it had been 5 years,since that talk with Matushka at the orphanage as I thought about the last time I saw Nii-san,even after so long,after everything that had happened,I could still remember,what he looked like to every single detail,his face,his clothes,the way he acts,everything,he had been there for Me,through the toughest times and he always made sure,that we would make it through it,I thought back to what,Matushka said to Me back then and what she meant when she said,Nii-san had left to go gain the power of the Vollerei's

after that moment,I tried to recollect everything I knew about my family name,anything that Nii-san told Me about us,anything I could find at all,I took,I learned,that my family was connected to something called the Sea of Quanta,an unknown plane of existence,there was little about it or about my last name,so there wasn't a lot to know

I tried to look for Brother with the help of Bronya-nee as we looked for any leads,regarding Nii-san but no one knew anything,it was a cold trail from the very beginning,it was as if,he vanished from this world,then I had an idea,I pieced together,the information I had and came to a conclusion,that Nii-san went to the Sea of Quanta,to gain the Vollerei family power

in turn,I looked for any possible way to get to the Sea of Quanta,but my efforts were left in vain due to the lack of information about the Sea of Quanta itself,there was no information as to how to get there,I had spent months,looking for any information,regarding Nii-san or his whereabouts,weeks searching for clues regarding the Sea of Quanta,only for all of it to be a waste of time,because I couldn't find a way to get to the Sea of Quanta,at that point,I was ready to listen to,what the other people told Me and give up on my search for Nii-san,that was until one fateful day

Matushka revealed the second purpose for the orphanage to 3 of us,Me,Bronya-nee and Sin Mal,the second purpose was to collect children,who would be subjected to a project known as the X-10 Experiment,an experiment,that would give the children a spiritual mechanical armor,if successful,originally Bronya-nee and Sin Mal were supposed to take on the experiment,but something happened before they could

one day,Sin Mal and Bronya-nee got into a fight,which led to Sin Mal,pushing Bronya-nee down a flight of stairs and breaking one of her legs while I watched it unfold,at the time,I cursed myself for not being able to stop it from happening but at the same moment,something awakened in Me,I started to hear a voice in my head,it kept telling Me to take revenge on Sin Mal for Bronya-nee and I lost control of myself and went berserk

I had almost killed Sin Mal from my outrage but Matushka was able to stop Me,when she knocked Me out with a tranquilizer,the reason behind,Me losing control,proved to be the awakening of a dormant Stigmata,that was in Me,it was increasing my resistance to the Honkai,which in turn,led to Me being swapped with Bronya-nee for the X-10 experiment,after Sin Mal recovered from her injuries

when the time came,both Me and Sin Mal were put into the project and after a while,when we finished,the effect of the experiment showed immediately,the experiment failed Sin Mal but there seemed to be no backlash with her vut the same could not be said for Me,the experiment had also failed for Me and the side effects,slowly made my physical body disappear and in minutes,I was completely gone from the world

after that,I woke up in a very strange place,as there was nothing normal about it,the sky was dark blue,there were floating islands and rocks everywhere and ruins scattered across the strange place,I was confused and scared,because of where I was,I didn't want to move or go anywhere,all I wanted to do was stay where I was and cry but I didn't,it was because,despite being in a very cold and dark place,I felt warm for an unknown reason,that was when I looked over and saw a bright light in the distance,it shone brightly and made Me feel warm as it grew bigger,no-,...closer

the light was getting closer to Me,slowly but surely and when it finally got to Me,it revealed itself to be nothing more,than a small ball of light,even though it shone so brightly,I didn't know why but it calmed Me down,it made Me feel safe,it was like I was with-,........Nii-san again,since he always knew how to calm me down,no matter the problem

Seele(mind):this light,it's like Onii-san,it's so warm and makes Me feel safe,could this dark place be the Sea of Quanta,could Nii-san have sent this light to Me

I looked at the light as floated gently in front of Me,keeping Me warm and safe,it's light was the only source of light in the area,excluding the blue glow of the "sky",the light,then started to move as it got even more,closer to Me,it moved towards my chest as it's glow got brighter and brighter every second,the light was so bright,that I covered my eyes due to it

but a second later,the light disappeared,I uncovered my eyes and looked down to my chest and now saw a small dark blue,wing shaped pendant,around my neck,it left off a dim light blue hue but gave the same warm feeling as the light,I grasped the pendant with my hand and felt a flow of energy,go through my body,it was very soothing and the more time passed the stronger the energy felt

