and the shooter

I smiled and scoffed as I lowered my scythe from my shoulder and took 3 steps towards Mei who didn't even move as I looked over to the direction of the shooter,looking at her after using some Quantum Energy to enhance my vision as I see a woman with gray hair and pink eyes,wearing a black cloak with a gray shirt underneath while she held a rifle like weapon while having claws on the back of her hand

she noticed Me look at her through the projection like scope of her weapon as I gave her a smug smile as well,which alerted her as she got up and quickly left to most likely reposition or bluntly leave

I scoffed again at her choice of actions as a Chariot like Quantum Shadow walked out of a Quantum Rift and stood to my side as I looked over to the Shadow while it waited for Me to give my command

Seere:Tori,go get some of your friends and hunt down the woman that shut Me,keep her alive and capture her,once your done,bring her to Me,fall back if you can't,it's better then dying

Tori,my Chariot like Quantum Shadow companion,which was one of my companions,nodded at my command before jumping through another Quantum Rift to leave as I looked back to Raiden who stood up again and readied herself to fight Me

Seere:still want to fight?

Mei:I'll fight,then I'll go save,Raven

Seere:how noble of you but times already up,I'm not going to be your opponent anymore,she is

she looked at Me with a bit of confusion before her eyes widened as she jumped back to avoid multiple subspace lances,that hit the exact spot she was standing on prior to the attack,the both of us looked to the sky with different expression,Mei with shocked and conflicted and Me with relief and neutrality as the both of us looked up to see Kiana,floating in the air in her Herrscher form

she descended down to the ground to match our level as she landed right next to Me while keeping her focus on Mei as the both of them displayed clear tension between the two of them,which I won't be interfering with

Seere:good of you to arrive,I was starting to think you girls weren't arriving

Kiana:what's happened so far

Seere:my Quantum Shadows are going to secure,Raven,hopefully,apart from that,not much,she's improved since the battle with the Herrscher of Rimestar but you should be more than ready to fight,right?

Kiana:......................

Seere:great,I'll leave it to you then

turning Quantum Energy into Honkai Energy,I restored Mei's power back to full and removed the field that I had secretly created to weaken her further,so the two girls could have a fair fight as Benares flew towards us,after I had called her over to pick Me up,coming close to the ground as I shifted onto her head once she was close,she flew Me away,to leave the to Herrscher to sort out their feud and problems while I help deal with everything else

as Seere rode on top of Benares's head,I stood in front of Mei as the both of us stood before each other in silence,not knowing what to say to each other as I looked at her in what I assumed was her Herrscher form while I levitated just an inch of the ground in my Herrscher form as the both of kept our guard up in case either one of us made their move

I had come ready to fight,I was helped to get ready to fight but I wasn't ready to talk to her again,I didn't know what to say to her and it didn't look like she knew either as the awkward silence between us continued to stretch on with time while I felt myself itch to just get our fight started to at least rid the both of us of the silence

Mei:so................you controlled your Herrscher

Kiana:I did

Mei:that's good..................that's good

Kiana:I know

Mei:.....................

Kiana:......................

Mei:.....................

Kiana:why did you leave

Mei:......................

Kiana:why did you leave,Mei

Mei:so many time,you almost died,so many time we almost lost you forever,so many time I almost lost you,and I could never do anything about it,I was always on the side of everything,just watching,watching you readily give your life away AND I GOT TIRED OF IT,I GOT TIRED OF SEEING  YOU ALMOST DIE,SHOULDERING EVERYTHING ON YOUR OWN!!!!!

Kiana:I DID IT,SO NONE OF YOU HAD TO,I LOST EVERYTHING EXCEPT YOU ALL,I WASN'T READY TO LOSE ANY OF YOU!!!!

with my outburst of emotions,a strong burst of my Honkai Energy erupted and created a shockwave of energy with Me as the center,shaking the ground,the building and the entire city around us,even throwing Mei off balance as she steadied herself from the sudden shift in balance

Kiana:I did it so none of you had to get hurt and you-

Mei:and you never once thought of what we might lose by losing you,not once did you look back when you faced death and not once did you think of what we might feel if you died