I looked up and saw,that the darkness was retreating as I gained more vision of my surroundings,the ruins in the area became clearer to Me,I could now see the whole of the floating islands and the shine of the "sky" got brighter,making the area around Me much more beautiful looking,than it was before,I sat down and admired the new look of the strange world,that was when,I heard a voice behind Me,it was the same voice,that told Me to take revenge on Sin Mal for Bronya-nee and the saem voice,that made Me lose control

I look behind Me and see a girl,the same height as Me,she had black hair but became red,the lower it was and red eyes,she wore a black and red dress with a skirt,that shared the same color scheme and she held a large scythe,that looked like it was made of blood

Seele:you again

???:what's wrong,not happy to see Me

Seele:you almost destroyed my friend

???what,you mean,that silver haired girl,I thought you wanted her gone,she did hurt Bronya,didn't she

Seele:she didn't deserve,what you did to her

???:and yet,you let Me do it

Seele:huh

???:admit it Seele,you wanted Me to kill her,that's why,you let Me take control of your body,that's why you let Me give you my powers,that's why I awakened,to help you take revenge,on those who wronged you and your loved ones

Seele:no-,..your lying,I wouldn't want,that on Sin Mal

???:your lying to yourself,Seele,I was born from your negative thoughts,your rage,your anger,your fury,I am the embodiment of your judgement

Seele:no,your wrong,I don't want to hurt anyone

???:how naive,if you can't even lift yourself to fight,how will you protect Bronya,how will you protect your precious friend in the orphanage,how will you face your Brother,when he come back,when your so weak

Seele:LEAVE HIM OUT OF THIS,VELIONA!!!!

Veliona:aahhh,your sweet fury and rage,so refreshing,seeing yourself lose control,always excites Me,the quiet ones,always have the biggest tempers,even your idiot of a Brother,held himself back from his anger,instead of lashing out,LIKE A FOOL

Seele:I SAID,LEAVE NII-SAN OUT OF THIS!!!!!!

Veliona:or what,what are you going to do against ME

Seele:I'll-

Veliona:your weak,you can't even stop Sin Mal from attacking Bronya,and you think you can take Me on,YOUR JUST AS BIG OF A FOOL AS YOUR BROTHER

Veliona rushed at Me with her scythe in hand as she was ready to swing at my head,I panicked and stood up as I tried to back away but she was too fast for Me,she was already in front of Me before I even knew it,she swung her scythe at Me as I closed my eyes in terror and waited for my death,my breathing was fast and my heart was beating faster,but that confused Me as I should have been dead from Veliona's scythe

I opened my eyes and saw,that Veliona's scythe was stopped by some glowing transparent shield,her scythe could pierce or slice it as it completely stopped her attack,Veliona was gritting her teeth in anger as she pushed harder against the shield but it didn't do anything against it,I looked down and saw,that the pendant,no longer had it'd dim,dark blue hue,instead it was glowing a golden light as it floated off my chest

it was protecting Me from Veliona as the pendant's glow got brighter again,from it a sudden burst of  energy happened as the shield exploded,the burst knocked,Veliona back and shattered her scythe as Veliona fell to the ground while the pendant stopped glowing

Seele(mind):Nii-san?,is that you,doing this,are your protecting Me,please answer Me

the pendant reacted and glowed for a second before the glow disappeared again but,that was all I needed as an answer as i grasped the pendant with my hand again,the energy it gave Me previously,flowed through Me again as I looked up to Veliona,who was sitting up while holding her head

Velion:tch,dammit,what was that,what the hell did you do

Seele:I-,.....I don't have to answer to you

Veliona:tch,you'll need at some point,there will come a time,where you will have to raise a blade and when,that time comes,you'll be begging for my help

Seele:I will never take someone else's life,Bronya-nee made Me a promise,that she would never kill anyone anymore and I promise to do the same

Veliona:tch,absolute fool

with her last words,Veliona vanished into thin air as I fell to my knees while I sighed in relief,I looked at the pendant again and held it with both my hands as it once again gave Me energy,it gave Me peace and quiet and kept me relaxed as I sit on the ground of this floating island

that was my first experience in the Sea of Quanta,it wasn't great and I'm definitely afraid of it but the pendant I got from that place has helped Me along the way,even until now as I looked out the window and look at the large city under Me as lights around the city turned on while nightfall approached

I spent a long time in the Sea of Quanta,days,weeks,maybe even a month,I wasn't sure,since I lost track of time after I disappeared from the real world,but in that time,I learned a lot about,the place I was trapped in,I was sure,it was the Sea of Quanta and I was sure,that Nii-san was here but I couldn't leave,where I was,since I would fall into a dark abyss if I tried to leave

there was day,where I was just laying down on the ground,until I was attacked by strange creatures,that looked like the Honkai,the Matushka told us stories about,they had the same color as the sky,since they were dark blue with glowing spots of white,they didn't look friendly as I instinctively walked away from them but,they as I did,they slowly approached Me,until I was cornered at the edge of the floating island,I was standing on,I didn't know,what to do,I was trapped and there were at least 7 of these creatures,slowly coming closer

I closed my eyes and waited for anything to happen as I felt a somewhat strong gust of wind,blow by my face,I opened my eyes and saw,that there were only 6 creatures left,I looked over to my hand and saw,that I was holding large scythe,that was,maybe twice my size,it had a black handle with a light and dark blue blade as a glowing blue butterfly fluttered around the scythe

I retracted my hand and looked at the scythe as the 6 remaining creatures backed away from Me,that was when I heard a voice in my head,I thought it was Veliona but I was wrong,the voice didn't sound like the Veliona,it sounded more like a male voice,it wasn't a deep voice but it wasn't a light voice either,it sounded like it was around my age or so,yet I saw no one around

???:use the scythe to defeat the void shadows

Seele:wh-who said that,s-show yourself

???:relax,I'm a friend,use the scythe and defeat the enemies in front of you

Seele:but I don't know how

???:then allow Me to show you

images,suddenly flooded my head in an instant,showing Me people,wielding scythes,that were attacking and destroying the same creatures,they moved with great speed and attacked with amazing precision and skill as they sliced their enemies in half or in pieces with ease,there was no way,I could do,the things shown to Me but I was terribly wrong

I didn't even notice,that my body was moving on it's owns as I charged straight at the strange creatures,I swung my scythe and cut,one of them in half,before swinging again and slicing another into a similar half,I then swung from side to side in quick succession,turning one of the bigger ones into pieces,leaving 3 left,I swung once more and sliced another one in half,before bring down my scythe on another,impaling it and pinning it to the ground before dying,I lifted my scythe up and swung at the last one but it dodged and charged at Me,I reacted quick enough to dodge as I swung upwards,knocking the creature into the air as I jumped up after it,I then spun myself vertically as I repeatedly struck the creature with my scythe,bringing it down back to the ground before it dies while I landed on my feet

I look at my hands and at the scythe I was holding as I questioned my abilities,I didn't how I did,what I just did and I didn't know how I moved so fast,my body just moved on it's own and attacked all those creatures on it's own,without Me realizing it,the scythe gave off a dark blue to purple hue,like my pendant as I held it in my hand,the butterfly landed on my shoulder as I thought about,what just happened

Seele:how-,......did I do that

???:what do you mean

Seele;how was I able to do,those things,I can't fight

???:well,I showed you how to fight with this weapon,the rest was up to you

Seele:who are you

???:I am no one in particular,merely a guiding conscience for those,who end up here

Seele:then what am I holding

???:you Miss are holding a unique weapon,that belongs to your family,the Vollereis,it is called the Undine's Tale,a weapon,charged with unimaginable amounts of Quantum Energy

Seele:a unique weapon?,this belonged to my family?

???:yes,it's been passed down from generation to generation for centuries,you are the newest Vollerei to receive it

Seele:why would my family have this

???:that is for you find out Miss,as a Vollerei,it's your duty to look into the secrets of this place

Seele:my duty?I don't want to look into any secrets,I just want to get back home

???:I see,that I cannot help you with,Miss,my knowledge only extends to the insides of this world

I sat down as I looked at the ground,before looking to the butterfly on my shoulder,it sat on my shoulder as it's wings lightly fluttered leaving small particles of blue light in it's trail,that was when I noticed,that my shoulder was bare,I looked to my clothes and see,that they had completely changed as I stood up in shock,my normal clothes were gone and replaced by a new set of clothes as I was now wearing a dark blue and white dress with a pink bow in front and a dark blue skirt,I had shoulderless sleeves and had a butterfly pin on my head and had a red ribbon flowing behind Me

Seele:what happened to my clothes!!