Kiana:I knew what you all would feel but I was ready to make the sacrifice

Mei:YOUR AN IDIOT,KIANA,YOUR A BIG IDIOT,IT'S ALWAYS THE SAME,I'M TIRED OF SEEING YOU GIVE YOUR LIFE UP FOR EVERYONE ELSE,THAT'S WHY I LEFT,DO YOU UNDERSTAND,IT WAS SO YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO GIVE UP YOUR LIFE FOR ME

Kiana:AND WHAT DID THAT DO,HUH,DO YOU THINK THAT HELPED US,DID YOU THINK,THAT LEAVING WOULD MAKE THINGS BETTER,THINK MEI,THINK,I ALMOST KILLED MYSELF WHEN YOU LEFT ME

I let out another shockwave with my outburst as it once again shook the earth around,threatening to collapse the broken buildings around us and break the smaller structures,that were around,Mei this stood her group and kept her balance,but shielded her face from the shockwave and dust while maintaining a somewhat shocked expression

Kiana:you knew he was there,the Quantum Guardian,you knew he was there too,I know it,I didn't know it at first but if it weren't for him draining my energy,I would have jumped off that rooftop

Mei:..............I-

Kiana:I'm done talking Mei,you said you did it so I didn't have to suffer but now your suffering,everybody is worried about you and now I can take of myself,everyone is here for Me and we're all here for you now,come back with Me,Mei,everyone's waiting

I reached out my arm and offered her my hand,truly hoping for her to accept it as she looked at my offer with a neutral expression while I also held still with a neutral expression as the both had another moment with silence as I waited for her answer

unfortunately,instead of taking my hand,I watched Mei grip her sword and take a stance while her expression changed from neutral to aggressive as her eyes began to glow while her body began to emit sparks of electricity 

Mei:I'm sorry,Kiana,I can't go with you

Kiana:why,why can't you 

Mei:you're never truly safe,not until all the Honkai is destroyed 

Kiana:so that's it,because you still think I'm in danger,because you think I'll die?,............................then I'll show you I can handle myself

Mei charged at Me with incredible speed before I could prepare any attacks but now that I had control of my powers and a somewhat high mastery of them already,it didn't matter as instead of closing the distance and hitting Me,I could now follow with Mei's speed as I teleported her right past Me,making her miss the attack she was going to hit Me

I could sense her confusion as she turned her head to look at Me while I did the same,looking at her with a neutral expression as I summoned my subspace lances while Mei stood up as the both of us stood and floated in front of each other

before Mei could make another attack,I acted quickly as I created a block of Honkai from the ground,hitting Mei from the side as I knocked her into a nearby building before creating a void explosion inside,which completely destroyed the building,causing it to collapse as the structure fell down

while the building collapsed,I saw a bolt of lightning running away from where I was,so using my power,I expertly teleported it back in front of Me as it bolt crashed into the wall of another nearby building,revealing that the bolt was indeed Mei,trying to escape,she pushed herself off of the wall and turned to look at Me with confusion as I floated in place 

Kiana:don't bother trying to run,I'm not letting you leave

Mei:then I'll just have to beat you to leave

Kiana:when we fought in Nagazora,I almost had no control,this time,it's different,this time,you won't beat Me

Mei charged at Me again,this time going multiple times as she built up speed and momentum to strike Me but it was futile as I continued to teleport her past Me,making her miss all of her attacks as she repeatedly tried to break through my defense,soon enough,I began making more constructs from any available surface,which significantly slow Mei down as she now was dodging many constructs I made in her way,forcing her to take awkward turns and unconventional moves which heavily slowed her down and used more energy while I barely tapped into my power

I forced around the city as she dodged my constructs and teleported her back when she got too far for my liking,then teleported her past Me when she tried to attack Me,my goal was to make her realize that she couldn't beat Me,I was taking it easy since I didn't want to hurt her if I didn't need to but it didn't look like I would get to her without force

once Mei got too far again,I teleported her back as I began to attack back with my subspace lances,forcing her to dodge more attacks as I began to chase after her,giving her no chances to recuperate and counter attack as I fired subspace lances and honkai constructs while chasing her

I wasn't on par with her on speed but with my powers,I was able to keep up to her and even pass her as I would appear in front of her and try to strike her when she didn't expect it,with comings from around corners,from underneath the ground,from the sky,from alleyways we were about to pass and from Me,I attacked Mei from everywhere at the same,forcing her to focus on dodging