???:did you not notice them change,when you got your scythe

Seele:what about my previous clothes,can I change back

???:it's simple Miss,close your eyes and focus,imagine the Undine's Keep,vanish from your hand

I did as the voice said and closed my eyes and focused,I concentrate as I imagined the large scythe vanish from my hand,after a few moments,my hand felt very light,so I opened my eyes ands saw that the Undine's Tale was gone,I looked down to my clothes and saw,that they were back to normal as I was now wearing the same clothes I wore,when I got here,it was relieving to have my clothes back,since I had a lot of fond memories in these clothes but now,I questioned if I could bring out the Undine's Tale again

Seele:I thought I lost these forever

???:not to worry Miss,this place bends to your will,what you want of it,you can get

Seele:then can I bring out the Undine's Tale again?

???:of course you can,your mind is your limit,close your eyes and focus,imagine the scythe appear in your hand and it shall heed your command

I once again did as the voice said and closed my eyes and focused as I imagined the Undine's Tale appear in my hand,unlike last time,my hand suddenly felt heavy instead of light as I opened my eyes to see the Undine's Tale in my hand,my clothes had turned back to the  dark blue and white dress and dark blue skirt as I looked down at myself in awe

Seele:so this place is really answering my calls

???:of course,your will is it's command,the only limit is your strength and fortitude,the stronger you are and the more powerful you get,the more of this world will answer,in time,it will answer all of your wishes and questions

Seele:*gasp*can I ask this place,where my brother is

???:why of course,but be warned,the more you desire something,the stronger you will need to be for this world to give it to you,do not be careless with your questions Miss or this world could punish you for being to greedy

Seele:I understand-

I put down my arms and look to the "sky" as I look at the shining white spots across the the vast dark blue "sky",even after spending much time here,this place still scared Me yet I couldn't help but see the beauty in it as well,everything around Me seemed so much like the stories,Nii-san would read Me before going to sleep,stories about lost civilizations from a long time ago,but from where I stood,they didn't seem so lost now,I closed my eyes and inhaled and exhaled as I look the "sky" before giving my question

Seele:world,if you answer my questions,then please tell Me,do you know where my Nii-san is

there was no response,nothing happened,there was just silence in the area,all I could hear was the wind and the soft fluttering of the butterflies wings,I sat back down and sighed in disappointment as I couldn't get the answer I wanted so badly,I had once again,hit a dead end in finding Nii-san

???:it seems,the world has not deemed you strong enough,to answer your question,you must desire the answer incredibly

Seele:all I want is to see Nii-san again and get home to the orphanage,so I can see my friend again*starts crying*I just want to see Nii-san*sobs*Bronya-nee*Sobs*Matushka*sobs*everyone<I just want to see them all again*sobs*

???:I'm sorry Miss,I wish I could help you with what you want,but like I said,I know nothing of how to get out of this place,all I can do is assist you in surviving here,

Seele:I just wanted to see*sobs*Nii-san,it's all I*sobs*asked for,it's*sobs*all I ever asked for*sobs*why can't I just see him

I curled up into a fetal position and cried to myself as the voice in my head gave Me some comforting word,but they fell on deaf ears as I didn't listen,tears rolled down my face,the down my thighs,gently wetting my clothes a bit,through all that time,I didn't know where I was,I had now way to get back home,I was alone,monsters attacked Me and a persona,that was created from Me,tried to take control of my body,everything was bad for Me and I didn't know why,this was all happening to Me

at this point,I had lost all hope of getting back home,even dying didn't seem like an option as I didn't feel hungry or thirsty,even after,what seemed like days,on the floating rock,the creatures would often come back and try to kill Me but I would kill them instead for my survival,there was nothing I could do but wait here,until the people from the real world forget about Me,if they haven't already,by now,I was speculating,that months could have passed by in the real world as it seemed reasonable enough to say so,the voice in my head,kept telling Me,not to give up hope but in truth,it seemed like I gave up quite a while ago

one day,as I just laid on the rocks with my eyes closed,the voice woke Me with an alarmed tone as it told Me to get up quickly and get ready,I didn't know why but I felt like it was right,so I quickly stood up and looked over as I see a familiar face,it was Veliona,standing a little bit away from Me with a smirk on her face as she held her scythe in her hand

Veliona:it's been a while,Seele,still stuck I see

Seele:what do you want Veliona,I still refuse to let you take control Me

Veliona:of course you do,but I'm not here for that

Seele:then,what are you here for

Veliona stabbed her scythe into the ground and looked at Me with a neutral expression as her smirk left her face while it was replaced by a neutral smile