I noticed her about to look back to check on Me,so I took the opportunity and teleported to around the corner,that we were about to turn to as I summoned subspace lances to attack and more constructs to block the other paths as she dodged the lances and turned to exactly where I was I created a construct right under her,hitting her in the stomach and knocking the wind out of her as she tumble on the ground past Me while I floated in place 

instead of turning around,I created and more constructs and lances and sent them her way as she quickly stood up and drew her sword,cutting the blocks of honkai and lances into pieces before we both turned to look at each other

Kiana:it doesn't have to be like this Mei,just come back with Me,we can work everything out with everyone,we can beat the Honkai,just come back

she didn't give in as she charged at Me again while created more lances,instead of firing them at her though,I controlled them to slice and stab at her,unfortunately she was too fast as I missed,letting her get close as ball of lightning,charged with Honkai Energy appeared in front of Me and in front of the path of Mei's attack

knowing what the ball was as I had a similar ability,I contained it inside a Void Ball that froze time as Mei's attack slashed the ball,creating a time fracture that might possibly given her time to escape,the fracture was contained inside the Void Ball however as I quickly used my powers and picked up Mei as I slammed her into a wall before creating a void explosion,that blasted her through the building and onto the next street

I teleported over to Mei as I hovered into the air while she stood back up,clearly hurt and exhausted as I looked at her,hoping she would give up soon and come back with Me as I was running out of ideas to convince her other than continue to hurt her

Kiana:why won't you come back,Mei

Mei:I've told you already

Kiana:do you hate Me

Mei:I should be asking you th-

Kiana:I SAID,DO YOU HATE ME!!!!!

she looked at Me with a neutral expression while I looked at her with clear anger as I wanted her answer,I was getting tired,not from exerting myself but instead from having to hurt Mei like this as I waited for her to answer my question as I had one last idea

Mei:..........no,no I don't,I could never hate you

Kiana:then why,why won't you come back with Me

Mei:I've told you already,why 

Kiana:you don't hate Me and you won't come back,so fine,I'll make you hate ME

using a lot of energy and breaking past the limit I set for myself,I broke through the space and time around us as I brought us to similar location to where we already were,only here,it didn't matter how much destruction I caused as none of it was real

bringing Me and Mei into a Bubble Universe,I now had no limits left to break as I could now destroy and create as much as I want and use as much energy as I wanted without too much repercussion 

recreating the area we were in,I changed our environment into a long hallways like battle arena with the buildings as our walls as I teleported away from Mei,going far away and high into the air as I summoned all my strength for one final attack,that I could use against her to prove to her,that she didn't need to protect Me

Kiana:YOU HATE IT WHEN I WILLINGLY WISH TO GIVE MY LIFE,RIGHT,YOU HATE IT WHEN I OPENLY GIVE UP MY LIFE,RIGHT,YOU HATE IT WHEN I TRY MY HARDEST,BRING MY LIFE TO EDGE OF DEATH TO FINISH MY MISSION,THEN GO AHEAD,HATE ME,HATE ME FOR EVERYTHING I'VE DONE!!!!!!!

using more of my energy,I summoned hundreds and hundreds of portals to fire subspace lances from,that will explode on impact and a singular ball of energy in front of Me,which was the key to the Bubble Universe,if I was going to pull all my strength,I couldn't make myself the center of the universe,I was going to do anything to beat her and prove that I didn't need to be protected,if I had to make her hate Me to do it,then I was willing to do it

Mei:WHAT ARE YOU DOING,KIANA!!!!

Kiana:I'M TAKING YOU DOWN,RIGHT HERE,RIGHT NOW

Mei:STOP THIS,YOU'RE A HERRSCHER IF YOU DRAIN YOURSELF OF HONKAI ENERGY YOU'LL DIE

Kiana:MAKE ME!!!!!!!!!!

wasting no time,Mei broke into a dash and charged towards Me as I began my onslaught and barrage,making it rain down subspace lances,that exploded on impact on any surface,Mei dodged using her speed as she evaded the lances and the rubble that was brought from the lances hitting the ground around her and the buildings in the area as she continued to make her ways towards Me with great speed

making the bubble universe was taxing enough as I made it quite large to make it hard for Mei to break out of but coupled with the magnitude of my attack,I felt my remaining energy quickly deplete as I forced myself to hold the strength of my attack in hopes of taking down Mei

despite her injuries on the other hand,Mei powered through my attack as she continued to dodge and evade all of my lances despite the number of them I was already firing,to add more for her to dodge,I started to make void explosions of my own as I began to sporadically create explosions around her

even after taking even more energy from Me to create the explosions,Mei continued to dodged my attacks as I then started to create Void Balls to freeze her in place,taking even more of my energy as I quickly felt myself weaken with every passing second,despite the new addition of attacks,Mei continued to power through as she jumped into the air and quickly went to close the gap between Me and her 