Veliona:being a part of you and everything means,I can't leave without you leaving and to be honest,I'm getting bored of this place and I know you are too

Seele:I am getting bored but what's your point

Veliona:let Me help you,I'll lend more of my strength and we can explore more of this place and look for a way out

???:be careful Miss,she seems to have a lot of power,she cannot be taken lightly

Seele(mind):I know

Seele:I don't trust you,the last time I listened to you,one of my friend got hurt,because of you

Veliona:still calling,that brat your friend,you wanted to do it but you lack the strength to do it,so I did it for you

Seele:I didn't want to hurt her,even if she hurt Bronya-nee

Veliona:we're getting off topic here,if you accept my help,then we can find a way out of this place and get back home to your "friend and family",if you don't you can stay here and be forgotten by everyone,you ever cared about,make your choice

I didn't know what to answer,on one hand,if i accept her help,I could find a way out and maybe find Nii-san but on the other hand,I don't trust her to "help" Me,she clearly has a catch to this deal and she clearly hasn't given up on taking control of my body,if was a tough choice,yet my answer leaned more to,accepting her help,I wanted to see Bonya-nee and Nii-san again and this could be my chance to do it but I still wasn't sure

in the end,I decided to accept her help as I she extended her arm for a handshake,so I cautiously walked towards her as I extended my hand to shake hers,as I did,I noticed,that there was a swirl of red energy going around Veliona's hand,and there was A LOT of energy stored inside,instinctively,I retracted my hand and jumped back while I looked at Veliona as her smirk returns to her face

Veliona:impressive,I failed to realize,that your senses and skills got sharper in the time,you've been here,a minor mistake and set back,one that will not matter

Seele:you-,....why did I even consider trusting you,I should have known better

Veliona:I almost had you but it won't matter,I will take control of your body and you can't do anything about it

in response,I summoned the Undine's Tale into my hand as I felt my clothes change with it's appearance into my palm,I held a defensive position,that I learned from the visions,that the voice showed Me as I looked at Veliona who seemed a bit impressed by Me

Veliona:do you think,you can take Me on,your nothing but a frail little girl,who's trapped in an unknown world,what do you think,you can do

Seele:I promised,I would never kill anyone but I never said,I wouldn't fight and if I have to fight you,to make sure,you don't harm anyone else,then I will fight

Veliona:so the girls,grown a bit of backbone huh,then show Me,what you can do,little girl

Veliona charged at Me with her scythe and swung for my head but I blocked it as I pushed her attack to the side,then followed up with a few swings of my own as I swung for side to side,trying to hit her,Veliona dodged all my attacks and parried as she knocked my scythe into the air,before trying to slam her scythe into my head,unfortunately for her,I ducked down and dodge her strike before jumping into the air and grabbing my weapon as I spin vertically,like a wheel as I fall to the ground

Veliona moved out of the way,right before the blade of the Undine's Tale could hit her as a strand of hair falls of from her head while I land on my feet and take another defensive stance,Veliona charged at Me again and swung her scythe as I ducked under it before swing upwards at her but she dodged as she spun to the side and swung for my head again,I blocked but she followed up with multiple quick swings as barely dodged all of them,I counter attacked as I charged at Veliona,catching her off guard as I grabbed her scythe and pulled it away from her as I throw it to the other sid of the floating island,I then swung at Veliona with multiple quick swings as she dodged all of before kicking Me to the side,I fell to the ground while Veliona rushed to get her scythe but before she could,I picked up a rock and threw it at her as it hits her on the shoulder,making her stumble,giving Me enough time to get up and charge at her as I swung my scythe,down on her

she jumped back and gritted her teeth as I did the same i blocked her path,to her scythe,Veliona charged at me again as she grabbed the handle of the Undine's Tale as she tried to pull it away from Me,I tried my hardest to stop her but I suddenly got an idea,I let her take the Undine's Tale as she stumble from falling back while I grabbed her scythe and quickly swung at her while she was readjusting,she narrowly blocked the swing with the Undine's Tale as she gritted her teeth while looking at Me,using the blade like a hook,I pulled the Undine's Tale out of her hand and back into mine as I swung both scythes at her,only for me to miss as she jumped back again

I wasn't doing too bad against Veliona,I had a lot of time to practice the moves,I see in my head and their paying off,right now as I take another defensive stance,Veliona was clearly getting angry at Me as she was gritting her teeth again,before charging at Me again,this time,I was surprised as her hands turned into large black claws and swung at Me,I tried to dodged and I was barely managing as her attacks were very quick and seemed to be getting quicker,her attacks were relentless as continued to attack Me,without rest,I was the struck by her as she knocked both scythes,out of my hand and sending Me to the ground,I stood up and jumped into the air,to avoid getting smashed by her claws,only to be grabbed by her other claw

I struggled to get out of her grasp as I tried to wriggle my way,out her claw only to feel crushing pain as Veliona started to crush Me with her claw's force,she tightened her grip on Me as I screamed in pain while I felt my body get crushed from the force,I needed to get out and fast as I tried to think of any way to escape,then I remember one vision I saw,it showed a woman turn into a ball,that passed through any object,so I attempted to do,the same thing as I closed my eyes and focused

I suddenly felt myself become light for a quick second as I opened my eyes to see,that I was no longer in Veliona's grip as I landed on my feet,before I quickly ran to the Undine's Tale and picked it up,Veliona's claws disappeared as she picked up her own scythe and took a stance of her own while I did the same,unfortunately,my arms were feeling weak,so I could barely hold the Undine's Tale up,this didn't go unnoticed by Veliona as she charged at me,once again,she swung her scythe,down at Me as I blocked it with the handle of the Undine's Tale,though it wouldn't last long as Veliona was pushing Me down with her strength,I kneeled down while holding my scythe up as Veliona continued to push Me downwards as the tip of her blade lightly touched my cheek

Veliona:all that resistance,only for you to lose,such a waste of time,you just couldn't accept Me,taking control and now,look where we are,fighting on a floating rock in the middle of nowhere,do you have final words before I defeat you and take over your body,Seele

Seele:hhhhhggggggnnnnn-,.....I won't let you win

Veliona:too bad then,I already have

I thought it was the end for Me as Veliona pushed her scythe down even harder as the blade tip was now touching my cheek completely,I tried my best to push her back,but i couldn't overpower her as she was just too strong,I was ready to accept my fate and be taken over but,that changed as bullets flew at Veliona and hit her over the body,making her jump back,along with the bullets,came a familiar voice

???:SEELE!!!!!!!!!!

I looked over and saw my saviour,it was Bronya-nee,holding 2 guns in both her hands,she shot at Veliona as she spun her scythe and blocked all the bullets flying at her,Bronya-nee came to Me and looked at Me as I felt tears roll down my face and drip down from my chin as I look at Bronya-nee

Bronya:Seele,are you ok,are you hurt

Seele:*hugs Bronya*Bronya-nee*sobs*your here,your really here

Bronya:it's ok Seele,I'm here now,your going to be alright,we're getting out of here

Seele:*sobs*how did you get here

Bronya:I took the X-10 experiment and and failed,then got here but there's a portal back

Seele:we can get out!!

Bronya:yes,now let's go

Veliona:a touching reunion but Seele,isn't going anywhere,until I take over her body

Bronya:*points guns*stay back

Veliona:what do you think,those puny guns of your can do,against Me

Bronya;I'm warning you

Seele:be careful,Bronya-nee,she's dangerous

Bronya:I know,Seele,don't worry

Bronya-nee fired her guns at Veliona as the embodiment blocked the bullets again,before charging at Bronya-nee,she swung her scythe at Bronya-nee but she dodged the attacks,even if she was struggling to do so,while dodging,Bronyanee,started to fire her guns while dodging as some bullets hit Veliona across the body but it didn't even slow her down as she continued to swing at Bronya-nee,her attacks got faster and faster and I could see,that Bronya-nee was having a hard time,dodging and keeping up with the attacks as she stopped shooting to fully focus on dodging

I stood up and tried think of a way to help Bronya-nee in the fight as she continued to dodged attacks from Veliona,if I step in,Veliona will just ignore me to target Bronya-nee,if I don't Veliona will outlast Bronya-nee until she's tired and becomes an easy target,I needed someway to help Bronya defend herself from Veliona,and that was when it hit Me,I remembered the purpose for the X-10 experiment as I got an idea,I looked to the"sky"once again and pleaded to this world,to answer my call

Seele(mind):world,if you really do answer my call,then give Bronya-nee the power of the X-10 experiment to defend herself,help us,if you really heed the call of my family

the "sky" shone brightly as rays of light,for the first time,since I got here,shone down on us,I looked over to Bronya-nee and saw,that she was almost sliced in half by Veliona's scythe but she failed as a mechanical arm caught the blade of her scythe and stopped her from doing anything else,behind Bronya-nee was a large robot,that didn't have any legs and had a cannons as one of it's arms,the other arm was normal and held Veliona's scythe as it threw across the floating island,sending her to the ground,Veliona quickly stood up and looked at the robot as she gritted her teeth and cursed it

Veliona:what the hell,is that thing

Bronya:Seele,what is this

Seele:that's Project Bunny,it's one of the outcomes of a successful X-10 experiment,it's yours to control,Bronya-nee,use it to beat her

Veliona:HAH,your little robot won't save you from Me,NOTHING CAN!!!!