I had a small gap of time to counter her as she raised her sword up and prepared to strike Me,I let her get close just a little bit more as she closed the distance,once she was close enough,I created a Void Ball and trapped her inside as she froze in place while I quickly pointed all portals towards her as I was struggling to keep the Void Ball active 

all the portals fired a lance as they converged towards Mei but before they could reach her,I failed to keep the Void Ball active as Mei broke free and slashed downwards,sending a bolt of lightning down on Me as I felt the electrocution shock my entire body as my scream was silenced by the roar of the thunder while the slash broke the key to the Bubble Universe

with Mei's strike,I felt all my strength leave my body as the Bubble Universe we were in collapsed in an instant without it's key component while both Me and Mei began to fall from the sky as I felt myself lose consciousness for a few seconds

as the Bubble Universe broke,Kiana and Mei fell from the sky as Mei caught herself and began to levitate while Kiana continued to fall,Mei looked down to her friend and opponent as she fell while she decided on what to do next as a fact caught her eye 

Mei(mind):she didn't transform out of her Herrscher form,which means she still has some energy left,she'll probably wake up and stop Me if I don't finish off the rest of that energy

Mei drew her sword and bolted after Kiana as they both quickly descended from the sky while a red bolt of thunder trailed behind Mei,without Mei's knowledge however,Kiana was absorbing Honkai Energy from the air and was regenerating her energy from the Gem of Serenity as she waited for her opportunity to finally catch Mei off guard and take her down

as Mei closed the distance,Kiana sprung her trap as her eyes flew open,catching Mei off guard as Kiana summoned 3 massive portals in the sky,all of which fired a large and long block of Honkai material as Mei turned around and saw the 3 skyscraper like constructs head for her at rapid speeds

before she could try anything to dodge,Kiana used some of what remained of her regenerated energy to trap Mei in a Void Ball and teleport away as the massive constructs smashed into Mei,crashing her into the ground as the constructs crashed themselves into the ground with Mei underneath them

Kiana reappeared from her teleport,weak but safe as she fell onto her knees on top of a roof a building as she watched the giant constructs she made,crater the city into a big hole while the constructs themselves dissipated into Honkai Energy once they came to a full halt

taking some time to gather more Honkai Energy before teleported again,Kiana gathered as much as she could in a short time,using her body a conduit then sending it to her Herrscher cores before she teleported to where Mei was as she weakly stood up and looked around for Mei

eventually she found her body,laying on the ground,she hadn't transformed out of her Herrscher form,even after the attack which meant she still had some more Honkai Energy but by the look of her body,the damage she took was extensive and it was clear she would need some treatment before she could fight again,meaning Kiana had won

the victor approached her opponent and fell to her knees next to her as she lifted Mei up into her arms and pulled her close,hugging her into her chest as tears streamed down her face while she held and unconscious Mei

Kiana:I'm sorry I hurt you*sobs* I'm sorry I never considered*sobs* you all*sobs*when I acted,*sobs*I was being selfish*sobs**sobs*and I just didn't want*sobs*you all to get hurt*sobs*I didn't want this*sobs**sobs*I'm sorry*sobs*I'm so-so-sorry Mei

she pulled Mei closer to her as her eyes cried a river of tears as the previously unconscious Herrscher came to just in time to hear her friends words,after their fight,she saw he strength and after hearing her words she saw how much she's grown as a person as she too let out a few tears,which didn't go unnoticed by Kiana

out of reflex,Mei lifted her arms and wiped away Kiana's tears as she turned he face to look at Kiana as their eyes met while Mei let out a few more tears herself

Mei:I'm............sorry too,I...........should've listened to you..............and I.........was being selfish as well,................I just didn't want...........to lose you.........................I'll come back with you now,I know you can handle yourself now

Kiana let out a content and happy smile as she wiped away Mei's tears with her free hand while the two shared a few chuckles together now that they were reunited at last as they waited for their pickup or for one of the Valkyries to arrive and help them