Velion charged at Bronya-nee again but Project Bunny reacted to the danger and raised it's cannon as it fired 3 rounds of rockets at Veliona,she sliced the rockets in half,creating explosions and shaking the floating island we were on  as she continued to charge at Bronya-nee and Project Bunny,she leaped into the air and brought her scythe down at Project Bunny but the robot blocked the attack with it's arm,then fired a point black shot at Veliona's stomach,knocking her down to the ground and knocking her scythe out of her hand

I picked up the Undine's Tale and rushed towards Veliona to finish the fight as I realized,that something was wrong with Bronya-nee as she was holding her head as if she was in pain,I ran at Veliona as I leaped into the air and did he same thing she did as I brought my scythe down on her,Veliona grabbed her scythe and quickly placed it in front of her,blocking my attack but I didn't let up,I pushed down on her,using all my weight to enhance the force of the attack as I pushed harder against her scythes handle,this was now a battle of durability as the victor would be decided by,who's weapon would break first but it was clear,who the winner was as Veliona's scythe started to crack

soon after,her scythe shattered into two halves as my blade cut her stomach,making her scream in pain while I jumped back and watched her scream,soon she disappeared into glowing dark red particles as she dispersed into the wind,I then went over to Bronya-nee to see,what was wrong as she held as if she was feeling intense pain

Seele:Bronya-nee,are you feeling alright

Bronya:I'm fine,I think,my head hurts

Seele:this place must be having a bad effect on you

Bronya-nee,then suddenly fell onto her knees as she held her head with both her hands as she grunted in pain on the floor

Seele:Bronya-nee!!!,we need to get you out of here,before your condition worsens,where is the portal

Bronya:*points in a direction*it's that way*grunts*

Seele:but there's nothing there

Bronya:the paths invisible,just walk straight

I stood up and looked over and only saw the endless abyss of darkness and yet,Bronya-nee says,that the portal is that way,even if it seemed like a strange idea,I decided to follow,what she said as I told Project Bunny to carry Bronya-nee and follow Me,the robot did as it was told as it picked Bronya-nee and started to follow Me as I took a step of faith,I placed my foot of the island,going into the direction,that Bronya-nee pointed to,to my surprise,I didn't fall,it was as if there was a floor under Me,I continued to walk out until I picked up the pace,before going into a sprint as Me and Project Bunny rushed through the darkness,it wasn't long,after,we saw a light in the darkness,I was very sure,that it was te portal,so I picked up my speed even more as Project bunny followed with just as much speed

we soon got to the portal,that was just a circle of light in the middle of infinite darkness as it floated there while it pulsed with energy,I put my arm through and then pulled it back,just to see if it was safe and after confirming,that it was,I told project Bunny to take Bronya-nee  through and I would follow behind,it did as it was told as it went through the portal with Bronya-nee,I was about to follow through,until I felt like someone was watching Me,I turn my head around and saw the outline of the floating island,I was trapped on,on it,there was an outline of a figure,it looked very human but I couldn't see it properly due to it being so far away,so before my curiosity could get the better of Me,I jumped through the portal as I was consumed by a blinding light

I fell through a hold like place,as the colors of the rainbow flashed along the cave,after a while,I was blinded by a light again and before I knew it,I was back where it all began,I was in the underground area of the orphanage,the room,where the X-10 experiment took place,in the room,I saw Project Bunny,still holding Bronya-nee,there were multiple men in white coats but most importantly,in the room,was Matushka,she stared at Me with disbelief,just like the men in white as I looked at Matushka with tears in my eyes

Cocolia:SEELE!!!!

Seele:Matushka!!

Matushka ran up to Me and pulled Me into an embrace as I openly accepted it,tears bursted out of my eyes,Matushka kept Me into a tight embrace as she spoke in a stuttery way

Cocolia:Seele,I thought we lost you forever,I'm so glad your back

Seele:*crying*I don't want to go back*sobs*I don't want to go back,Matushka

Cocolia:your not,your staying here with us,all of us,you don't have to go back

???:ma'am,we will need to run a test on her to see if she's-

Cocolia:SHUT YOUR MOUTH,DMITRI OR I WILL BLAST YOUR HEAD OPEN WITH A TITAN CANNON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dmitri:y-yes ma'am

???:that's what happens when you can't keep your mouth shut

Seele:Wait!!Matushka,somethings wrong with Bronya-nee,her head started hurting and lost her balance

Cocolia:You Fools!!!!!!!,quickly bring her to the infirmary and do a check up on her,IMMEDIATELY!!

Dmitri:ye-yes ma'am

the men in white took Bronya-nee from Project Bunny and carried her to the infirmary as Project bunny followed them to ensure it's owner's safety,Matushka carried Me as I unsummoned Undine's Tale,making the scythe vanish and returning my clothes to normal as she carried Me and rubbed my back,it was soothing feeling I missed as for the first time in maybe weeks,I fell asleep

for 2 days straight,I slept soundly and when I woke up,I readjusted back to my normal life in the orphanage,Bronya-nee hadn't woken up yet but I was told why by Matushka and the reason shocked Me to my core,the prolonged exposure of Bronya-nee to the world,we were in had ruptured her brain and disabled her legs,so Bronya-nee not only,lost the ability to walk but she lost all of her emotions as well,in turn,Matushka planned to insert a brain chip into Bronya-nee,so she could at least have some mild emotions and it did work but the effects were as successful as we thought it would be

Bronya-nee could barely smile,her face always had a neutral expression and her eyes were almost lifeless,to solve her walking problem,she was given prototestic legs,so she could float in the air,Project Bunny was still in her command,even until now but apart from that,everything seemed like it returned to normal for Me and my life but even after all of that,I never gave up on my search for Nii-san

I looked out of the window and saw,that it was already night time,all the city lights below,were turned on and lighting the City of Soukai up as the moon rose higher and higher into the sky,that was when I heard a voice call Me from the side as I looked over and saw Bronya-nee in her usual clothes of a dark blue uniform with orange highlights and dark blue skirt

she floated towards Me as looked over to her,she seemed like,she was looking for Me,for a while now as her neutral expression never left her face

Bronya:Seele, the Bronya has been looking for you on the Hyperion for some time now

Seele:sorry Bronya-nee,I didn't know,why are you looking for Me

Bronya:everyone's gathered in the cafeteria for dinner

Seele:oh,sorry to keep you all waiting then

Bronya:Seele,should not make people wait for so long

Seele:I'm sorry,let's not make them wait any longer 

Bronya:da

Bronya-nee floated away as I walked after at a standard pace before stopping in my tracks as I turn around to look at the embodiment of my negative thoughts,who was looking out the window of the Hyperions

Seele:are you not coming,Veliona

Veliona:you know,I don't have to eat,right?

Seele:yes but it's nicer if everyone's there eating together,even if you don't eat,the thought counts

Veliona:I'll pass,you go on ahead

Seele:ok then

I didn't force Veliona to join us as I walked after Bronya-nee who  led me to the cafeteria of the Hyperion,where I saw all my friends and family,happily eating together as they called all called out to Me and Bronya-nee to join them,which we happily accepted

Seele(mind):Nii-san,wherever you are,if your watching over Me,I want you to know,that even if you weren't here,I've made a lot of friends and their all nice to Me and I can't wait for you to meet them all,so we can all have fun together like one big family,I promise,I will find you and we'll be together again,and have we'll have a lot of fun,like we always used to,back at the orphanage but right now,I want you to know,that I'm doing well and ,that I have friends to help Me when I need help,I hope I see you soon,Nii-san

as Seele gave her thoughts to herself,there message did not fall on deaf ears as somewhere in the infinite space of the Sea of Quanta,within a ruined filled island,a man stood in the center of the ruins,that sat on the floating island,he looked at the sky of the Quantum Sea as a smile made its way across his face,showing a satisfied look on him and giving him a sense of peace

???:I'm glad to know,that you've made such wonderful people,My Little Butterfly and I'm so glad to know,that you've gotten so much stronger,since the last time I saw you,we'll be together again soon,so just wait a little longer,your unbending will has proven to be an unwavering light in darkness but you have yet to let the light expand,so I will show you how,once I return,we'll be together again,just like you said,like Brother and Sister
